Jessica and Yoogeun strolled into the next plaza over from her neighborhood.

Jessica looked down at her small child. "Are you happy to be out with Eomma, Yoogeun?"

Yoogeun began to hop at each step. "I'm happy."

"Baby, don't jump. Come along now."

Yoogeun followed with Jessica.

She kept walking until they found the little cafe they wanted to go to.

"Are you hungry, Yoogeun?" Jessica asked her toddler.

"Mm."

Jessica looked over all the menu items and ordered their dishes then paid the money.

She picked up Yoogeun and took him over to a booth. She set him down on the seat.

"Aigoo. Let's clean your hands, Yoogeun," Jessica said as she grabbed wipes from her bag. She used the wipes to clean his hands and then her hands. That's when their meal came.

Jessica bowed to the server. "Kamsahimnida." She gave her a tip.

Yoogeun threw his hands up. "Food!"

Jessica laughed at his childish acts. "Arasso. Let's eat now, Yoogeun." She sat down next to him at the booth. "Let's cut the chicken, Baby." She took the pieces of fried chicken and cut it into smaller pieces for Yoogeun to eat from.

Yoogeun smiled and took the pieces then popped them into his mouth.

"Is it good?"

"Mm."

Jessica smiled as she began eating her part of their share.

Yoogeun took a piece and held it up towards Jessica's mouth.

Jessica saw her child's hand. "Are you feeding this to me?"

Yoogeun nodded. "Mm"

Jessica gladly ate the piece as Yoogeun fed them to her.

"It's good, Yoogeun."

"Mm." He kept feeding himself like a good boy.

Jessica and Yoogeun finished up and then walked out of the cafe.

Jessica looked at her child. "Do you want to go get ice cream, Yoogeun?"

Yoogeun jumped up and down. "Wow!"

Jessica smiled. "Hold Eomma's hand and then we'll go get some ice cream."

She held out her hand for Yoogeun to take.

Yoogeun took her hand and skipped along the sidewalk. "Ice cream!"

Jessica walked with Yoogeun to the ice cream shop down the street and entered the small store.

Yoogeun jumped up and down as he was excited about the dairy dessert.

She took her child towards the counter behind a man that stood in line.

"Let's stand here." Jessica held Yoogeun in front of her so he wouldn't run off. She glanced over the menu items.

Yoogeun looked around with his round eyes. He saw the man in front of him. He looked up and saw his brown short, lengthened hair. "Oh!" He tucked on the man's shirt.

Jessica gasped as she saw her child's hand. She got down to his level. "Yoogeun! You're not supposed to do that!"

The man turned around and looked down to see Yoogeun.

Yoogeun saw the man look at him, so he looked back at his mother.

Jessica was disappointed, but she tried to be sincere with her toddler. She stood up, still looking down at Yoogeun.

"Mianhae, Sir. I don't know why he would do such a thing."

"Jessica?"

Jessica paused. She looked up slowly. She saw the face. "Onew?"

The man smiled at her. "Jessica! It is you!" He gave her a sudden hug.

Jessica was shocked. "Onew, it's really you?"

He pulled back. "Neh. It's me. Your old college buddy."

Jessica's lips formed a smile. "Omo! Onew!"

"Annyeong. How have you been? I haven't seen you in like two years."

"I know. It's been forever."

Onew could only blush. "It's great to see you again."

Jessica nodded with a smile. "It is. What are you doing here?"

"I stopped by for a treat after lunch. What about you?"

"Same here. I can't believe it's you. Really."

Onew smiled. "I know. I'm really happy to have ran into you here. Or more like you running into me."

They laughed.

Yoogeun looked at the two adults that talked in conversation as he held Jessica's right hand. He looked closely at Onew. He formed a smile on his face.

Onew and Jessica kept chatting on about latest news after college.

"Appa!"

Onew and Jessica heard him and looked down at the toddler.

Yoogeun grabbed onto Onew's leg. "Appa."

Onew looked to Jessica. "Uh."
