I worked on the documents, then glanced at the roses. Ck. I shook my head and worked on my documents again. I glanced at the roses.
Damn it.
What a major distraction.

I stood up and walked to the couch, picked the flowers and about to threw it away, when suddenly,

"Dear? Are you there..?"

I turned my head to my office's door, and widened my eyes.

"Ah, there you are!" She smiled happily and walked to my direction.

"U-umma? What are you doing here??"

"Eh? You said you can't come cause you're busy. So I thought i'll just came here instead.." she said, but then her eyes went to my hands.
"Omo!! What's that? Flowers?? Kyaah~ was it from your boyfriend dear??"

I reflexed to hide the damn flower behind my back.
