Melody's POV

I just walk around the beach hoping for my dull self will be more active. I let out a sigh and took a seat on the white sand. I listen and watch the oceans moving back and forth. The more I look the more I wish to be able to be free like the waves. Suddenly, I see something coming from the ocean.

"What is that coming to shore?" I ask myself.

I watch as it got closer to shore, I couldn't tell what it was for it was under the water. I got up and walked to edge of water and looked in the water.

I saw something that looked like a fish when suddenly I saw a girl pooped up and looked at me with a smile.

"Hi." She said.

"Hello, who are you." I asked.

"My name is Brittanii and you are?"

"I'm Melody." I said looking in the water and I saw a yellow tail.

"What are you looking at?" She asked.

"What are you?"

Brittanii smiled and said, "Guess, what I am?"

"Well, I'd say you look like a....."

"A what?"

"......Mer....."

"Mermaid."

I nodded and Brittanii laughed.

"Maybe, because I am a mermaid."

"What are you doing here anyway?"

"I want to live on the shore, can you help me out of the water?"

"Sure."

Brittanii smiled and grabbed the side of the boat dock and started to pull herself out as I help her by pulling her. Once she was on the dock she just laid still, she seemed like she was not breathing at first but then I saw her chest moving.

"Are you okay?"  She asked.

"Yes, but, how are you going to live up here when you have a tail?"

"Haha, you so silly, just use that blanket and dry my tail."

I grabbed the small blanket by the dock and rubbed Brit's tail. After a few minutes it turned into legs, I saw socked.

"Oh my god!"

"Cool, yes?" I nodded.

Once I got back to earth I noticed that Brittanii was . "Brittanii?"

"Neh?"

"Ummm, your ."

"Yes, that happens when you turn into a human, you have any clothes for me?"

"Sure, hold on."

I got up and walked over to my bag and pulled out my other set of clothes and brought them to Brittanii. She looked clue less on what to do.

"Here, let me help you." I said showing her how to dress her self.

"Thanks." She said, now trying to stand up, but fell down.

I smiled a little, I stood up and held out my hand to her. She looked at it for a minute before grabbing ahold of my hand. I help her stand up. Once she got use to standing I helped her walk.

"Have you ever walked before?"

"No, I've been in the ocean my hole life, I've got sea legs."
