[At Soshi Girl’s villa]

Only Taeyeon was there. She was waiting for Donghae and Yuri. She tried to call Donghae for numerous times but there was no reply. “Aish!!! Why he didn’t pick up?!” Taeyeon muttered. Then, Donghae and Yuri entered the villa. “Oh, finally! You two are back!” Taeyeon exclaimed while sighing.

“Yoona! Yoona!” Yuri kept calling Yoona but there was no reply.

“Yuri!” Taeyeon called her after she saw Yuri was calling for Yoona. But Yuri just ignored Taeyeon because she couldn’t hear it as she was busy looking for Yoona.

After Donghae saw Taeyeon looked like a clueless person, he told her why Yuri was acting like that, “She is Yoona’s friends! Remember about Yoona’s childhood friend?”

“So, she really is… Yoona also ask us about her…” Taeyeon said but she looked not cheerful.

“Oh, Yoona already knew?!” Donghae asked in a shocked voice.

“Yes, just now when I said I have seen Yuri wears that ring… but she wants to ask Yuri by herself to make sure…” Taeyeon said and she looked sadder than before.

“What’s wrong? Don’t you happy for them? You looked sad…” Donghae said after he saw Taeyeon’s expression as he thought Taeyeon would be happy to hear that news.

“No,” she replied while shaking her head. “Of course I am happy for them… It’s just that Yoona…” Taeyeon couldn’t finish her words as she got interrupted by Yuri.

“Taeyeon, where is Yoona?” Yuri asked after she went out from Yoona’s room.

“Actually, Yoona fainted just now. The others already brought her to hospital,” Taeyeon explained.

“WHAT?!!!” Donghae asked in a shocked voice.

“What… em…. huh, why…?!” Yuri didn’t know what to respond. She looked so shocked.

“Donghae, I tried to call you but you didn’t pick up,” Taeyeon said to Donghae. “I was waiting for you two to inform about this. Can we go to hospital now?!”

“Wait! What has happened to her?!” Yuri asked in anxious voice.

“I will explain everything later. Let’s go to hospital!” Taeyeon said.

[In front of emergency room, at hospital]

There were Jessica, Sunny, Onew, Sungmin and Wooyoung waiting anxiously to know Yoona’s condition. Doctor still didn’t exit from the emergency room. Then, they saw Yuri, Donghae and Taeyeon were running towards them.

“How about Yoona's condition?!” Donghae asked anxiously.

“We still don’t know. Doctor still not comes out,” Onew replied.

Then, Doctor exited from the emergency room. Everyone gathered around doctor. “Doctor, how is she?!” Donghae asked in worried voice.

“For now, she is okay and she is already conscious. But, her condition is very serious and she must be kept in emergency room as she is under observation. We really need a donor for her as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we still can't find a donor for her. I also don’t know how much time she has to stay like this. So, I want you to make a preparation because anything can happen to her right now,” doctor explained.

Everyone looked very shocked after they heard the news especially Yuri who didn’t know anything what had happened to Yoona. Donghae who looked very depressed and miserable went to sit on the chair while walking weakly. Onew who realized about Donghae’s state, followed him and sat beside him.

“I’ll try my best to save her,” doctor said and then he bowed.

“Thank you, doctor,” Taeyeon replied while bowing back.

Then, doctor walked away. Sungmin and Wooyoung walked towards Onew and Donghae and sat beside them. Donghae looked very miserable and he didn’t know what to do. He was just resting his head onto his hands while holding his sadness. He knew this moment would come but he didn’t expect it was very fast. Besides, the last time he met Yoona, they had a quarrel. Onew held Donghae’s shoulder and said, “Donghae, if anything happen to Yoona…” he got interrupted by Donghae.

Donghae put off Onew’s hand from his shoulder harshly and replied angrily, “NO! She will be fine!” Then, Donghae stood up from his seat and walked towards the emergency room and entered it. Yuri, Soshi Girls, Onew, Sungmin and Wooyoung just stared at him. They were very worried after seeing Donghae’s reaction.

[In emergency room, near Yoona’s bed]

Before he approached Yoona’s bed, he took a deep breath. He mustered all his courage. He didn’t want Yoona saw his sad and depressed face. He knew that Yoona would be sadder if she saw him like that. After he was ready to face Yoona, he walked slowly towards Yoona’s bed.

Yoona who was lying down on the bed, was closing her eyes as she was resting. When she heard someone was approaching her, she opened her heavy eyes and it turned out Donghae was walking towards her while smiling bitterly. Then, Donghae sat on the chair which was beside Yoona’s bed. “Donghae…” Yoona said weakly.

Donghae’s left hand held Yoona’s left hand and his right hand was Yoona’s hair softly. “Are you okay?” Donghae asked while making the most cheerful face he could make. Actually, he felt very sad after he saw Yoona’s condition. Yoona looked weaker than the last time they meet, when they had a quarrel.

“I’m sorry,” Yoona apologized.

“Why?”

“The last time, we have a quarrel,” Yoona replied.

“No,” Donghae said while shaking his head. “Just forget it, okay? Just think that never happened.”

“I already feel very thankful because in my life, I had met a guy that I love and willingly to love me back although it just for a short time. I already feel very happy and I will never regret if I am dying now,” Yoona said.

Finally, Donghae broke into tears as he couldn’t hold it anymore after hearing what Yoona said. He bowed his head as he was trying to stop the tears. “Yoona, don’t said like that!” he replied in a sad voice.

Yoona held Donghae‘s face and said, “I want you to promise me something.”

Donghae wiped his tears and then his right hand held Yoona’s hand which was holding his face. “What it is?” he asked.

“When I am not longer around, I hope Yuri and you will be happy, get married and have many children,” Yoona said.

“I… I don’t know,” Donghae replied while shaking his head.

“Donghae…”

[In front of emergency room]

“What has happened to Yoona actually? Why did she faint? And, why did doctor said like that?!” Yuri asked eagerly in anxious voice.

“Actually, Yuri… she has a heart cancer,” Taeyeon replied.

“H… Heart cancer?!” Yuri asked in shocked voice. Soshi Girls were silent and didn’t reply Yuri’s question. Yuri understood their silence mean ‘yes’. “But… why we need to meet again like this?” Yuri asked. She finally broke into tears. “I… thought everything will be fine and happy after I meet her again but… why…” she couldn’t finish her words as she was very sad.

Taeyeon hugged Yuri to calm her down. “Don’t worry, she will be fine,” Taeyeon said while tapping Yuri’s back.

After that, Yuri, Soshi Girls, Onew, Sungmin and Wooyoung looked at the entrance of the hospital after they saw something had happened. Then, a few nurses were pushing a patient who was lying down on a stretcher. The patient was a girl. She was seriously injured and her body was covered by blood. The nurses pushed the stretcher passed Soshi Girls, Yuri, Sungmin, Onew and Wooyoung and then, entered the emergency room.

[In emergency room, Yoona’s bed (no. 6)]

Yoona and Donghae were looking at the nurses who were pushing a stretcher which was a girl lying down on it. The girl, who was covered by blood, was sent to bed no. 3. Then, doctor went to her.

Yoona felt something when she was looking at the girl. She never knew that girl and this is this first time, she met her but she felt something was different. She felt like she was having a connection with that girl… a connection that she didn’t know it herself. Donghae who was realizing Yoona always looked at that girl, asked her, “What’s wrong?”

“Huh… nothing,” Yoona answered. “Em… where is Yuri?”

“She is here. You want to meet her?”

[In front of emergency room]

There were old man and woman who were crying, sat beside Taeyeon. They looked so sad. “Em… auntie, uncle, why did you cry?” Taeyeon asked.

“Our daughter…” the Mrs. Seo replied.

“Oh… em… that girl who was sent to the emergency room is your daughter?” Taeyeon asked.

The old woman nodded. “She involved in an accident.”

Donghae who was exiting from emergency room, was calling for Yuri, “Yuri, Yoona wants to meet you.”

“Oh, ok. Thanks,” Yuri replied then she entered the emergency room.

[In emergency room, Yoona’s bed (no. 6)]

Yuri approached Yoona’s bed and then, after Yoona realized about Yuri’s presence, she turned her head. When their eyes met, they smiled to each other. Yuri sat on the chair beside Yoona’s bed. Yoona lifted her right hand up weakly as she wanted to show Yuri the wooden ring. Yuri took her hand and held it tightly. Then, Yuri couldn’t hold her tears anymore and she broke into tears as she saw Yoona’s condition. “Why did you cry? Don’t you happy to see me again?” Yoona asked while smiling and was looking at Yuri.

“No! It’s not like that… I’m just feeling very sad after looking at your condition,” she said in a sad voice. “Why we must meet like this?” Yuri muttered.

“Yuri… doesn’t say like that. It is very good enough we finally meet each other. I’m very thankful as I met you again although it’s just for a while. I really hope I can meet with Stephanie but… I don’t think I have enough time to meet her… so… if one day, you meet Stephanie, please tell her I really miss her.”

“No! You must continue living! You must tell her by yourself!” Yuri said while her tears were falling continuously.

[In front of the emergency room]

A doctor exited from the emergency room. The doctor walked towards the old man and woman. Soshi Girls, Donghae, Wooyoung, Onew and Sungmin could hear clearly the conversation between doctor and the old couple. "How about our daughter?!” the Mrs. Seo asked anxiously.

“I’m sorry but we had tried our best to save her,” doctor apologized.

“Is she dead?!” Mr. Seo asked in unbelievable voice while calming his wife down.

“No… she is still alive but her brain is dead. I will explain more. Please follow me to my room,” doctor replied.

[Doctor’s room]

“This fact can be hard to accept, particularly when a patient might look very much alive to family members. Brain dead people often still have a heartbeat, and their chests may rise and fall with the help of a ventilator, sometimes giving hope to grieving families that the person may suddenly wake up,” the doctor explained about brain death.

“So, that means our daughter can’t do anything?” Mr. Seo asked in a sad voice.

“Yes, she breathes by a ventilator and her condition just is like a life corpse. That’s why I want to discuss about this.  I can give you two choices, first, you can look after your daughter as she can keep living by using the ventilator or you can donor your daughter’s organ to other patient.” Mr. Seo and Mrs. Seo looked into each other's eyes. They didn’t know what to choose. They really wanted her daughter kept alive but they thought it just kept her daughter suffered. The doctor continued, “If you choose the second choice, your daughter will be able to save a person’s life and now we have a patient who need a transplant and her condition is very bad right now. She needs a donor as soon as possible. She is also around your daughter’s age.”

“Before we make a decision, can we saw the patient?”

“Sure.”

[In the emergency room, at Yoona’s bed]

There were Mr. Seo, Mrs. Seo and doctor visiting Yoona. As soon as Yoona realized the presence of Mr. and Mrs. Seo, she wanted to get up. “It’s okay, you can lie down,” Mr. Seo said while holding Yoona’s shoulder and smiling. Yoona slowly lie down back with the help from Mrs. Seo. Yoona really made Mrs. Seo reminded her as her daughter as she was very kind and respect the eldest very much.

Finally, Mr. Seo and Mrs. Seo agreed to let her daughter be a donor for Yoona.

[In doctor’s room]

“We already found a donor for Yoona,” doctor said happily to Donghae.

“Really?!” Doghae replied in unbelievable and happy voice. “Is she the girl that has a brain death?” he asked but this time his voice was less happy as he felt very sympathy for that girl.

“Yes. And now, I want you to sign this document,” doctor said while giving Donghae a document about Yoona’s operation.

[The day of the operation]

Yoona was sending to the surgery room on a stretcher by a few nurses. Donghae was holding Yoona’s left hand and Yuri was holding Yoona’s right hand during the way to the surgery room. Soshi Girls, Wooyoung, Sungmin and Onew were following behind. They gave Yoona full support.

[During the operation]

Everyone was sitting on the chair while waiting for the operation. Suddenly, Donghae stood up.  “I want to go somewhere. If anything happens to Yoona, please call me,” Donghae said then he walked away.

“Where is he going?” Jessica asked.

“I don’t know,” Sungmin answered.

[At Yoona’s orphanage]

Donghae arrived with his car. He got out from his car and walked towards the orphanage. Then, the children who were playing happily together under the shady tree, recognized Donghae and ran towards him happily. “Hi, Donghae oppa/hyung!” the children greeted Donghae happily while jumping.

“Hi!” Donghae greeted them back happily.

“Donghae oppa, where is Yoona unnie?” a girl asked.

“Yoona… em… she got a thing to do. So, she can’t come. She is very sorry,” Donghae replied.

“So, next time, Donghae oppa will come together with Yoona unnie, right?” the girl asked again.

“Of course,” Donghae replied while smiling and the girl’s head. “Where’s Auntie Kim?” he asked the children.

“There!” a boy said while pointing towards Auntie Kim.

“Thanks. You all play together. I want to talk something with Auntie Kim.” Then, Donghae walked towards Auntie Kim. “Auntie?”

Auntie Kim turned her head and she saw Donghae was standing in front of her, “Oh, Donghae!” then she asked, “Yoona not come with you?”

“Actually, she is having an operation. There is someone who wants to be a donor.”

“Oh, that is very good, “Auntie Kim exclaimed.”Do you want to make a wish?”

“Wish?!”

“Yes, follow me!”

[The backyard of the orphanage]

The place was beautiful and clean. The view of the mountain was very spectacular. It was very calm. "This place is very beautiful!” Donghae exclaimed. He looked at the surrounding in amazement.

“Yoona always come here if she wants to relax herself or write her wish.”

“Write wish?!” Donghae asked.

“Yes,” Auntie Kim replied while nodding. “Look there!” she said while pointing a few bottles were hanging at the wall. There was a paper in each of the bottles. “That’s all Yoona’s wishes since she was a child. She wrote and hung on the wall.” Then, Auntie Kim gave Donghae a few bottles, papers and a pen. “Just write your wish here and you can hang you wish with Yoona’s.”

“Thanks,” Donghae said while smiling widely. “Em… auntie, can I read Yoona’s wishes?”

“Em… I don’t think it is wrong for you to read it.” Then, Auntie Kim walked away and leaved Donghae alone there. Donghae took the bottles that contained Yoona’s wishes and then, he sat down on the grass, under a shady tree while facing the mountain. He started reading Yoona’s wishes.

‘I hope there is someone will take me at this orphanage and he will say that he is my family, 12 December 1998.’

‘I hope I can meet with Yuri and Stephanie again one day, 7 April 2002.’

“This wish already is fulfill half,” Donghae talked to himself while smiling.

‘I hope there is someone will remember my birthday, 29 August 2006.’

“This wish was already fulfilled.”

The fourth wish was recent, a few days ago as Donghae saw the date that Yoona wrote.

‘I hope when I am not longer around, Yuri and Donghae will life happily together, 12 June 2010.’

Donghae felt very touched after read it. Then, he wrote his wish.

‘I hope Yoona will live longer and we’ll be together for the rest of our life, 15 June 2010.’

‘I hope my mom will give us her blessing, 15 June 2010.’

Then, he put his wishes into two bottles. After that, he hung Yoona and his wishes together on the wall.
