New year's even was nearing.

LJoe had successfully cleaned up his self and went down from his room to the living room. he told them that you were cleaning up and getting ready for the evening so he decided to go to his own room so he can prepare too. his and your mother just nodded and your mother smiled at him. all of them were watching tv for a while when LJoe stood up to get a drink when your mother complimented him

"Aigoo, You dress so well Byunghun" Your mother said and ruffled his hair

"ah neh, kamsahamnida" he said as he fixed his hair.

"Does Minah dress well too when there's an occasion?" his mother asked

"she does, she's pretty excited about occassions so she really likes fixing up" you mother said.

just then, someone opened the door and all of them looked up.

you were going in holding the bunch of cookies that the two of you baked.

"sorry It took me a while" you said and smiled then bowed.

"Aigoo~ minah you look so good" LJoe's mother said 

"ah, thank you" you said and bowed

LJoe's mom continued on smiling at you and then she sighed 

"so pretty, dont you think so Byunghun" she said

you blinked and looked up at LJoe.

his and your mother did too and they started laughing.

LJoe was looking at you as if he saw a goddess right in front of him.

his mouth was open and he kept staring at you.

"byunghun-ah, she's pretty right?" His mother said, louder this time, making him blink and scratch his head

"yeah...." he agreed and looked away.

you coughed and then proceeded to the kitchen to arrange the cookies.

LJoe his lips *why must she look good* he thought and then followed you to the kitchen.

you were putting the cookies to a plate when you felt someone's presence beside you.

you looked up and LJoe was looking at you

"so this is why you were taking so long" He said and looked at you

"was I really gone that long?' you asked and he shook his head then it became quiet.

you weren't looking at LJoe but you felt him staring at you.

"What are you still doing here Byunghun?" you asked and looked at him.

he suddenly stood straight and coughed "I was about to drink when you came" he said and casually shrugged then went to the fridge.

he got a glass and poured it with water and drank it. when done, he placed everything back to the fridge and leaned onto it. looking at you working and at that moment, he felt like he needed to do something. and he will definitely wait until it's midnight or maybe... when everyone's sleeping. 

he smirk to his self *aish lee byunghun you ert* he thought. *but I really have to do something about it later* he thought still looking at you. but the you suddenly looked at him.

"Stop staring okay. don't you know it's rude" you said

"what!? I'm just watching how slow you do that!" He said and went beside you then just effortlessly poured all the cookies in the plate.

"I was arranging it" you pouted

"it's just cookies" said, got one and then went back to the living room, not forgetting to glance at you once again.
