Hyuk Jae skipped away happily, a glimmer in his eyes as he approached the stage. It was good to see him escape from his lonely and desolate world for once. I smiled after him, only noticing it after the professor cleared his throat and turned towards me.
"I've known you for long enough, Donghae-ah," to tell the difference between your reasons for visiting this place. Come to my study. We need to talk," the professor's voice changed from a joking tone to a more than serious one, instantaneously.
Looking back once more, I found Hyuk Jae talking and smiling happily with the others. His eyes had crinkled up a little at the sides and his face seemed to brighten up quite a bit. Not once had he had that look of happiness on his face when he was with me... Shaking my head, I followed the professor into his study, a large room with high ceilings, from top to bottom posters hung, dazzling the viewer with new and old movie releases.
"Donghae... I will not pretend to be humble... I have brought many people to fame... and I belive you also have the skill set to become one of those people... as I've told you before. I also know of your families situation, which is why I do not press the matter. However, there is one more who has talen and also the care of myself. It is that young man out there," the professor paused to point a finger towards the closed door. "Please explain to me the depth of your relations to him," The professor crossed his fingers together and let his hands fall before him. His dark, mysterious eyes looked out over his reading glasses, and the long gray strands of hair, patiently waiting for my response. My mind went blank. The answer he was looking for I had been asking myself for a while now.
"You knew Young Yi," I questioned the professor, waiting for his nod of the head before continuing, swallowing down the lump in my throat. "A while back, after the first time we appeared here at the same time, Hyuk Jae... he had an accident," I paused, biting my tongue as I remembered the ni
