Chapter 26
What Happens in Seoul~Natalie's POV~
Much to my parents' delight, although they didn't dare show it to me, I got back to spending some fam-time, since I hadn't been with them for very much of the vacation. One night, however, Hongki invited me to go eat dinner with FT Island at this nice restaurant in Gwangjin-gu.
The atmosphere of the place was great, and the food looked amazing; the only problem was the fact that I was sitting there uncomfortably as everyone else dove into the various dishes. I felt extremely awkward with chopsticks, and of course, there were no forks. Lucky me. I could barely even pick up my food with the stupid things.
Hongki stared at me curiously, and I swear it looked like he wanted to laugh at me. I was about to say something, most likely a not-very-pleasant-something due to my chopstick-induced aggravation, when he held up a piece of meat in front of my face.
~Hongki's POV~
As all of us went out for dinner that night, I knew it would be a chance to get closer to Natalie. But the poor girl, bless her heart, couldn't even manage to eat her food. I guess she didn't know how to use chopsticks...? Trying to refrain from laughing, I picked a piece of samgyeopsal, one of the many things we had ordered, off of the grill and offered it to her. She cocked her head to the side, looking at it for a moment.
"Ah," I opened my mouth, inferring that she should do the same. She seemed surprised at first, but ate it anyways.
"Aigoo, you two are so cute," Jaejin said, pausing his eating long enough to drop in his two cents.
Natalie looked away, her eyes eventually landing on a bowl of rice. Since there was a spoon, she started eating that.
"Wah, so delicious," Minhwan said happily, chewing on another kind of meat, only to get scolded by Jaejin for talking with his mouth full.
I nodded in agreement. "Yeah, you've got to try this Natalie," I said, holding it up to her with my chopsticks.
