"hmph, I can't come with you guys" you said and pouted

"don't worry, we'll take out some bulgogi for you~" Jisoo said and ruffled your hair

"nah, dont mind me, you two be careful!" you said and waved at them

"see you tomorrow~ be nice to your new neighbor!" Minji said and the two of them walked away

you arrived your house and you immediately helped your mom prepare what she was baking. it was a strawberry and vanilla cake. after helping her, you baked your own cookies for the neighbor. 

when everything was done, you and your mom smiled at each other

"aren't you changing out of your uniform?" she asked

"ani, this is fine" you said and gave her a thumbs up

"alright then~" your mom said and you two went out of the house and proceeded to ring the doorbell next door

the two of you waited for it to open, and when it did, a beautiful young looking woman greeted you two.

"ah, annyeong haseyo, do you need something?" she asked and smiled

"annyeong! I'm Jung minah and this is my mom Jung Jooah, we're your neighbors! we're happy to have new neighbors!!" you cheerfully said and smiled

"aigoo, you're such a nice girl" she said

"oh and we have something for you~" your mom said and smiled

"aigoo, there's no need for that~" the woman said

"you can come in" she said

"oh no, we dont want to disturb you and your family, we just wanted to greet you" your mom said

"ayy don't worry it's just me herem though my child might be here soon, come in" she said

you and your mom looked at each other and smiled.

"if it's not gonna disturb then alright" you said and you two went in and she told you to sit on the couch

"by the way, I'm Lee Jinhee" she said

"nice to meet  you Mrs. Lee Jinhee~" you smiled

"aigoo just call me auntie Lee" she said

"auntie?" you tilted your head

"yup auntie is fine, how old are you by the way?" she asked

"uhm 17 turning 18" you said and smiled

"aigoo my son is 18 turning 19~ it's so nice to finally meet a girl almost the same age as my son, all of his friends are boys!" she said.

"where is your son by the way?" your mom asked

"oh, he visited his friends, they are quite tight" she said and chuckled

"Auntie Lee, you should try the cake, my mom baked that and I made the cookies" you smiled cheerfully

"aigoo, you're so cute~" she said and pinched your cheeks

you and your mom chuckled

just then there some rustling of keys and the front door open

"eomma, I'm here" a tired voice said

"Byunghunnie~ come here and introduce yourself" Mrs. Lee said

"Who are they?" the boy asked, taking off his shoes 

*that voice is very very familiar* you thought

"Minah stand up and let's greet him" you mom said

you smiled at her and eagerly nodded

you stood up and turned around, you greeted him loudly and cheerfully, but then your voice faded away

"ANNYEONG I'M JUNG MINAH AND THIS.....is... my mom..... we're......" you finally stopped

everything was quiet. you and the boy we're looking at each other, too shock to speak

"is everything..... alright?" you mother asked

you just blinked. "LJoe....." you whispered quite loud

"what?" you mom tilted her head

"omo... don't tell me this is love at first sight already.. aigooooo~ and you know his nickname" Mrs. Lee squealed

just then he shook his head

"Get a grip mom why would I fall in love at first sight" LJoe said and ruffled his own hair

"Byunghunnie, introduce yourself" Mrs. Lee said

"Mom stop calling me like that or else this girl..... i mean she...  aish nevermind" he said

he looked at you in a serious matter as if telling you that he's still ad just seeing your presence, and then he looked at your mom and bowed

"annyeong haseyo, I'm her son, Lee..... Lee.. aish.. Lee byunghun" he bowed

*Lee Byunghun... so that's his real name, huh* you thought to yourself

"uhm... why are you here if you don't mind me asking" LJoe asked your mother 

your mother smiled and and she nudged you

"tell him" she whispered

"why me, he asked you" you whispered back

"just do it" your mom pushed you forward

"oh uhm... we're your neighbors..." you awlwardly said

"oh!" LJoe suprisingly reacted " I thought you were a family friend or something... if that's the case, I would ran away" LJoe said

"Yah you---" you stopped yourself

LJoe smirked and walked to his mother and sat down beside her, he took a cookie and chewed it.

"mom, this is nice, I know you can bake but this is actually better than the last time" LJoe said

"Oh byunghunnie~ minah gave that to us, she baked the cookies while her mother baked the cake" Mrs. Lee said

Ljoe stopped chewing and looked at you, you were grinning like you've won the lottery

"Is that so?" LJoe said and his mom nodded

Ljoe then swallowed it and coughed
"It's not yummy... I'm going to my room, bye" LJoe said and stood up and quickly dashed up the stairs.

"do you know each other?" Your mother asked

Mrs. Lee looked at you, also curious.

"uhmmmm, actually.... he's my new seatmate" you said and scratched your head

"AIGOOOOOO!! This is going to be great! you two can get close in just a second!" Mrs. Lee said

"aha...ha yeaaaah" you said and looked away
