"Winter? Is that you?" Napatingin si Winter sa may harap at nakita si Heeseung. 

Heeseung Lee is a classmate from high school and middle school.  They're basically friends, but they lost contact when she left home. 

"Hee! You work in the Academy?" She asked. Heeseung chuckled and nodded his head. 

"I wouldn't be here kung hindi, right? How are you?" The guy asked. Parang nag-iinterview lang. Kada sagot, may kadugtong na tanong. 

"I am fine, ikaw ba? Matagal na rin simula nag-usap tayo ah." Kinuha ni Winter ang bag sa tabi niya at bumaba ng bus kasabay si Heeseung. She looked back to see Karina walking behind them with a straight face. Kulang siguro ang naging tulog niya. Hindi na lang siya pinansin ni Winter at nakipagkwentuhan kay Heeseung. Baka lalo pang mabadtrip kapag kinausap niya. 

"Okay, lang. I decided to pursue teaching, really wanted to teach and help other people, y'know? Mabigat ba yang bag mo? I can carry it for you if you don't mind." Tuloy-tuloy na sabi ni Heeseung. Winter shrugged and handed him the bag carefully. She made sure that their hands won't touch. Aside from Ningning and Giselle, Heeseung might be the only one who knew what she has. Haphephobia.  

"Wala kang dalang tent?" The guy asked again. Napansin niya na isang duffel bag lang ang dala ni Winter. Still very observant. 

"Wala. I woke up late! Nalimutan ko rin dumaan noong nakaraan sa mall para bumili." Sabi ni Winter at kinamot ang kilay niya. She bonded with Darcy din kasi for the past week, so she's been occupied. 

"Hey, I have a tent. We can share it, maybe build a division para naman comfortable ka. Or I can ask my friends to let me stay with them." Nakangiting sabi ni Heeseung. Lumiwanag naman ang mukha ni Winter. A free tent? Sure na agad. Sino pa bang hihindi sa libre? Sobrang kailangan nya rin naman. 

"Is it okay?" Winter asked. Syempre, nahihiya siya. Sino bang hindi mahihiya kung makikitent siya sa kaibigan na hindi niya nakausap for 7 years?

"Na share tayo sa tent o na pahiramin kita ng tent?" Heeseung joked. Itinabi nila ang gamit nila sa isang sulok. Kinuha niya ang tent at sinimulan nang gawin. 

"Gago ka talaga!" Sabi ni Winter at umiling. 

"Ano nga? I'm asking." Heeseung's shoulders shake because of laughter. 

"She'll stay with me, Mr. Lee. Now, give me back her things." Sabi ni Karina at hinila ang bag ni Winter. Buti na lamang at hindi ang may-ari.

"Karina! That was rude," bulong ni Winter. She looked up at the taller girl and saw her glaring at Heeseung. Poor guy. He only wanted to help Winter, and Karina is acting so out of character.

"I am not sorry. Tsaka diba una mo akong niyaya magshare ng tent?" Nakakunot noong tanong ni Karina. Mahigpit ang hawak niya sa bag ni Winter. She looks like a child na inaagawan ng candy. And if someone stole her candy, she will throw a tantrum and cry. 

"But you said you have a lot of things," Winter said. Nakatingin lang sakanila si Heeseung habang nakacross arms. He's waiting for Winter.

"So? Ano naman?" Winter sighed. This is not the first time that Karina acted this way.

"Hee, excuse us ha? I'll talk to you later," sabi ni Winter. She walked to the spot farther from Heeseung. Buti naman at naintindihan ni Karina at sumunod sakanya. Winter massaged her head.

"What was that about, Karina? Nagmamagandang loob lang naman si Heeseung. What you did was so rude," sabi ni Winter at umiling pa. 

The taller girl ducked her head low. 

"Nauna kasi ako. Bakit siya eepal?" bulong ni Karina at pinaglaruan ang duffel bag ni Winter. The latter raised a brow. 

"He did not, Rina. Ikaw na rin naman nagsabi na baka hindi magkasya. He asked, so I answered. And then he offered, so I don't see why not," Winter explained. Karina nodded her head coyly. 

"I'm sorry. You and him in one tent do not make sense." 

"So? He can stay with his friends." Karina hummed. She smirked to herself when she finally thought of something that could make them happy. 

"How about we stay in his tent and he stays in mine?" Tanong ni Karina. Winter looked at Heeseung who is working hard to build his tent. 

"I'm going to ask him. For now, fix your tent." Utos niya. Naglakad siya papunta kay Heeseung.

"Hee, okay lang ba na si Karina kasama ko sa tent? You can stay in her tent naman daw," nahihiyang tanong ni Winter.

It does not feel right. Parang sobrang demanding naman kasi na siya pa ang masusunod. But she can't  bear to see Karina like that. 

"Crush mo pa rin ba si Karina, Win?" Mapang-asar na tanong ni Heeseung. He wiggled his eyebrows palyfully. 

"Gago ka, baka marinig! Payag ka ba o hindi?" Winter blushed and looked away. Epal talaga ng mga kaibigan niya.

"Girl, wala naman na akong magagawa sa asawa mo."
