~Areum's POV~

Looking around, I can't help but furrow my brows at the four girls hurrying around me. The dorm was a bit of a mess from all the things they had been tossing around and I was left on the couch, watching the scene unfold and the mess to grow before me because these girls were too frantic and I did not want to get caught in their way. "Watch where you're throwing your stuff!" Jisoo huffed when Lisa's shirt fell on her head. "Mianhe unnie!" The maknae called out, though she was still sorting out her bag.

"Has anyone seen my sunglasses?" Jennie questioned from her room. "I think it's by the tv!" Lisa answered while she went back to her own room to get more clothes. "It's with me!" Rosé called out as she ran out of her room to give Jennie the said sunglasses then went back. I just looked as though I was watching a tennis match with the girls going back and forth. And since all four of them were so busy preparing, none of them heard the knock on the door, so the I took it upon myself to do so, grabbing the crutch next to me and then answering the door.

When I saw who it was, a wide smile appeared on my face. "Unnie!" The tiny figure crashed into me and I was quick to wrap my arms around the younger girl and gave her a small squeeze, grinning at the excitement that was seeping out of her. "How are you?" Looking behind the girl in my arms, I smiled. "I've been well. Will you be staying, Seulgi?" The bear shook her head, grinning before she's gesturing to Yeri, who has yet to let go. "I just dropped her off. We did agree to let her spend the day with just you two." She informed and I nodded my head before nudging the young girl, who pulls away to grin at her member. "Thank you, unnie. I'll see you later."

After bidding Seulgi goodbye, I brought the other inside the dorm. "The girls are a bit busy right now with getting ready. They'll be at the company the whole day tomorrow, then we leave the day after that." I explained whilst Yeri nodded her head. "What about you, unnie? Is everything ready on your end?" It was my turn to nod. "Yeah, I packed my stuff last night just to avoid all this." I explained, gesturing to the mess in the dorm and the four girls who were going in and out of their rooms, making the SM artist giggle.

"Girls, Yeri is here! I'm just going to grab my wallet so we can go." I called out and all movement came to a halt before they were rushing outside to see the us, their eyes widening when Yeri was, in fact, there. "Yeri! We're sorry we didn't greet you at the door." Rosé squeaked, her arms filled with her acorn plushie. "It's okay unnie." The young artist smiled and I nodded my head. "Go and take a seat first while I get my wallet."

"Hold on, where are you both going?" Jisoo questioned when she stopped me by Jennie's door. "I can drive." Jennie frowned as she placed her hand on the my arm. "Are you sure? What about your foot?" Her face showed worry as I offered them both a small smile, appreciating their concern. "It doesn't hurt as much anymore, and the doctor told me that I'm almost good to go." I had to assure them both, though they did look doubtful, they eventually let it be, but I knew for a fact that they would be worrying about it until I came back. "Text us if anything happens though." Jisoo says and I gave her a thumbs up after getting my wallet then offering a hand to Yeri, who happily took it.

We made our way to the door with Lisa tailing after us. "I'll see you tonight, okay?" I told her and the dancer nodded her head. "Text me when you get there, unnie." She tells me, to which nodded before pressing a quick kiss to her cheek, causing a smile to bloom on her face. These girls were too adorable. "Take care and have fun!" We waved as the door closed and Lisa went back to her room to continue getting ready.

~break POV~

"Unnie, are you sure you're fine with driving?" Yeri asked when both she and Areum had gotten in the car. She wasn't exactly sure if it was okay, but she couldn't help but worry when they were both already there. She wasn't scared of Areum's driving, but she was scared that the older girl might end up feeling some sort of discomfort. "Don't worry, it doesn't hurt so much anymore. In actuality, I can walk well without using crutches anymore." She explained with a playful smile. "I've only been using it because I wanted to surprise everyone at the dorm." She chuckled, making the younger girl giggle.

"But anyway, what do you want to do today? I know that I invited you and everything, but to be honest I'm not entirely sure on what you'd like to do." She admitted carefully, not wanting to upset the younger idol. But to her relief, Yeri only smiled while she shook her head. "Ani, it's fine, unnie." She assured her before she would wrack her brain for what they could possibly do and her expression lit up. "Unnie, let's go to an aqua park."

"Aqua park?" Areum looked a bit confused as she glanced at the girl next to her, but she only nodded her head. "You told me before that you really wanted to go to one since the last time you went was before you debuted. So, why not go now and seize the opportunity while it's there?" She grinned and Areum matched her expression as she reached out with one hand to ruffle her hair. "Aigoo, how smart of you." She teased before Yeri went and input the location in the gps.

The ride was just filled with the two girls giggling and singing along to the radio. Yeri would dance along while Areum nodded her head to the beat of whatever song she would pick. Arriving at their destination in no time, Yeri quickly got out to help her unnie out of the car, grabbing the crutch from the back seat and then handing it to her as she opened the door.

"It's so cute!" Areum giggled as she pressed her face against the glass that contained jellyfish. The colors looked bright due to the light that was pointed in the tank and the soloist awed at the sight. "This one looks funny." Yeri laughed as she poked the glass lightly, a puffer fish just beyond the clear wall. "Omo!" The younger girl pulled her hand back as the fish suddenly expanded, causing both girls to erupt into laughter.

While they walked around, Yeri had Areum's hand in her own, holding it tightly and swinging their joined hands back and forth. When Areum took a peek at her, she couldn't help but smile to see the happy expression on the girl's face, a slight skip in her step the more they proceeded through the place. Fans were able to recognize the pair, but were respectful and kept their distance.

A few hours later, they decided to leave and Areum drove to a nearby restaurant when Yeri stated she had gotten hungry after the fun they had. "What do you want to eat, Yerimmie?" She asked and the girl was quick to answer. "Meat!" A light laugh reveberated from the soloist's throat as she nodded her head. "Arraseo, unnie will get you the best meat." She proclaimed while Yeri was getting her phone and taking a picture of her whilst she drove. She had taken a few, others with just Areum, others having the both of them.

"Waaah, thank you for the food!" Yeri said cheerfully and Areum patted her head. "Aigoo, you're so cute. Come on, eat as much as you want." And she did just that, happily eating the food that was brought to their table while Areum did the same. "This is really good." The soloist said with wide eyes as she began to cut a piece of the steak and then offered it to the younger girl who went wide eyed as well as she nodded her head. "Daebak."

While they were both busy eating, Areum had noticed that Yeri did look much brighter now compared to their first meeting since her release from the hospital. It made her smile and the said girl had noticed her unnie staring. "Wae? Is something on my face?" She asked while conciously patting her face and Areum shook her head. "Ani, you just look so happy and it makes me feel happy, too." She informs her and the dark haired girl smiled in turn. "Of course I'm happy, I get to spend today with you." She stated in a matter of fact tone. "I haven't seen you in a year, unnie, and I'm just glad that I can finally relax." She said with a small sigh and Areum had an apologetic look on her face. "Do you want to talk about it?" She asked softly and the latter stared at her plate, lightly poking at her food as she contemplated on what she wanted to say.
