Jessica’s POV

‘LEE SUNGYEOL! WAIT FOR ME!’ I screamed but he just walked ahead.

‘Stop walking! You are too fast!’ I screamed again.

He was already a block away. Its not that I’m a slow walker, its just that my skirt and heels restrict my movement.

‘Why does he have love legs’ I muttered to myself before taking out one of my heels.

‘Jerk!’ I yelled.

He turned and it hit his face.

‘Ouch!’ he said, touching his forehead.

‘Its painful!’ he said.

I ran to him but since I was only wearing one of my heels, I lost balance and stumbled.

My knee was bruised.

‘Ouch!’ I muttered to myself.

He ran to me, still holding the wound on his face.

‘Are you okay?’ he asked.

I nodded.

‘I’m sorry. I did not expect my heels to hit your face’ I apologised.

‘It hurts. See, there’s a bump on my face’ he whined, pointing to the red bump on his forehead.

‘I know. I’m sorry’ I apologised again.

He took out his hand to help me stand up and there was a sudden pain on my ankle.

‘I think I sprained my ankle’ I said.

He bent down.

‘Get on my back. I’ll carry you’ he said, a tinge of annoyance in his voice.

‘I’m sorry’ I said as I got on.

Sungyeol’s POV

‘I’m sorry’ she apologised.

‘Stop saying sorry’ I replied.

‘Fine, thank you for carrying me’ she said.

‘It will be a hassle to have you limping behind me’ I replied.

‘Why are you so grumpy?’ she asked.

‘I’m sorry. I guess I’m just tired’ I replied.

‘Anyway, thank you for pretending to be my boyfriend. For the first time in my life, my Dad has finally agreed to my decision’ she said.

‘Your Dad seems pretty nice’ I said.

‘Thats because he likes you. He scared my ex-boyfriends away’ she replied.

‘So I guess I’m special and irresistible’ I teased.

‘Don’t push it’ she replied.

‘Am I too heavy. You can put my down anytime, you know? I see a taxi stand on the next street’ she said.

‘Its okay’ I replied, ‘You shouldn’t strain your ankle any further’

‘You know what? You are not so bad after all. I thought you are all y and whiny but not at all’ I said.

She let out a chuckle.

‘I get that a lot. The girls calls me ice princess because of that’ she replied.

Jessica’s POV

Sungyeol and I are in a taxi on our way to the hotel.

He is sleeping. I must admit, he is handsome.

I leaned in closer and kissed him slightly on the cheek.

Wait, No! I did not just do that.

‘I’m just tired’ I convinced myself.
