The crash of the the huge ram-like creature's collision with the ground overpowered every other sound in a dry savannah, followed by the collective pants of four men. "That got the bastard." One muttered angrily despite his ragged breaths, his chest rising and falling with every huff of air he took. His right leg was still feeling the force of his kick that had knocked dead the monster that had been terrorizing the cities of Oro, Plato, Cobrizo, and four more others before them. The Carnerio. "Relax, Strong One. If you don't control yourself, just a simple step of yours could wreck the entirety of the village. I'm pretty sure that you don't want that." Another said, his face calm and soft, just like a river's steady flow. The previous had looked towards the person to his left, seeing a stoic expression of a fair-skinned young man, his eyes lingering on the sun-crest that was hung around the back of his hand. "You are one to talk, Hyung. If it weren't for him..." The crested man began, before spying a look at another young man behind him. "...holding you back and reminding you that you're leading us, you would have drowned the Carnerio yourself before it could have been kicked in the stomach." At this, the calm face of the second who spoke changed slightly as one of his eyebrows rose. "Of course, I had to tackle Hyung-ah, you know. If he decided to let the whole place be submerged in water before someone could stop him, then it would have been nasty." The three other young men smiled at the one who spoke next, the one standing behind he who had the sun crest... who had a phoenix-like pattern stamped on the pendant around his neck. "Where are the other two anyway? Earlier, I don't think I saw..." The Strong One began to say, but was cut off when a puff of black smoke revealed two men, just a few feet from him. "... them." In almost an instant, a whirlwind began forming where the Carnerio was and raised the corpse of the ram-like monster up in the air. "Well, we started inspecting the area for more signs of the monsters sent by the Red Eye. But when we heard the crash, I thought one of you guys was hurt."
