Day 13
21 DaysMy fingers hit the notes on the piano, trying to remember the s to each bar. Line after line, I practiced continuously, trying to get a grip of the emotion of the song. I believed that as long as I knew the emotions the song was trying to portray, I would be able to feel the rhythm and melody deeper and perform with more feelings.
It turned out that this was taking longer than I expected. I could feel my frustration growing increasingly inside of me; but I didn't want to think about it. Worrying and fussing over this would not make a difference now, not when the exam was just tomorrow. Although I have been practicing this until I was familiar with the song, I did not really have the confidence that I'll do well.
The door to my room creaked open; in came bouncing a familiar particular smiling dimpled girl; happiness radiating off her small self. Wheein rushed over to where I was in a flash, her hand reached out; revealing a plastic filled with vitamins.
"Take one of these. You need it!"
She took one out and placed it against my lips. I opened my mouth and she pried the vitamin softly into my mouth. As I continued with my practice, wheein sat beside me, singing along. Somehow, her voice suited well with the song. As
