MInhyuk POV

“minhyuk-ssi, meet my fiancé myungsoo” jiyeon said. WHAT?? I stood up “bwo?” I was furious. I held

his collar. “what the hell are you doing? You two timing a-hole!” jiyeon tried to pull us apart. “minhyuk

ssi calm down. Let’s talk this out.” I pulled away. I looked at jiyeon, “do know this guy is dating

someone?” I asked her. she smiled at me, does she knows? “it’s a misunderstanding minhyuk ssi” she

said.

“bwo? You mean you two are together? But what about yoojin?” minhyuk confused and shocked stare

at myungsoo. He demands an explanation. This is all a blur to him. Myungsoo sighed. “dude, I did

court yoojin but I was blinded by anger when jiyeon decline my proposal. But now I know the reason

about her decision. I realized I still love her, so here we are. Engaged” myungsoo cooly replied.

minhyuk scoff. “so you left yoojin behind to be with your past love?” minhyuk asked again.

“technically, she is the one who made me realize that I still love jiyeon. She pushed my to her again”

myungsoo said staring lovingly at jiyeon. “and Mr. Kang, yoojin and I only dated once and it’s a total

failure.” Myungsoo said grinning widely.

“minhyuk-ssi, myungsoo already told me everything about yoojin and you. I think you should know

the side she masked.” Jiyeon said gaining minhyuk’s attention. “yoojin lied to you. Yoomin is really

her nephew. She just said all of that because she thought I like you, she’s always like that, thinking

of others first, leaving her happiness on the sideline. “ jiyeon continued telling minhyuk yoojin’s story.

Myungsoo helped too for he knew more about it. about her sister, her brother in law. And the set up

she made for yoomin. He was speechless. Feeling mixed emotions for what he is hearing right now.

Part of him is relieved that yoojin is free, but on the other side, she lied to him. “also, I learn

something about you dude” myungsoo said getting minhyuk back to reality. “what?” he said a bit

irritated. He still hate this guy’s guts. “on that masquerade ball, you are the one who kissed yoojin

right?” myungsoo said.

MInhyuk POV

“how did you?” “I’ve got my sources.” Myungsoo winked. I was taken aback. I never thought that

someone would unravel it. I didn’t tell it to anyone aside from my friends. I better ask them later.

“so, am I right? I know I am” myungsoo said. Jiyeon giggled. I was embarrassed. “but in pure luck, or

should I say ‘fate’ you met in the Philippines. You fell for her as days goes by. After she left without

telling you, you decided to find her. and out of luck again. Gosh! You are so loved by the gods! She

ended up working for you. Given the chance you both got into a relationship but with a simple test ou

broke up.” Myungsoo said. Gosh! This guy is really something. “are you Sherlock holmes?” I asked.

“no, but I’m a fan” myungsoo teased. Jiyeon rolled her eyes. A brief silence then jiyeon yawn. “I think

we should go home now. It’s not healthy for me to stay up late” jiyeon said. “are you?” I asked. Could

she be pregnant? “yes,” she replied looking at myungsoo. “what? I told you  I want a family.” He said.

Jiyeon slaps his face playfully.  

Minhyuk POV

“dude, you should make a move quickly, heard she is going to the Philippines. She got a work there”

That last thing myungsoo said to me keeps ringing on my head. I should see her soon. But what will I

say to her? will she get back to me? Will she accept me again? I flinched on my bed. Rolling from

side to side. I can’t sleep and its already 3 am. Philippines? where in the Philippines she got a job

offer? Myungsoo didn’t say much. Gosh! That guy is really a pain in the . I sat on the edge of my

bed. There’s no way I can sleep now. My brain is so active. I went to the souvenir cabinet. I saw the

box. Does she still wear it? what will I do? I ruffled my hair and lay down on the carpet. I closed my

eyes.

~ring ring ring~ minhyuk flinched hearing his phone, he doze off on the carpet. He picked up his

phone. “yoboseyo?” “minhyuk! Where are you?” donghae asked. “at home. I overslept. Is there any

problem?” minhyuk asked. “minjee got a fever. I can’t leave her. I have to take care of her. she needs

rest. Also she can’t take any medicine so it will take time for her to get better. You have to go to the

meeting in the Philippines instead.” Minhyuk is concern with his sister, what? Philippines?  yoojin.

“sure hyung, I’ll take care of it. please tell noona to rest. That’s what she get from her excessive

shopping,” minhyuk teased he knows donghae is on speaker phone. “yah! I don’t go shopping!” minjee

yelled. He chuckled so is donghae. “when is the flight then? Minhyuk asked. 2 days from now.”

Donghae replied.

“chaerin ssi, can you contact jiyeon ssi for me please. Transfer the call here in my office once you got

a hold of her” minhyuk said thru the intercom. “deh boss!” chaerin replied. about a minute chaerin

called minhyuk “boss, I got her” “transfer it then thanks!” minhyuk said. “so, why did Mr. Kang call me

on such a busy time on the week?” jiyeon teased. “I have to ask you something.” “shoot but you

better hurry, we are on our way to the airport now. Yoojin’s flight is today” “bwo?” minhyuk stood up.

He can’t process what jiyeon just told him. “oops” jiyeon said.

Jiyeon POV

“shoot but you better hurry, we are on our way to the airport now. Yoojin’s flight is today” “bwo?”

“oops” I said. Yoojin knew that we talked to minhyuk on the other day, she asked us not to tell him

where she is going. Actually she didn’t tell us where she will be working. “what time is her flight?

Where will she be working?” he asked sounding like he is so pissed off. He had been calling me for

details but  I too didn’t know it.  “chill, you can go here, talk to her. she might change her mind, don’t

you think?” I heard him sighed “chaerin-ssi cancel all my appointments today. I’m going out.” He

yelled. Andrenaline rush much? “what time is her flight?” he asked.

this will be my last chapter update for the night. how are liking the story so far?

I think it's just going to be 2 more chapter and then it's the end.
