The night had fell, everyone was walking hurriedly around the castle.
It seemed like everyone is preparing for the upcoming ball tonight.
To celebrate their new family members.
Jessica heard that the royalties over the world were being invited over to this ball.

Walking around the castle quietly, dressed in that pretty luxurious looking mini dress was Jessica.
She was loitering around the castle aimlessly.
Coincidentally, she bumped on Siwon who was on his way to the ball.

"Jessica?"

Jessica looked up.

"You dont look good"
"You looked really pale Jessica"
"Have you been to the hospital?"

Jessica shook her head.
With a light bow, Jessica walked off away from Siwon.

"Im going to tell them if you dont tell them soon!" shouted Siwon loudly but Jessica didnt even turned her head.

Siwon scratched his head and turned towards the ballroom with a dumbfounded expression.

Jessica's POV

How could you ask me to bring myself to say it..?
I cant..

And, i dont even think im fit to be the reason behind the party.
I'll hurt Yuri in the end, wont I?

Unconsciously, Jessica wandered into the woods.
Entering the dark, damp morbid woods,
Jessica's train of thoughts were interrupted by growls heard around her.
Heavy footsteps crushing onto the dried leaves of the woods.

"Man, i cant be that unlucky" cussed Jessica silently in her heart as she started to pick up her pace to exit the woods.

But before she could exit the woods, she was confronted by someone she would least wanted to be confronted.
It was the familiar greyish white lycan, standing infront of her,
showing off her meanacing teeths.
Jessica wanted to run, but it seems like her feets were rooted to the ground.
Right before Jessica could scream, the lycan pounced on Jessica strongly a bitten her which made Jessica screamed in pain.
A screeching scream was heard.
Yuri's ears heard it.
Within seconds, Yuri was at the scene,
pushing the lycans off fiercely as Yuri used her ability on the lycan,
causing it to fall to her knees and howled in pain while the guards came rushing over to Yuri and Jessica.

Siwon, on the other hand came over and stab the lycan with a syringe.
Releasing the liquid into the lycan, a loud meanacing howl was heard as the figure slowly changed to a tall, slim looking lady with a short bob hairstyle.

"Who are you!" demanded Yuri angrily.

The lycan, who had now transformed back to her human self was in pain.

"Yul, stop it"
"You have to stop to get her to answer you" said Jessica as she clenched onto her bleeding arm.
"Yul"
"I said stop it Yul"
"STOP IT!" shouted Jessica impatiently.

Yuri stopped instantly and turned to the lycan.

"Whats your name?" hissed Yuri furiously.

"Kim Sooyoung" smirked Sooyoung arrogantly.
"Im your sister"

"Nonsense!"
"You and your nonsense!"
"I've got only 2 sisters!"

Sooyoung laughed as she wiped the blood away from .
Soon, everyone came rushing over to the scene.
The Queen actually gasped when she first saw Sooyoung infront of her.
Right after that, she ordered the guards to release her,
gaining many doubting looks from the rest.

"Its your sister.." mumbled the Queen guiltiy as she looked away from the King and the three princesses.

"What?!" exclaimed Taeyeon, Yuri and Yoona in shock.

The King looked at the Queen doubtingly.

"Guards, get back to the ball"
"Ensure everything is getting in order" ordered the Queen as she dismissed all the guards, leaving YoonSun, TaeNy, YulSic and the King, as well as Sooyoung there.

"It was a long story"
"Before i was married to Kyungjong, your appa"
"I was being captured by the lycans"
"The lycans tortured me in the cave for days but didnt wanna let me die"
"They enjoyed torturing me, the future Queen"
"Until one day, the alpha of the lycans, came and stopped them"
"Eventually brought me out, and we.."

The Queen sighed sadly while Sooyoung smirked arrogantly as she stood up from the ground.

"We had her"
"It is her, i can recognise her in one look" said the Queen as she pointed to Sooyoung with teary eyes.

Taeyeon, Yuri and Yoona couldnt believe their eyes.
With a sigh, they turned to leave with their lovers.

As Yuri was carrying Jessica out, Sooyoung shouted.

"Take care of that pathetic human of yours"
"I can taste in her blood, she's sick!" shouted Sooyoung with an evil grin.

Yuri turned back and glared at her.

"Shh.."
"Yul, its alright, its fine"
"Dont, lets go and enjoy the ball okay?" coaxed Jessica worriedly.

Surprisingly, TaeNy and YoonSun had also heard it since they were now all immortals with superb hearings.
They looked at each other with questioning looks as they returned back to the ball.

"Dont worry" whispered Taeyeon and Yoona.
"We'll be bringing Jessica to the hospital tomorrow"

Tiffany and Sunny nodded and sighed as they got back to their seats while Taeyeon went up to the stage, together with Yoona.

"Anyeonghaseyo everyone" greeted Taeyeon politely with a slight bow.
"Im Princess Taeyeon here"
"Firstly, i would like to thank everyone for taking up their time to attend this ball"
"As everyone know, we were searching for our lifetime partners to help us rule this Kims Kingdom together"
"Initially, the search was futile because we didnt manage to find any suitable ones"

Tiffany looked around the crowd and shyly stood up and went over to the stage and stood beside Taeyeon.
With a slight bow to the crowd, Tiffany smiled.
Suddenly, the lights went off, but only the spot light on her and Taeyeon.
Music started to play, and all Tiffany could see was the dazzling Taeyeon infront of her with a smile that represented her happiness.

"Hwang Miyoung will now officially be mine" announced Taeyeon firmly as she held onto Tiffany's hands tightly.

Cheers were heard around the ballroom as TaeNy exited the stage and down back to their seats.
Next, Yoona stepped up onto the stage with a cute chuckle.

"Anyeonghaseyo everyone"
"Im the maknae of the Kims Kingdom"
"Princess Yoona"
"Like Princess Taeyeon, i've also found my partner"
"But way before Princess Taeyeon and Princess Yuri"
"She's none other than my cutie"
"Lee Sunny, Lee Sungkyu" smiled Yoona as she clapped her hands with the crowd.

Sunny awkwardly stood up with a bow and walked towards Yoona who was on the stage waiting for her.
Bringing up the microphone, Yoona smiled at Sunny as she held onto her hands tightly while the music played.

Slowly taking her steps up, Yuri immediately carried Jessica and got up the stage with her.

"And, fortunately, like my other sisters, i've found my partner too"
"I was the last to spot her through a lot of different incidents"

Jessica then whispered to Yuri.
Right after that, Yuri stepped aside from the microphone while Jessica took over.

Tears were falling off Jessica's face while she sang this song to Yuri.
The eyes of Jessica's, it was filled love, concern yet sadness.
However, it was actually sang in English which made Yuri furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.
Sitting there, it was only Tiffany who understood the lyrics.
But Tiffany didnt understand why did Jessica sang it.

"Kamsahamnida everyone" smiled Jessica as she wiped the tears off her face before bowing to the audience.

On the other hand, Siwon sat there and heard the song.
Although he didnt know what was the content about,
but the feelings inside the songs were surely understood by Siwon.

Quickly exiting the stage, Jessica excused herself from the ball as she ran back to her room.
Going after her was Yuri.

"Sweetheart" called Yuri as she entered Jessica's room.
"What was that song about?"
"I've never heard it before"

Jessica wiped her tears off and smiled.

"Its something sweet"
"I've edited the lyrics on my own"

Just then, they were interrupted by a cough.
Yuri and Jessica turned and was surprised to see Sooyoung standing by Jessica's door.
Yuri got up instantly at the protectively and glared at Sooyoung with anger.

"Right"
"Honeystar, if you're not going to ask your beloved to stop"
"Im going to spill the beans for you" said Sooyoung as she played with her fingers with a cunning smirk.
"Your secret" mouthed Sooyoung with a wink.

Jessica sighed.

"Yul, its okay"
"I need to talk to her"
"I will be fine, i promise you she wont hurt me"
"I'll call you when im done alright?"

Yuri frowned worriedly but nodded eventually.

"But Yul, strictly no eavesdropping okay?" added Jessica as Yuri exited the room.

Right after Yuri exited the room, Sooyoung stepped in and closed the door behind her.

"What do you want mutt?" asked Jessica coldly as a gush of dizziness hit her.
Holding onto her head, a thick liquid started flowing out her her nose again.

"Damn" cussed Jessica as she staggered up from her bed and into the toilet.

Sooyoung wanted to help her but decided not to due to some struggles inside her.

"You're sick"
"Your secret, how long do you think you can keep it?" asked Sooyoung casually as she sat down onto Jessica's bed.

"As long as i can try" snapped Jessica impatiently as she held onto the bridge of her nose and walked out of the bathroom.

"Go and seek treatment honeystar" said Sooyoung as with a worried look.

"Why should i listen to someone who had just bitten me?" asked Jessica bluntly with an annoyed look.

"Trust me"
"I didnt want to bite you" said Sooyoung, looking a little guitly.
"I couldnt control myself"
"My urge"

"Your urge?" laughed Jessica mockingly as she held her head high, trying to stop the blood from bleeding but it wasnt helping.
"Dont make me laugh, mutt"
"Im feeling all so unwell now i doubt i'll have the mood to joke around with you"

"I dont want to joke with you too"
"Im serious" said Sooyoung as she swiftly carried Jessica and brought her onto the bed.
"Its just my urge"
"I've to feed on blood to live, its the way lycans live"

"What a joke"
"Then the more i shouldnt listen to you right?"
"Because you might bite and my blood dry before it runs out"
"And mind you, my blood is currently labelled as the limited edition kind"

"Limited edition?" chuckled Sooyoung at Jessica's humour.

"But i can taste the cancer in your blood" said Sooyoung, with a little pleading in her voice.

"Whats the meaning of pleading me to go for the treatment?"

"Meaning?" chuckled Sooyoung at Jessica's question.
"If i told you, i love you"
"Would you believe?"

Jessica laughed at it mockingly as she rolled her eyes at Sooyoung.

"Stop kidding me"
"Do i look as if im a young immature girl going after anyone who says she or he loves me?"

"See?"
"Why did i even bother in the first place" mumbled Sooyoung as she got up and turned towards the door.

"Where are you going?" asked Jessica suddenly.

"Why did you bother if you dont believe me"
"Dont stop me before i bite the neck off you"
"Or worse, snap it off you and have Yuri coming over to snap mine" growled Sooyoung in annoyance as she exited the door.

Sooyoung turned and smirked.

"Probably sounds great right?"
"Then we can probably unite in the other world"
"And be together?"

Jessica's POV

Passing the corridors, she saw Yuri standing there,
waiting for Sooyoung to exit from Jessica's room.
Sooyoung smirked, and walked over to Yuri.

"Hey baby princess"
"I've snapped the neck of hers"
"Go and check it out" chuckled Sooyoung as she walked off from Yuri.

Clenching her fist in anger, Yuri ran towards Jessica's room in her inhuman speed.
But was at first relieved to see Jessica sitting there calmly,
alive and kicking.
However, worried because of Jessica's nose bleed.

"Hey sweetheart"
"Why are you having nose bleed again?"
"Is it because of that lycan?"

Jessica smiled as she kept her head high.

"Aniya"
"Its not her"
"It just happened that you left and my nose started to bleed" smiled Jessica tiredly.
"But it just wont stop"

"Do you need Siwon oppa?"
"I can call him, he's here today at the ball"

"I know he's here"
"But i think its fine"
"You just have to stay here with me will do"
"Im already glad enough that i've a reason to skip that ball"
"I hate it, really"
"I hate wearing heels Yul" said Jessica with a disgusted look.

Yuri chuckled and ruffled her hair.

"Arasso"
"You hate heels, i get it" laughed Yuri as she help Jessica pinched the bridge of her nose for her.
"Here, i'll help you" added Yuri as she pinched the bridge of Jessica's nose while stacking up the pillows for her.
"Lie on the pillows, it high will keep your head elevated"

"No problem"
"Sweetheart, can i ask you about your family and life?" asked Yuri curiously.

"What are you interested in?"

Jessica gave a soft giggle.

"Apart from that sweetheart" laughed Yuri as she pinched Jessica's cheeks.
