Beyond the enacted budget ng departamento para sa agrikultura yung P429 million na inilabas nito supposedly to help out the farmers who lost their means of livelihood because of what happened. 

'Pag sinabing enacted budget, ito yung appropriations na inapprove ng House of Representatives at Senado and was signed into law by the president.

Pero the funds for the farmers were conveniently couched under "donations," isa sa mga uri ng pondo na pumapasok 'pag may natural and manmade disasters.  

Alam niyo, though, unlike your exes who lied, hindi ganun ang numero. Figures don't lie - so mag-jowa na kayo ng accountant o auditor, char lang.

Irene added up everything and spotted a trend dahil mahalaga ang timeline - whatever money the department released totalled the same amount of the loan which the Philippine government secured from a specific country three months ago.

They can call it "donations" pero kahit ano pang nomenclature ang gamitin nila, the numbers will show the truth. Hindi yun "donations," utang yun mga ulol.
