I was walking to school slower than usual this morning. Maybe it was because I was afraid that Jung Ah wouldn’t be there

and then I’d find out that something had gone horribly wrong with her… Or maybe it had to do with the fact that

“loverboy” as in Ji Yong had shown up at my house to walk to school with me.

J.Y.: So…do you wanna go to the park on Saturday? We can have a picnic near the lake. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Me: *sigh* No, Ji Yong. No it wouldn’t.

J.Y.: Oh…

He sounded really disappointed and I hated having to keep doing that to him because he was incredibly adorable… but I

really didn’t trust him. I didn’t know why but I didn’t.

The school finally came into view and I could see a girl walking up the stairs and it looked like…

Me: KIKO-CHAN!!!

The person turned around and I was glad to know it was her! I ran up to her and clutched her face.

Me: Ohmygawsh. You’re okay. You’re okay, right?! *I was examining her face, hands, legs* Nothing happened? Why weren’t

you answering your phone?! Agh~ I WAS SO WORRIED! *I hugged her*

J.A.: AHA! CHILL KIMIKO, CHILL!

Me: *laughs* Mian, mian. But seriously where were you? I kept calling and I was so worried!

J.A.: I was… out. *she smirked*

Me: Ooooo, with a boy huh! Who is he? *I kept poking her and she just kept laughing because she’s very ticklish* Huh?

Huh? Do I know him? TELL ME.

Just then Ji Yong came up behind me and Jung’s smile disappeared.

J.A.: What’s it doing here again?

J.Y.: Nice to see you too. Fall into any trashcans lately?

J.A: *she scoffed* Nice comeback, Einstein.

Me: Hey, hey, hey! No fighting! It’s a beautiful morning and we should just enj—

Suddenly a voice from behind me called.

“Jung Ah! You forgot your phone in my car, beautiful.”

That voice. I knew it. But why did it make me so afraid to turn around? I did though. I closed my eyes tightly, turned

around and prayed it wasn’t the person I thought it was…BUT MY PRAYERS WERE FUTILE.

Kai: Oh, hey Myeong Yi-ssi. Pretty strong legs you got there.

Me: Yeah? Wanna see how strong my fists are too! * I began to charge forward but Kiko and Ji Yong held me back*

She let me go though to go get her phone from Kai.

J.A.: Gomawoyo Jong In oppa~ *she kissed him on the cheek*

WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUU. JONG IN…OPPA?!?! SHE DIDN’T EVEN LIKE EXO A FEW DAYS AGO!? WHAT IS GOING ON

HERE?! I BET I’M ASLEEP AND THIS IS ALL A TERRIBLE DREAM THAT GOD IS USING AS A JOKE ON ME FOR NOT GOING TO

CHURCH THE SUNDAY AFTER THE CONCERT. IT JUST HAD TO BE.

Me: O…oppa? *I clenched my fists*

Kai: Ne, oppa. Do you want to call me that too? It’s fi—

Me: HELL NO. I don’t NEED you, you good for nothing piece of—

J.A.: MYEONG YI! Be nice. Please.

Me: W-w- what the actual fu—

I tried to calm down. Then I got an idea. It was probably a mean one but… who cared? Not me. I unclenched my fists and

got a sickeningly sweet smile on my face. One that would have probably drove Jung Ah up a wall if she was in her right

mind at the moment.

Me: You know what? This is a good thing. I’m happy.

Kai & J.A.: MWO?!?!

Wow. Jung Ah looked happy-surprised but Kai. Woah. He looked almost… disappointed. He must’ve realized that though

as he quickly changed his expression to a smile as Jung Ah looked up at him.

Me: Yeah, it’s a great thing. Maybe we can double date sometime?

J.A.: WHAT?! YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND?! AND YOU DIDN’T TELL ME?! WHO IS HE!? DO I KNOW HIM!?

Me: Ne.

I grabbed Ji Yong’s arm.

Me: It’s Ji Yong oppa~
