Rowoon put a cup of hot tea on top of the table before sitting beside the girl. He stared at So Hyun who’s currently staring blankly outside the window.

“Why are you not saying anything?” So Hyun turned to Rowoon

“I know what he did or tried to do. Frankly speaking, you’re the only one keeping me from going down there and beat him up to pieces.” Rowoon said

“H-how…”

“We have two sides of the family Hyun. I’ve seen this before. The way you flinched from his touch…” Rowoon curled his left fist so hard that it started to pale

“Hey, but at least I got you” So Hyun smiled as she grabbed Rowoon’s fist and gently rub it “Thank you oppa. For a moment there I got really scared, but thank goodness for rich ex-boyfriend who lives in the same the building of my now other ex-boyfriend” So Hyun tried to joke

“Just say it. I’ll have him out of this building or I can beat him up to pieces” Rowoon made the girl face him

“I don’t want any more issues. He wasn’t successful in his attempt and to be honest the other side of our family really freaks me out. The last thing I want is Jaeyoon oppa coming after him. That’ll just stir trouble” So Hyun shook her head “Come on oppa. I’m stronger than you think. I’m a mafia princess too after all” So Hyun smiled at him “Can I wash up first?” She asked him. Rowoon nodded and gently held on her hand. For a moment he feared that she would flinch and take her hand back, but instead she held on in his hand firmly. “I’ll be back oppa” She smiled before letting go.

“Hello? Manager Shin? Does So Hyun have any schedule for the next two days? Ah with Gucci? She can cancel right? Clear her schedule please. She’s not feeling well” Rowoon said before hanging up

Rowoon stood up and stared at the view of the city. His thoughts were wrapped in the idea of what would have happened if he did not come home early today. What would have happened if So Hyun was not strong enough to fight Song Kang’s strength. He suddenly remembered their past and how he taught her self-defense. He wanted so bad to hurt the man who hurt her, but he knew better than being petty like that. He trusts So Hyun’s decision. He paused before dialing his secretary’s number. He needs to get So Hyun out of Song Kang’s reach. Even for just a short time. He wants her to forget what that man has done. 

“Good evening sir” The other line stated

“Get the plane ready in the next 2 hours. Clear my schedule for the next 2 days too.  I’m heading to Tokyo” Rowoon said before hanging up

“You’re going to Tokyo?” So Hyun asked. She’s now dressed in her pajamas. 

“You might want to change in to something else, but then again it’s my private plane so no need to dress up Miss Celebrity” Rowoon said before approaching the girl

“Oppa?”

“Oh and while we’re at it, I’ll message the chat group. I don’t think your brothers would mind if I kidnap you” Rowoon winked. Suddenly he feels excited with the thought of being alone with her.

“What’s with the sudden change of mood?” She asked

“We’ll be just like old times. You and me going on a mini vacation” 

“Oh! But I have a schedule…”

“With Gucci. Yes, it’s cancelled. So go and change. We’re leaving soon” Rowoon urged her to go back to her bedroom “No need to pack. We’ll go shopping!” Rowoon shouted

He smiled when he saw her enter the room. He can still hear her complaining about needing to put her makeup on again. Somehow that’s something he’s always admired. She can easily forget her troubles and stay positive. Rowoon looked at her direction again before heading to his own bedroom to pack. 

Moments later, one of Samsung’s private plane is seen leaving Incheon, heading to Tokyo. Carrying a celebrity and her ex-boyfriend.
