It was Saturday night and both parents were out for a little shopping.

Your mom and ljoe’s mom were unbelievably close and they would go out when they have no work, they would really go out leaving you and ljoe to be all by yourselves in each house.

“Ugh” you let out a groan when you felt your whole body ache as you finished stretching. You were exercising to keep yourself healthy and fit. Feeling a bit sweaty, you grabbed your towel and took a bath. After showering, you were still all alone and had nothing to do

“aish” you scratched your head and lied down on your bed, you stared at the ceiling and sighed

“AAAAAAAAAAHHH IT’S SO BORING!!!!” you kicked your blanket and pillows then banged your hand on the wall for about 5 times then closed your eyes.

Everything was quiet when you heard a loud thump on the wall that your eyes shot open and you almost fell off your bed

“whoa” you stared at the wall and blinked

Just then someone was knocking on your balcony door

You whipped your head to the side to look at it. your curtain was giving you a hard time to identify who it was but you were sure it was a guy.

You stood up. Went near it and opened it a little to see who it was. And there you saw ljoe impatiently waiting for you to open it.

*what on earth is he doing, just because our balcony is near each other does not mean he can just knock here anytime!* you thought and completely opened your curtain

You stared at ljoe and crossed your arms.

Ljoe looked back at you and raised his brow.

You raised your brow as if asking him what he wants

Ljoe looked back at you and pointed at the knob.

You looked at the knob then back at ljoe. You shook your head.

Ljoe clucked his tongue while looking at another direction and then he looked back at you.

“Just open it” he mouthed

“shi---ro” you mouthed back then did a mehrong

“I have something to saaaaaaaaay” he mouthed

“andwaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeyooooo” you mouthed back and laughed

“aish” he grabbed the knob and shook it then when you heard it turning you and ljoe looked up.

You…. Forgot…. to lock…. The door

You and ljoe were looking at each other when you suddenly blinked and then pushed the door with all your might, you pushed it back but ljoe was strong

“andwaaaaaaaaae” you shouted and kept on pushing the door

“yah you----“ ljoe was cut off when he finally pushed the door and you landed on the ground

“oooffffff”

“YAH YOU!!!” ljoe shouted as he stomped towards you

You stood up and glared at him “WAAAEE!!!”

“you annoying little girl! I was trying to sleep and you’re banging the wall, what on earth my bed is just beside the wall!!!!!!!” he said and scratched his head in annoyance “it’s so hard to sleep when it’s too boring” he whispered to his self.

You suddenly shot up and faced him “you’re bored too!?” you asked with shining eyes

“no, the ljoe is never bored” he said and looked around, not meeting your eyes

You stopped yourself from laughing and sighed. Then an idea popped out in your mind.

“well then, I guess I should sleep, I’m pretty bored and you’re not. You know I was actually thinking of playing or doing something with you but you’re not bored so, I’m gonna sleep. Go away now” you said and pushed him out of your room then was about to close your balcony door when ljoe stopped it and opened it again

“can I stay here? It’s pretty quiet in my own house” he asked and looked away

Your plan was working, you thought

“fine, but don’t steal anything while I’m sleeping” you said and jumped on your bed then buried yourself on your blanket. You silently laughed inside your blanket.

Ljoe was just standing there looking at you.
*she’s seriously gonna ignore the fact that I’m here and she’ll sleep!? What the hell* he thought

“yah!” he called but you didn’t answer

“YAH!!!” he went nearer and sat on the edge of your bed then shook you “you’re seriously sleeping?” he asked and you still ignored him.

“YAAAAAHHHH!!!” he said and shook you harder but you didn’t even bulge and still buried yourself inside your blanket "stop it!!!" you said and kept quiet again.

Ljoe sighed “aish I’m really bored” he silently said and looked around the room.

He felt you moving and he looked back at you but was shocked when he saw you looking and smirking at him “the ljoe is NOT bored huh” you said and giggled

“who says I’m bored” he rolled his eyes

“no one, I just repeated what you said~~” you shrugged then looked at him once again, a mocking smirk was on your lips “the ljoe is NOT BORED, NOT NOT NOT BORED” you said

Ljoe pinched his nose and exhaled “OKAY FINE I’M BORED!! LET’S GO OUT! PLAY, OR EAT, OR ARGH, ANYTHING!!” he shouted at you

“geez Mr-Im-not-bored, you need to control your temper” you said, chuckled and stood up and then grabbed ljoe’s arm and pushed him out of you room “wait downstairs while I prepare, okay?” you said, smiled then closed the door.

Ljoe rolled his eyes but smiled “whatever” he went downstairs and waited in your living room

“Seriously, you’re buying that?” ljoe raised his brow and looked at you.

 “Go away I don’t need your opinion” you said as you pushed him away.

The two of you were strolling around the night market. You were looking for some burning hot sneakers.

“I don’t think red suits you. Really. I’m not joking” he seriously said while looking at the other stocks of shoes.

“what do you know about what suits me” you carelessly muttered

Ljoe stopped and straightened up then looked at the red shoes you were holding.
“Well, you struck people as someone who’s pretty and cute. Hmmmm, maybe someone easy to get along, someone friendly, someone lively and active… so you don’t need dark clothes and shoes”

he shrugged and looked up at you and caught you staring at him, his ears turned red.

*did he just---* you just looked at his eyes and he was looking back at yours.

When he realized what he just said, he coughed and shrugged “just choose what you want, I’m freaking hungry, and this pair is better, buy that” he said, gave you a sneakers with a combination of white, pink and purple color, then he walked away to go look at another stall.

You blinked and looked at the shoes in your hands.

“your boyfriend’s right, that’s better than the red sneakers” the lady said.

“chinja?" you looked at the shoes then you spoke again

"Oh… wait he’s not my boyfriend by the way” you said and chuckled then gave her the colorful pair and paid for it

“ayy, what would a boy and a girl be doing out this late, of course it’s a date” she handed you the bag and your change “enjoy your date!” she said and looked away as another customer asked for something.

“it’s not a date though” you pouted and walked towards ljoe.

You and ljoe decided to eat at a nearby café and restaurant and they have an outdoor place. The two of you chose the seat that views the city, and besides, the outside place was quieter.

It was quiet as the two of you were eating.

“hmmm, miracle that your mom is not yet calling” He said.

“it’s a miracle your mom’s not calling too” you said.

“maybe they are still together” he shrugged and ate his pasta.

It was then quiet again

Ljoe peeked at you and your were happily eating your food.

“it’s true huh… what people around the school says” ljoe started

You looked up and faced him “eh?”

“everyone at school, the lower batch and even those in the other sections says you’re a person who enjoys a lot of things, They say you barely get mad” he said

“what do you mean?” you asked and tilted your head

Ljoe chuckled and looked at you “What I mean is your eating your food right now, smiling”

“really? I don’t really know that though” you said and bit the end of your fork and looked at ljoe

“I think a lot of people don’t know what they are doing unless someone says it, right?” he said and drank his juice.

You just continued to look at him and blinked, suddenly a question popped into your mind

“lee byunghun-sshi, what so you think of me seriously, if we hadn’t annoyed each other that one time” you said seriously, acting as if you were interviewing ljoe

Ljoe chuckled at your silliness but stopped drinking and stared at you “do I have to be honest?” he asked and you nodded.

“hmmmmm… actually… there’s a lot of things that I can think of when I think of you” he said then looked into your eyes and smiled.
