Lee Hayi, or better known by her stage name Lee Hi, found herself in a very hopeless situation. The day actually started like any normal day. She met a friend for some shopping. The two were actually on the way to the next floor when the elevator suddenly stopped. Getting stuck with an elevator was the last thing that should happen to her. "Hey are you listening to me at all?" she heard her friend's voice say. Hayi looked at her friend now and rubbed her neck in embarrassment. "Sorry, Chungha. I'm only worried if they don't get us out of here in time. I didn't want to spend the whole day here." she said to her now. Chungha smiled when she heard what Hayi was saying to her. "Don't worry. Help is on the way. The technician is here in half an hour and then tries to get us out of here. I have something to eat and drink in my bag." it came from Chungha.  The two now sit on the floor and leaned against the elevator wall. "That's not how I imagined our day off together. That we both get stuck in the elevator." Hayi said and already heard Chungha laugh. 

"Neither do I, but that's a great story that we can tell our fans later." Chungha said and Hayi agreed. The two were now silent and waited for the technicker to come to free them. "I heard your new song. I really like it." it came after a while from Chungha. Hayi looked at Chungha now when she heard this and then thanked her. "Thank you." Hayi said to her. The two talked about different things, until they heard Hayi's stomach grumble. Chungha took a sandwich from her bag and handed it to Hayi. "Here, that should satisfy your hunger a little." she said and then took a sandwich too. "Thank you. How long have we been waiting for?" asked Hayi now, biting a piece of the sandwich. Chungha now checked the clock before answering Hayi. "We've been sitting here for 45 minutes." Chungha said to her. Before Hayi could say anything, the elevator jerked and the light went out. Now the two of them were sitting in the dark. Hayi dropped the sandwich the moment the light went out. Since Hayi said nothing more, Chungha was worried about her. As they were sitting side by side, Chungha turned a little to the right and then saw Hayi  slightly trembling. Chungha knew that she was afraid of the dark and then pulled her into her arms. She put her arms around Hayi and her back comfortingly. "Shhh, it'll be all right. I'm with you, Hayi." it came from Chungha now. 

"Hello is there someone in there?" now they heard someone ask. "Yes, we've been stuck here for 45 minutes. The light has gone out." Chungha called now. "I am the technician who was informed. I will try to get you out of here as soon as possible." the technician said. "Did you hear that, Hayi? We'll be out of here soon." she said to her now and then noticed how Hayi nodded. Getting them out of the elevator was more complicated than expected. The technician  had the wrong tools with him and had to call someone who brought the other tools, so that he could free them from it. And it would take another 2 hours until the other tools were brought. "Chungha, I want to get out of here. I can't take it anymore." she heard Hayi say in a small voice. From her voice she heard how scared she was. Chungha knew that she had to distract Hayi somehow, so she did the only thing that came to her mind and that was to sing.

After Chungha finished her song, she noticed that Hayi's tremors became less. She was glad that this had worked so well, but they were still locked in that elevator. She had to keep distracting Hayi until they were freed. Now she sang a song, where she knew how much it meant to Hayi.

The trembling of Hayi now stopped and Chungha then heard her sing softly. Chungha smiled when she realized that she had distracted Hayi so much that she forgot where she was. Now both continued to sing the song.

"Thank you, Chungha." Hayi said when both were finished singing. Chungha continued to Hayi across the back. "No problem. Is it getting better?" it came from her now. Hayi nodded again in response. "Hey you two, are you all right? My colleague brought me the other tools. It went faster than I thought. We should have freed you in less than half an hour." the technician  called now. The technician kept his word and the elevator door opened half an hour later. When the doors opened again, the two saw the technician and his colleague. "Are you two okay?" he asked them now. The two nodded and Chungha released Hayi. The two got up again, took their bags, and then left the elevator. They also thanked the two technicians for the quick rescue.

The two of them could finally do what they wanted to do all the time and do some shopping. They spent 4 more hours at the mall and when they were done shopping they drove Chungha's car to her apartment. They had bought something to eat on the way and were now sitting in the living room and eating. "I won't forget today so quickly." it came after a while from Hayi. Chungha nodded, not being able to answer because was full. After swallowing the food, she looked at Hayi. "Neither do I. Next time we go to the mall together, let's take the stairs. I don't want to get stuck in the elevator again." she said and then they both started laughing. 

After they finished eating, they started a vlive with Chungha's  phone and told their fans about their exciting day. The fans were happy that the two didn't get stuck in the elevator for too long. And some were worried about Hayi, knowing that she was afraid of the dark. "You don't have to worry, I'm fine. Chungha took good care of me." Hayi said, trying to calm her fans down. She was grateful, that they were so worried about her. Chungha smiled as she read all the comments. "She was in good hands with me. I calmed her down while we were waiting for help. Even if I don't want to, we have to break up here. We both had an exciting day and have to recover from it. Goodbye." Chungha said and then ended the vlive again. 

The two watched a film together. When it ended a few hours later, it was already dark outside. Hayi got up from the couch and the two went to the door together. "Thanks for today, Chungha. I had a lot of fun apart from the elevator thing. I should go home." Hayi said to her and Chungha nodded. Before Hayi could open the door and leave the apartment, Chungha held her arm. Hayi looked at her questioningly because she didn't know why she was holding her now. "Stay here tonight. It's too late to let you go home alone. I'll take you home tomorrow after breakfast." it came from her and Hayi thought about it. 

"Ok. I'm staying here tonight. What else should we do?" Hayi said to her now. Now Chungha considered what else they could do. "We can watch another movie and then go to bed later." was her answer now. Hayi nodded and the two went back to the living room. Both sat back on the couch and watched another film. In the middle of the film Chungha looked over to Hayi and saw how she fell asleep. She smiled at the sight. Chungha turned off the television, got up from the couch, and then carefully picked up Hayi so that she didn't wake up. She carried her to her bedroom and then put her in bed. Before that, she changed her clothes. After she had changed too, she lay down in bed with Hayi. It didn't take a minute since she had snuggled up to her. Chungha put an arm around her and then fell asleep a little later. Both had smiles on their lips.
