Dearest Tao,

        Hello there! We have received wonderful news about your father! Somehow after the whole battle in the other city, he has landed in a place called Cocoon and he is currently travelling with a group and one of their members is named Lightning. We have gained this information from a pub in Rabanastre. We are forever thankful to them for bringing us these news.

       Your father is currently travelling with them to find a way back to us. We will keep a look out for him! Ah, we are going to now travel to a city called the Exotic City. However, we will be walking there and I'm worried about the children's health because of this. But we don't have much of a choice now.

      I hear that this city has technology that is very advanced and may be of use to us. I am imagine a city that is very based on electricity. I wonder what their electricity bill is like then. I wonder what kind of places you guys have visited are like. Are they beautiful and pretty or are they quite the opposite?

      On our way to the Exotic City, we will be passing by Midgar for a rest. They have this energy called Mako energy, the doctors tell me. But I'm not sure what it's for. Ever since we started travelling, I feel like I'm closer to you. Will we ever cross paths? It would be nice if we do.

      I wish you could see me right now.
