Hyukjae's left in a run. His coat barely on.

He quickly checks his phone. Shoves it back in his pocket. Donghae hadn't contacted him. But that's okay. He's probably worried. Hyukjae keeps running. He feels cold air. On his ankles. His stomach. He zips up his coat. He can't pull up his socks now.

Donghae's decided it's best to wait. For Hyukjae to show up. When he wants. Or contact Donghae. It's not like before. When he was moping over his team. Donghae can't think of any way... to make him laugh now...

He carefully drops the ramen. Into the boiling mixture. Checks the fridge. There are some of Hyukjae's favourite drinks. Should be good enough. If not... well, they'll just order something.

Donghae stirs the noodles. Then sighs. Why's he cooking them now? What if Hyukjae doesn't come back for hours? He frowns. Wait. That wouldn't be good...

Okay. If there's nothing from him in an hour... then he'll call. Drive around here. Look for him.

He bites his lip. Eyes the fan gifts. He's only looked. But hasn't opened. Maybe... if Hyukjae's really upset... this could cheer him up. Donghae's heart quivers. He pictures Hyukjae's face. At the gifts. The fact that they're from fans. For Donghae.

That would make him happy. Very happy. Donghae smiles a little.

Hyukjae enters. To noises from the kitchen. A delicious smell of food. Oh, is he making him ramen? Hyukjae's heart flutters more. He leaves his duffel bag. His coat. Hurries in.

Donghae's at the sink. Tap running. Back to him.

Hyukjae's immediately rushed to him. Hugged his waist tightly.

"Oh! H-Hyukjae?" Donghae's startled. Wet hands hold his. Donghae tries to look behind. "Baby?"

His voice is anxious. Hyukjae quickly turns him. Presses a kiss to his lips. Unable to stop smiling. He hugs him tightly again. Lifts him off his feet momentarily. Giggles from the bursts of love. Happiness. He hasn't felt this way for so long.

Donghae's still shocked. "H-Hyukkie? Honeybun, w-wait, are you smiling?"

"I start next week!" Hyukjae giggles again.

"S-Start what?"

Hyukjae reaches over to close the tap. Then lets Donghae pull him back. Look at him. But Hyukjae has to kiss his husband again.

"I love youuu," he says. Holds Donghae's face gently. Before kissing him. His warm welcoming mouth. He feels Donghae's fingers. Under the hem of his shirt. Hyukjae presses closer. But he's yanked apart.

"Wait, Hyukjae, what--what happened? What are you wearing? Y-You're not crying?"

"I took your trendy clothes!" Hyukjae laughs. Leans in again. Donghae's lips are pink. So pretty. Inviting. He just wants to kiss him. Love him all night--

"Hyukjae!" Donghae holds him. Glares. "Tell me what happened -- I'm about to ing cry!" 

Hyukjae manages to steal one more kiss. Then holds both of Donghae's hands. He swings them. 

"I get to teach two classes!" he tells him. Tries to get Donghae to twirl. But the man's still too stunned. So Hyukjae twirls instead. Pecks his cheek. "Each class is three times a week, but it's just an hour, so I teach for a total of six hours but I don't care! I'm so excited, Hae!"

"T-Teach?" Donghae repeats. His lips tremble. "Teach what?"

"Dance, silly!" Hyukjae says. "I went for an interview, remember?"

Donghae blinks his eyes. Glances at Hyukjae's clothes. Holds his waist gently.

"H-How -- what happened?"

"Okay, so I went there and I had to meet with that Mr. Jang, right?" Hyukjae's voice is high. Words tumbling. But he can't help himself. "His name is Woohyuk and he's soo cool! He asked about my previous job and what dancing I did and I told him the truth, like how I haven't done any for a long time but that I'd pick up everything fast and then he just told me where to get changed!"
