Irene's pov

It was 6 in the morning. The horrific call last night kept me awake till the morning. I could neither vent nor cry out my worries to my wife who was sleeping peacefully beside me while her hands held my waist protectively. I just stared at her lovingly thinking of all what is to come. All the miseries I will have to put her through. But, believe me it's because I love her .I want to keep her safe at any cost.

Seulgi's pov

It was 9:15 when i opened my eyes. I reached out my hand to the left side of the bed only to find it cold and empty. I immediatly got out of the bed cause it's been our morning ritual to give out our kisses first thing in the morning. "Hyunnnnn" -"JOOHYUNAAA" - I was looking for her in our appartment. I finally spotted her in our small balcony talking to someone. I din't want to bother her cause i thought it was probably Joy talking about her new crush/my friend Wendy or her mom. I took a shower. Once i got back from the washroom I saw her sitting at the edge of the bed staring into nothingness. Being dorky myself, I went and put my arms on her waist. 

"Omo,You scared me ": she said 

"You are a scardy cat  and I love pulling pranks on you "

"I hate you ,Seul" she said with a pout looking at me

"I hate you tooo for not giving me my morning kisses"

With that she gave me my morning loving kiss.

"Your'e the most beautiful wife ,yk that?"

"I love you Seul" and rested her head on my back with a sigh

I could see the worry in her eyes so I asked her "Is everything Okay hyun?"

She just turned around and hugged me without a word .

I hugged her back and held her .She din't say anything but I could feel her tightly holding the edge of my t-shirt as though she was holding herself back .I just tried to calm her
