Yoojin POV

“mi-min-minhwan-ssi?” “oh! Yoojin right? Minhyuk’s house cleaner?” I nod. “why are you here at this hour? Should you

be at your house with your kid?” he asked. He is right. I should have just gone home and take care of yoomin. “I just

needed some fresh air but I’m on my way home.” I answered. “oh, if you want I can give you a ride. Its hard to catch a

bus at this hour. Rush hour.” He said. His boyish looks reminds me of minhyuk when we were in the Philippines. I let out

a smile. “no thanks,I’ll take a cab. Seems like you just got here so, enjoy the view first. I’ll be on my way now. Nice

seeing you minhwan ssi.” I bowed to him and he did too and I walk towards the sidewalk.

Minhyuk POV

“yeah, she’s sitting alone infront of the han river. She left him, I think they had an argument or something. It’s really

hard to tell when you are just watching from a far you know. And reading lips have never been my forte.” Minhwan said

through the phone. Earlier, after I followed them to yoojin’s apartment together with minhwan, well unfortunately for

him I forcely dragged him to come with me. After seeing them droving away together minus yoomin, I asked  minhwan

to follow them, wherever they where going. I let minhwan used my car, I rode the taxi on the way home. “oh, okay

thanks dude, I owe you one.” “oh yes A BIG ONE” “I chuckled on his response, sure be sure to bring the car tomorrow

morning here in my house okay? I’m gonna need that for my early schedule.”

2 days past and the talk still doesn’t came up. Minhyuk had been so eager to talk to yoojin. While on the other hand.

Yoojin became at east when myungsoo didn’t came to visit her for the past few days. She still can’t contact jiyeon but

she is still not giving up. She needs to talk to her bestfriend. Fortunately minhyuk had a free day today and planned to

stay at home, wait for yoojin and talk to her, finally. Yoojin went to work this time without yoomin. Jonghun had his

free day too so he insisted on taking care of yoomin.

“oh! You’re here?” yoomin kind of nervously uttered. She didn’t forgot the note she wrote to him few days back. “yes,

no work today so I thought I just stay here. Where’s yoomin?” minhyuk asked. Yoojin actually smiled inwardly with that

sudden question. How nice of him to look for yoomin. “uhm, jonghun oppa insisted on taking care of him. He said

something about missing baby min for quite some time. He is being too mushy now, its probably because he is aging”

yoomin says unconsciously. She is giggling when minhyuk fake coughed.”oh, sorry. I’ll get to work now. Have you eaten

already?” “not yet. Can you make me breakfast?” “sure, give me a minute.” Yoojin replied and when straight to the

kitchen. She is on the process of chopping the onion when she flinched on the sudden arms wrapping around her

waist.

Yoojin POV

“Omo!” I screamed. I got shock feeling those arms around my waist.  “minhyuk-ssi…” I can’t utter another word. I don’t

know what to say to him but feeling him this close to me felt so good. it’s like a missing puzzle piece had been found.

“yooj, I know this is too sudden but, I really like you. Please accept me?” minhyuk whispered to my ear that send shiver

down my spine. I shrug to loosen his embrace but no help, he just hugged me tighter. “minhyuk-ssi, I… I can’t

breathe..” what? I can’t breathe? Is that all you can think of yoojin? I face palmed my face. He loosen it but it feels

wrong now. I spun to face him. “my life is complicated already, I don’t think I can handle another one.” I said started to

walk towards the living room. before I could reach it, he pulls me into an embrace again. “I lose you once, I’m never

gonna lose you again yooj, please, give me a chance to prove it to you” he said. Once again I’m speechless.

Minhyuk POV

I didn’t know how long the embrace last until she pulls herself, “uhm, this is awkward” she said. How so blunt. I

chuckled. I loosen the embrace but I instinctively held on to her hand. I’m serious I’m not gonna let go again. “let’s

talk. I think I should tell you something.” She said. We sat on the couch.

“so you’re saying, yoomin is not your son, but your nephew? And his parents are dead already?” I was shocked but

manage to process the story immediately in my head. She nod. I saw the sadness in her eyes. I bet she is suffering

more than anyone else. “I know how will yoomin feel if he knew, so I decided to treat yoomin as my own. I’ve been

there. losing both parents at a very young age is not bearable.” She explained. She is so right. For me, having parents

but they it feels like they do not exist at all. And for her to lose her sister is another thing. As I saw, she is really close

to her, she was like a mother to yooj. Same as me, I only got noona, though she is so child like, she is really a dear

sister to me.

MInhyuk and yoojin just sat there silently. Both can utter a single word. Its like they are both taken aback with the

situation. “I don’t care.” Minhyuk suddenly uttered. Yoojin looked at him confused. “huh?” “I don’t care anymore, if

yoomin is yours or not. What I know is that I like you and I can and will accept everything. “ he said. Yoojin

dumbfounded only stare at him with surprise. “minhyuk ssi..” yoojin still can’t process this. One part of her is so happy,

sure she won’t deny it she have fallen for him again but a part of her is afraid of their huge difference. “yoojin please

give me a month, a month to prove it to you.” Minhyuk is now kneeling infront of her. “yah, minhyuk ssi, stop it… okay

lets try it for a month.” Yoojin replied with a sweet smile. “chincha?” yoojin nod. “omygod! Omo! Thank you thank you!”

minhyuk stood up and pulls yoojin for a hug.

“so, we should go out tomorrow, I’m not busy at the office. I can go home early. Let’s take yoomin to the ice cream

store. Noona knows the owner.” Minhyuk said all excited. Yoojin can’t help but to giggle. “bwo?” minhyuk asked while

pouting. “aigoo, our hyukkie is such a baby” yoojin said. “shoot! You call me baby??” minhyuk tried to widen his eyes.

(A/N: LOL minhyuk’s uber chinky eyes?? Hilarious!) “yah! That’s just a comparison. Don’t make it a big deal!” yoojin

slaps minhyuk on the arm. She got shock with what she did. “omo! I’m sorry!” she blurted. Minhyuk laughed “it’s okay

babe, you can put a dagger on me for all I care” then he winked at her. “I missed your sudden anger attacks” he

laughed again making yoojin embarrassed. She covered her face that is now red as a tomato. Minhyuk find it so cute,

“hey, stop that! I love seeing your face.” He removed her hands and held it firmly. They lock stares for who knows how 

long. Minhyuk is now leaning to yoojin little by little. Yoojin just sat there frozen, when their faces are just inches away,

“what is this?” minjee was standing on the main door looking at them.
