Myungsoo POV

“hyung, I realized I still love jiyeon.” I tell jonghun hyung. He smiled and nod. “just as I thought. You

just got blinded by your desire to have a family that’s why you pursue yoojin.” Jonghun uttered.

“actually, I did fall for her, but seeing her suffer with my selfishness It didn’t bossom into real love” I

confess. “I want to help her get back with minhyuk. I know he will complete her. She suffered enough,

it’s time for her to be happy” “I agree with you L.” yoomi noona walked in. she sat across me on the

table. “she loves minhyuk but she didn’t want him to suffer too because of her. she thinks that if she

get back to him, his father will be furious and disinherit minhyuk.” Yoomi noona explained.”I have a

plan noona. Trust me on this”

Minhyuk POV

“hey hyukkie, Appa wants you to attend a metting in Japan. But there’s a meeting in the Philippines

too. Where do you want to go then?” minjee noona asked. Hearing Philippines I paused. I

remembered yoojin again. I looked at her. “I’ll think about it. it’s both on nextweek right?” “deh, I

would go but with my situation, I should rest.” Minjee noona said sitting on the couch in my office. Of

course she can’t go. She’s 2 months pregnant, she can’t go I wont risk my nephew/niece for it. “I’ll

talk with appa, maybe donghae hyung and I can sort it out.” “uhm, hyukkie, have you heard from

yoojin already? I miss yoomin” noona said while pouting. She did grew love to that kid. I can’t deny

that me too. I miss the kid. “why should I” I continued browsing the reports “aish, stop being

stubborn, you should go to her. you might win her again” minjee noona said animatedly. “tell me

again who is older with the two of us?” I teased. “shut up and think about it. you never know, she

might take you back again. Better make a move quick, yoojin is pretty, guys will be surrounding her.”

with that minjee noona left.

“chaerin, I’ll go out for a bit. Cancel my meeting for today, reschedule it. tomorrow perhaps” minhyuk

said. He feels soffucated after that talk with minjee. “arasso boss! By the way, jiyeon ssi called. She

is inviting you to dinner tomorrow night” “tell her I’ll be there, get the details, I’m off” minhyuk waved

and walk towards the lift. He went inside his car and drove out. He didn’t know where to go. He saw a

kid passed by, “I think I should go to the amusement park” he said to himself. He drove towards that

direction. He removed his blazer and neck tie. He rolled his dress shirt’s sleeves up to his elbow.

Wearing his wayfarer he went out of his car.

Strolling inside the amusement park he saw kids having fun with their parents. He remembered

yoomin.

Flashback

“minhyuk appa, let’s ride that!” yoomin said tugging minhyuk’s hand. Minhyuk widen his eyes when he

saw where yoomin wants to ride. “yoomin-ah, minhyuk appa can’t ride that. Me and rollercoasters are

enemies” yoojin laughed hearing minhyuk’s reason. “but I want to appa” “besides you can ride that

you’re too young for it. maybe in a few years time. You can ride it with friends.” Yoojin shook her

head. Yoomin pouted but nod. “ara! Let’s go to the carousel then” yoomin said. “okay you, appa and

omma will ride that”

Flashback ends

“appa!” he automatically looked at where the voice came from. There he saw yoomin. He smiled

seeing him again. But when he realize who is he with. His brows furrowed. It is myungsoo. His heart

races, yoojin might be here too and he is right. There he saw her. she cut her hair into a bob, she

looks younger now. Gain a little weight. It suits her. she is smiling and laughing with myungsoo and

yoomin. They look like a family. We use to be like that. When he realized that she is about to look at

his direction he looked away. It hurts to see her with myungsoo but she looks happy. The last time he

saw her she looks exhausted. “maybe this is fate” he said and walk towards the exit.

Yoojin POV

“appa!” yoomin yelled. I looked around. I know who is he reffering to. But I saw no one. I didn’t see

him. “yoomin ah who are you calling appa?” myungsoo asked. “my appa, minhyuk appa, I saw him

there.” yoomin pointed on the nearest bench but no one is there. “maybe you’re just seeing things.

You miss him so much huh?” myungsoo asked but he is looking at me. “bwo?” I mouthed. “yes. So

much!” yoomin replied. seeing him sad broke my heart. “Yoomin-ah, didn’t I told you that minhyuk ssi

is not your appa, you can stop calling him that.” I explained. “ani, I want him to be my 2^nd Appa,

because you are my 2^nd Omma” he said. I lightly chuckled with his explanation.  His reasoning

became sharper. “omma should say sorry to him right yoomin?” myungsoo said, yoojin rolled her eyes

when she saw yoomin nod.

Minhyuk POV

I overwork again today. Yesterday didn’t help me relax. “I should have stayed here.” I ruffled my hair.

Suddenly there’s a knock on my door “yes?” “boss, I’m just here to remind you about the dinner with

jiyeon-ssi. 8PM at Ceci’s(A/N: I don’t know a restaurant in korea. I know Ceci is a mag but it sounds

chic). “arasso, I’ll just finish this and off  I go. You can go home now chaerin.” I said to her. “uhm

boss, your father is asking about the japan and Philippines meeting. What should I tell him?” “tell

him that I’ll handle the meeting in Japan and Donghae hyung with the Philippines.” “copy that sir!

Goodnight boss. See you tomorrow” chaerin bowed and went out. I looked at my watch its 7PM I still

got 30 minutes to finish this.

Suddenly minjee noona went it. “noona, what are you doing here? It’s late. You should be resting.”

“tsch, don’t worry I’m fine. I cant be laying down everytime. Besides its boring” minjee copied her

brother’s favorite catch phrase back then. He chuckled realizing what his sister just did. “heard you’ll

be dining with jiyeon tonight. You should get ready then. Are you two dating now?” minjee asked.

“no, we are just friends.” I replied. “okay, I think its good for you to go out. Get a life. By the way I

bump into yonghwa and Kevin, minhwan is getting engage can you believe that?” she laughed. “why?

Among those three, minhwan is the most likely to get laid first.” I uttered. “its not that, minhwan is

the youngest amongst you three and he is the first one to get married. He even beat me and

donghae.” “well, you got knocked up first” I teased. She stuck out her tongue. ~knock knock~ “there

you are. Ready to go home?” donghae hyung peeked at the door. “yes, have fun tonight hyukkie, tell

jiyeon to fix you up with a friend. Bet she got lots of pretty friends.” Minjee noona winked at me,

waved and went out.

“sorry I’m late.” Minhyuk greeted jiyeon. “it’s okay. How are you?” jiyeon asked. Minhyuk let out a sigh

and a faint smile. “never better. Work is invigorating.” He said in mockery. Jiyeon chuckled. “ready to

order now ma’am?” the waiter asked. “go ahead, min, order.” Jiyeon insisted. “uhm, I want the

tenderloin steak medium rare, and a glass of wine. You jiyeon?” minhyuk asked. Jiyeon browse the

menu. “I’ll have the garden salad, put a lot of dressing, remove the tomato and a glass you orange

juice please.” Jiyeon said. Minhyuk eyed her confused. “since when did you eat healthy? And no

tomatoes? You are a er for tomatoes right?” minhyuk asked. Jiyeon is about to answer when

“sorry I’m late” a guy planted a kiss on jiyeon’s lips.  Minhyuk is surprised with the scene. But he is

more surprise to see who it is. “minhyuk-ssi, meet my fiancé myungsoo” jiyeon said.
