Winter walked towards the gym. It's the first day of training. She's the Tennis Team Coach. 

Pro player si Winter bago nya maisipang mag-apply bilang Coach ng Tennis Team ng alma mater nya.

Nakita nya na ang Tennis players na nagwawarm up sa loob ng isang court. She hummed as she observed the young students. 

Pumasok sya sa loob ng court at tumikhim. Winter is not that tall, kaya hindi rin agad sya napansin ng mga players. 

"Attention!" The players stood straight and started murmuring. Winter let them be for a few moments. Hindi naman sya strict na coach.

"I am Winter Kim, I will be your Coach for who knows how long," she started. She looked around and saw that the Regulars are the ones lined up in front of her.

"Please introduce yourself." She commanded. 

The tall girl with model-like features stepped forward first. She must be the Captain, who knows?

"I am Wonyoung Jang, the Captain." She introduced herself and bowed politely. Winter nodded her head and signal the others to go next.

"I am Yujin An!" A puppy-like player said. Siguro ay magiging bffs sila ni Ryujin na matalik na kaibigan ni Winter.

"Good day po, Coach Kim! I'm Liz Kim, and this is Rei Naoi." Sabi naman nung blonde na may bangs. Itinuro nya rin yung mukhang Japanese na katabi nya. 

"Gaeul Kim po," matipid na sabi ng isa. 

"Leeseo po, Coach." So far, nakakaanim na sila. Dalawang regulars pa bago ang mga members.

"I am Kazuha Nakamura, pleased to finally meet you." Mas matangkad sakanya si Kazuha at ang ibang players, pero who's looking?

"Eunchae Hong!" The last one said with a big smile. 

"I guess y'all are the regulars, tama ba?" Tanong ni Winter. Kinuha nya ang clipboard sa may bag nya at inisa-isa ang mga profiles ng bawat players. She already studied it, pero para lang mukhang may ginagawa sya.

"That's right po," Wonyoung answered. The Kosmo Academy is well-known for its sports teams, lalo na ang tennis. So, Winter expects that these players in front of her are the best.

"Okay then. I have five rules. Memorize them," tumigil muna si Winter para tingnan ang lahat. 

"One, listen carefully. Two! The regulars can change anytime, so train harder. Third, always warm-up and cool down." Tumigil muna si Winter para habulin ang hininga nya. Ang hirap pala maging Coch.

"What's the fourth and fifth po?" Gaeul asked while raising a hand.

"Fourth, y'all can't touch me, especially hold me. And lastly, I am here to train you to become Champions, kaya kung wala kayong balak sumunod sakin, I want you to leave at once." She paused and waited. Baka may gustong umalis, pero all of the players stayed inside the court with their heads up. Winter chuckled in admiration.

"Go back to practice. Wonyoung, let's talk muna." Lumabas si Winter sa court at naglakad papunta sa club room nila. She sat on her chair and waited for Wonyoung to enter the room. 

"What is it, Coach?" She asked. Napataas naman ang kilay ni Winter.

"I want you to arrange four brackets. The remaining two of each bracket will be the regulars." Utos niya. She wants to give everyone a fair chance. 

"Will do, Coach. Anything else?" Magkasalubong ang kilay ni Wonyoung. Winter hummed.

"Where's the infirmary? Medyo jet lag pa ata ako," tanong ni Winter. 

"Just go straight po hanggang Court H, yung unang building po sa right ang infirmary." Pag-eexplain ni Wonyoung. 

The older girl nodded and dismissed the young Captain. She sighed. Naiinitan na si Winter pero mas comfortable pa rin na naka-long sleeves sya at gloves kaysa magkaroon sya ng risk sa physical touch. 

Sinunod nya ang sinabi ni Wonyoung habang nakahawak sa ulo nya. Kauuwi nya lang galing London. Katatapos lang din naman kasi ng Wimbledon. Ang pinakhuli nyang sinalihan na competiition. She was hailed as the Champion, of course. Tumigil muna sya noong naging Grand Slam winner sya. She's not that greedy to become more. 

"Hello?" Kumatok sya sa pinto ng infirmary bago pumasok. Walang nurse. Siguro ay break time pa lang. Humiga muna si Winter sa bakanteng kama at pumikit. 

"Uhm, hello?" Napatingin si Winter sa gilid nya at nagulat sa closeness ng mukha nila ng babae. Agad siyang tumayo at lumapit sa babae. Isinandal nya ang katawan niya sa may pader na pinakamalayo sa babae na naka-lab gown. Siya ata ang nurse dito sa Academy. Medyo malabo ang itsura ng babae dahil nahihilo si Winter. But she looks very familiar.

"Is that you, Winter? Winter Kim?" The said girl tilted her head. Paano naman siya nakilala ng babae?

"T-that's me. How'd you know?" Nagtatakang tanong ni Winter at naglakad papalapit. Although she maintained a great distance between them. She does not broadcast that she does not want people to touch her, kaya naman she usually just maintains distance, out of their reach. 

"Oh my gosh! Hindi mo ba ako naaalala? I'm Karina Yu! Seatmate mo ako dati noong last year ng high school," halos tumakbo palabas si Winter nang marealize kung sino ang babae sa harapan nya. 

Si Karina Yu pala. Yung crush nya simula high school.
