Sapphire Tots is an infant and toddlers day care centre, and has quite a number of capable early childhood graduated teachers, and Kim Ryeowook was one of them. 

Kim Ryeowook was a transferred teacher from Incheon centre to Myeongdong centre as she heard that they needed more specialised teachers for toddlers with traumatised situations. 

She was introduced to Cho Younha, a 2 years old who suffered from trauma.
