Chapter 25
What Happens in Seoul~Natalie's POV~
After Hongki turned to rejoin the rest of his band mates, I looked back at Seunghyun, thinking about what just happened. I discretely touched my cheek, and it felt warm. I always hated the fact that I blushed so easily. Whenever I tried to seem impassive about something, my cheeks would sell me out every time.
We spent the remainder of the afternoon in rehearsals at the FNC studio, and the guys went through a bunch of their different songs. I told them that they were really good, but that I had no idea what they were singing about. They just laughed at me.
Hongki went rummaging through his bag for a moment, then pulled out a copy of their newest CD. He gave it to me, making me promise that I would listen to it when I got back to my hotel.
That night, my parents ordered room service for dinner since the weather wasn't that great, and we all ate in their hotel room. Afterwards, I went back to my room and started listening to the FT Island CD that Hongki had given me. My mind wandered and I started thinking, about all kinds of things really, and I suddenly felt like I really needed somebody to talk to. For some reason, I wanted to call Seunghyun. Hopefully he wouldn't be busy...
~Seunghyun's POV~
"Yoboseyo?" I answered my phone after hearing it ring a couple of times.
"Hey, it's me," I heard Natalie's voice on the other end of the line.
"Uh...hey Natalie. What's up?"
She was silent for a moment. "Well, I kind of need somebody to talk to, I guess."
"What do you mean?"
"...I mean, if I was back in New York, I would have my girl friends to talk to about this, but...I'm not...and, I don't."
"Okay..." I waited for her to get to her point.
"Would it be completely weird if I talked to you about Hongki?" she asked uneasily.
I froze for a moment. "Uh...no..." I managed to stutter out. Yes, I thought in my head, Absolutely yes. Please don't do this to me...
