The couple have just finished eating ramyeon in So Hyun’s apartment. So Hyun noticed how Rowoon just kept looking at his phone throughout. She trusts him alright, but what is it that keeps his attention away from her? His expression shows disappointment with a hint of frustration. 

“Oppa…why am I being ignored?” So Hyun finally asked. Rowoon had been focused on his phone for the past half an hour

“Now I know what a fanfiction is” Rowoon briefly looked at her and then back on his phone

“Did I seriously get ignored because of fanfiction?” So Hyun stood up and went behind Rowoon. She wrapped her arms around him as she tried to read what her boyfriend had been reading. “What is it about this time?”

“That Chani did not approve of me because he found out I am a mafia so he was pushing you to be with your co-star, Song Kang”

“In reality, you both are mafias though, and I chose you so what’s with the long face?” So Hyun gently tapped his lips

“It brought back memories of when you were with him and those times I wanted you back” Rowoon frowned. So Hyun gently sat on his lap and wrapped her arms around his neck

“I messed up, didn’t I? I really thought it’d be best for me to forget you and be with someone else. I really thought I’d rather live like that than lose you forever” She said before letting go of the hug

“We both messed up. We were immature and didn’t know things back then” He gently curled her hair behind her ears

“I love you” So Hyun blurted as she gently held on his face

“Not as much as I love you, I bet” Rowoon childishly answered. He was about to kiss her when her phone rang.

“Oh, it’s Jisoo unnie”

“Unnie?” The younger one answered

“Where are you?” She struggled to ask

“I’m at home. Why? Are you ok?” So Hyun asked as she carefully looked at the worried eyes of Rowoon.

“Noona, are you ok?” Rowoon took the phone from his girl

“Ohhh it’s my baby brother!” 

“Have you been drinking? Where are you?”

“I was expecting to get a girls night out, but you can join too” Jisoo laughed

“What’s going on noona? Where are you? Where’s Dawon hyung?”

“Dawon? Who’s that? My ex?” 

“Ex? Did something happen?”

“Screw that man. Come join your noona” Jisoo giggled

“I’ll contact your guards. Stay where you are noona” Rowoon said before hanging up

“Did they fight?” So Hyun asked as she got up from Rowoon’s lap

“Sounds like it” Rowoon answered as he started to gather his things

“I’ll come with you. She’s expecting me anyway. I’ll call Dawon oppa on our way”

“Oh hyung. Why are you home early?” Chani curiously asked his brother who is currently drowning his glass of whisky

“Because it looks like he messed up big time and got Jisoo angry, so now Jisoo wants to break up with him” Jaeyoon answered

“What did you do?” Chani asked as he sat beside his brother

“He talked about not wanting to get married in front of Jisoo. He claimed, ‘What’s the use of getting married anyway?’

“I didn’t mean us hyung. I just…I didn’t know she’ll take it to heart” Dawon covered his face

“Knowing you two, you would probably make up. I mean even Rowoon hyung and So Hyun made up” Chani commented

“Kid got a point” Jaeyoon said

“She won’t even pick up my call. So Hyun called me and said Jisoo is currently out there and drinking in a bar, all alone, and yet she told the guards not to tell me where she is” Dawon sighed

“Well, at least she’s safe. Don’t worry. Let tonight past and see” Jaeyoon advised the younger one

“Sir! We have a problem!” Jaeyoon’s head of security came in, alarmed “We received a report that there has been an explosion in the bar where the young miss is” He reported

“B-bar?” Dawon looked at the security

“All our guards are down and injured. The young miss, together with Sir Rowoon and Miss Jisoo, they’re gone. It appears that someone took them” He reported

“And the CCTV?” Jaeyoon asked

“They’ve been cut” 

“What do you mean they disappeared?? Like no one saw them?” Dawon approached his older brother

“I’ll call Youngbin hyung” Chani said

“The explosion was so sudden that they got briefly distracted. When they turned their eyes back to the young miss, she was gone. All three of them were not there”

“Hyung” Chani looked at his brothers “They took them” Chani said as he held his phone to his older brother

“Youngbin-ah” Jaeyoon called “They took them?” He asked

“Jaeyoon-ah. We need to gather everyone. Can you bring your brothers to the headquarters? I suggest we leave our parents out of this. I’m afraid it may be more dangerous if they come back here” Youngbin said on the other line before hanging up

“Hyung…” Dawon called on his brother desperately, as if wanting to hear that this isn’t real

“Let’s gather up and get ready. We’ll go to the HQ. Sober up Dawon. We need to find them” Jaeyoon ordered his brothers “We’ll find them, Dawon. Don’t worry…” The elder one said as he tried to mask the worry away from his face.
