Amber can hear his heart beating fast, A sickly beautiful creature appear in front of him with jet black eyes. He gripped the blades that he chose as his weapon…  “You look so…delicious..” The woman purred in his ears as she smiled seductively. At that point he almost threw up.

 

“Amber what are you doing?! Kill her!” He heard his brother who seems so far away, Amber wants to run away but his body won’t move   “Let me kiss you..” The woman smiled and opens her beautiful mouth and amber eyes widen at the sight of the woman's pearly white teeth.. “Submit yourself to me… darling.”  She whispered as she inhaled the scent of his neck.   “What the hell are you doing?!” His brother’s angered voice hissed.   In a matter of second his older brother came out of nowhere and swiftly dashed towards the lady and tangled her with metallic web.  The woman eyes widen in horror as she looks at the taller man. “I beg you.. Don’t kill me”   Amber’s brother smirked “Pathetic, are we now? Stella?”   “P-Please… I will pay you.” The woman tears roll down from her cheeks. “I will give you anything you want”   The taller man kneels in front of her and sigh, his equally dark eyes shows no emotion. “Too bad…you don’t have anything I want… and I don’t listen to the likes of you” He drew out his long blade and stabs it straight to the woman’s chest.   Stella stared at him in shocked eyes, as she coughed out fresh blood.   The man smiled at her, His expression softened as if he just did her a favor. “Don’t worry  ...I will make it fast for you” He whispered.. He twists the blade and blue flame ignited from it.  The fire spread in a matter of second… A painful cry has heard from the girl.   Amber was just frozen as he watched her brother kill the woman in front of him.  His brother stood up and threw him a dark look.  “Get a hold of yourself, and wipe that coward look from your face”   “H-hyung.. “  Amber gulped.   The taller man grabbed his collar. “How many times do I have to tell you? Vampires always go for the kill. She almost killed you”   “Hyung she is a woman” Amber tried to brushed his brother’s hand away from him.   Yuri gave his brother a disappointed look, He gritted his teeth as push him on the wall.  “She is a monster… put that in your brain. “  He lifted his little brother’s jaw to meet his eyes. “She smelled your hesitation the moment she saw you, she have you under her claws and you didn’t do anything about it! How many times do I have to tell you that----“   “Do the kill before they kill you.  Hyung believe me I knew it by heart, cause you always repeat it to me over and over again” Amber said bitterly.   “Then what’s your problem then?! Are you deliberately trying to get yourself dead? Is that what you want? Huh?!”   Yuri piercing eyes was accusing.   “Hyung… I’m not like you” Amber gasps air.   “Amber, better start to be one. Because I can’t save you all the time.” Yuri removes his hands from his brother. “Stop being a burden.”  He said as he walks away.   Amber was left watching his brother disappear from the darkness.. . He punched the wall to release his anger. He felt his skin break from the impact…but it felt nothing compare to what he feels. “Burden..’ He laughs at himself.     ++++++++++++++   Yuri threw himself to the wide couch in the middle of the headquarters; He was exhausted thanks to his damn brother. He is still fuming mad with Amber, if only the boy can man up and at least try to fight for his life, but no… instead he gave him a ‘Hyung she is a woman crap’ which is not even acceptable, what’s wrong with his brother?!   Yuri didn’t even flinched when another man entered the room, he smelled like burnt rubber. “Where’s Amber?” The man eyed him.   “I don’t care” He said without opening his eyes.   “Yul, what did you do this time?”   Yuri irritated glares at his friend who was still wearing his lab gown and eye protector. “Why it’s always me? Have you ever thought even for once that maybe he is the one at fault this time?’   “No” the guy said coolly as he remove his gown.   “Then shame on you Hyo” He threw a pillow to the guy, but as expected Hyoyeon catch it without even looking.   Hyoyeon sat in the couch facing him. “You should be easy to Amber, he’s just a kid.”  His face was serious.   Yuri rolled his eyes as he leaned back “He is not a kid, He is already 20.  I killed my first vampire when I was a 13. So don’t give me the crappy kid argument” he folded his arms “Hyo .If I go easy on him, he will die helpless, you know that”   Hyoyeon sighed “Yul, You guys are my only family… I care for both of you as my own brothers. I need to tell you this.. Amber don’t understand you at all.. Can’t you show him more compassion? He needs his big brother, not a teacher who nags him every time you’ve got a chance”   “I nag because he never listens” Yuri ignored the guilty feeling he had.   “How about you?  Have you ever listened to him?” Hyoyeon asked, Yuri just shrugged.. ‘I guess not.” Hyoyeon walked towards him and patted his shoulders, before he head to the lab again.     Yuri just stayed still …He can’t be the kind brother to Amber because he needs to be tough. He can’t help but to grit his teeth as he remembers the night that changed his whole life.   Through the tiny hole, Yuri’s eyes widen as he watched his mother unwrapped the long object and it reveal two sharp blades, his mother expertly maneuvered the blade as if she’s dancing.. Again there was a loud noise heard from below... Even Yuri can hear the foot step on their stair case..It became louder but slower.. Yuri saw a tall but pale man opened the door.
