"So you're saying that the camera in that ward out for a good 5 minutes after finding out we'd toggled with their audio device?" I asked Jaemin

"That's what Renjun said, yes. He said that they found out that there had been a breach in their device and they wanted to see why they'd been notified, so he got onto that cam footage which I'd given him access to and  found that it'd been erased and filled in with some still image.. To make it seem like nothing happened in the room. Chenle told me that it was a simple thing to do, but very easy to fall prey to."

"I am impressed in their dedication to harm Sana" Lisa scoffed as she ran a hand through her hair.

"Do... Do you know who is behind all this?" Mina asked after a beat.

"Not yet.. Renjun, my friend is working on that.. But- he did tell me they could get their location. It's a vague hit, but he said they're working from Seoul. He did say they could always have a hacker sitting in another country showing us wrong information and that things might be rigged, but he suspects that it's someone from Seoul. Is there anyone who comes to mind when you think of Sana?"

"I- No... Sana was always such a bubbly and positive girl. I don't know anyone who hates her" Mina stammered. I felt sick. Why was this even happening? And it sounded like it came straight out of a movie. I hissed and rubbed my knee.

"Momo? Any leads?" Seul asked causing me to look at her in confusion

"Mo- You knew Sana for a long time.. Yes, you don't keep in touch anymore but back then did you know anyone who had a feud with Sana?" 

I opened my mouth and closed it as I tried to think of something before shaking my head to say no.

"Okay.. This means that we just guard Sana and look out for some suspicious people?" Lisa said, twirling her pen.

"I feel like a detective ugh.. I'm a doctor not a detective" Jaemin groaned

"That day..." Seulgi started and we all turned to look at her

"That day when I saw her, there was another woman. Who was that woman?" she asked.

"No one other than my close friends have been near Sana and none of them would ever do anything to hurt her. I mean none of us would ever hurt the other." Mina said defensively earning a scoff from Lisa.

"Mhmm" Lisa hummed sarcastically and I decided to keep my mouth shut on that.

"I think she means the woman in the ward when we first noticed Sana's food having been poisoned. That day when she began acting up when you weren't there" I explained trying to ease the tension

"Eunha? She's Sana's girlfriend" Mina answered looking away

"Would there be reason for this woman to maybe harm Sana?" Seulgi asked

"I- I don't know….I've never really liked her, so I don't know much about her" Mina said with a grimace

"Honestly, this is some messed up . But that being said, I have an appointment due, so if you'll excuse me I shall attend to that" Lisa said breaking the momentary silence

"Yeah, I have to go file a report too"

"Hmm" I hummed as I watched them leave.

"You coming?" Mina asked as she made for the door and I nodded. I'd left Naomi with Nayeon unnie after some serious thinking in order to talk to Mina for 15 minutes. Naomi had been down with a fever so I'd gotten her to work with me. I usually didn't like to bring her over since hospitals were never a place for a kid, but sometimes I had no choice.

"How's Sana doing?" Mina asked

"She's fine for the most part.. But, if she strains herself or falls or if something doesn't go as planned she'd need surgery. Her spine has to heal slowly, but if she is impatient and tries too hard she might make things worse." I answered as we walked over to her room at the end of the corridor.

"Isn't that Nayeon?" I asked as I happened to glance at a running figure who was coming towards us.

"Huh?"

"Momo- I…. Momo I'm " she panted as she came towards us

"Where's Naomi?" Mina asked as she peeked in to Sana's room

A sudden fear crept into me and I felt my brain circuiting. "Where's my daughter?" I asked Nayeon and  her expression told me enough. My toddler had run out of the room.

 I felt my legs automatically break into a run without any further explanation and I began running through the corridors. I was vaguely awar
