Yoona's POV

The air inside the room grew heavy with tension, a palpable silence gripping everyone present. One by one, I watched as individuals quietly made their exit, leaving only Jessica and me to confront the aftermath of her unexpected move. Her gaze was fixed on me, a peculiar smile gracing her lips. What was she up to, and how did I miss her cunning ploy?

I drew in a deep breath, attempting to process her words and intentions. When had she orchestrated this elaborate plan? Why hadn't I seen it coming? Knowing Jessica's knack for persistence, I couldn't deny that she was unrelenting in her pursuit of her desires. Despite my urge to respond, my lips remained strangely unresponsive, failing to voice the thoughts whirling in my mind.

My steps carried me closer to Jessica, my expression a mixture of surprise and disbelief. Why did she insist on meddling in my affairs, despite my explicit warnings against it? A sense of disappointment coursed through me, marring the surface of my composed demeanor.

"Jessica," my voice emerged in its customary monotone, the hint of irritation underlying my words. I had cautioned her time and again not to interfere, but it seemed that she remained unperturbed by my directives. "Didn't I make it clear that you should refrain—"

My words halted as another presence approached from behind, their footsteps familiar even before they spoke. Yuri's voice reached my ears, relaying Jennie Kim's message regarding a meeting with the wedding planner. Jessica's expression shifted as she raised a questioning eyebrow, clearly puzzled by Yuri's sudden appearance.

"We can continue this later, Jessica," I murmured, my gaze lingering on her for a moment longer than necessary. Her smile held an enigmatic quality, leaving me wondering about her true intentions.

With a parting kiss on my cheek, Jessica bid me farewell, promising to wait for me at home. I left her behind in the conference room, my thoughts in disarray as Yuri ushered me out. The drive to Jennie's abode felt both short and long, my mind a whirlwind of thoughts that refused to settle. As the scenery outside the car window passed in a blur, I found myself lost in contemplation.

Giving up on the Jung family's legacy was a decision I never anticipated making. After dedicating half of my life to their empire, the mere notion of relinquishing it seemed unthinkable. All those years of tireless effort, of navigating the intricacies of the business world, were they to be tossed aside so easily? But my ambitions weren't confined to being a part of someone else's empire; I yearned for something entirely my own.

Chairman Jung and Tyler's father shared a close bond, their friendship cemented by joint efforts in building the company. The stark contrast in power dynamics between them always intrigued me. It was Tyler's father who held the upper hand, a reality I found perplexing. He had never shown much interest in the corporate world, yet he wanted his son to helm the company, disregarding the fact that Chairman Jung's offspring had declined the opportunity. And so, despite my role as President, their influence was enough to potentially oust me.

It was a harsh realization – I was an outsider in this realm of familial connections and allegiances. I found myself surrounded by toxicity, from the disdain of individuals like Minyoung and Krystal, who saw me as an interloper, to the repulsive presence of Jessica's ex-husband, Tyler. His desperate attempts to regain her affections were almost comical, an annoyance that managed to infiltrate my calm exterior.

But patience was my forte. I embraced unexpected circumstances with the poise of someone accustomed to challenges. I could bear it all, endure the hostility, and wait for the opportune moment to seize control. Yet, as time ticked on, impatience crept in. The barriers created by those around me felt increasingly stifling, obstacles obstructing my path to fulfillment.

My desires burned, unquenchable. I craved more – more power, more control, and above all, more autonomy. And so, my plan unfolded, starring Jennie Kim, the wealthy college student who had unwittingly become a pawn in my game. Patience was my ally once more, as I meticulously dealt with her attitude and brattish behavior. But beneath her façade lay something far more valuable – connections to the Kim family, a revelation that sparked my intrigue.

Delving deep into the Kim family's history, we uncovered their vast wealth – wealth that surpassed even that of the Jung family. It was a startling revelation, one that presented an unexpected opportunity. The funds they had invested in my company proved to be the stepping stone I needed to realize my dreams, to break free from the shackles of dependence on others.

I knew the endgame I sought, the vision of success that burned within me. And if I persisted, if I played my cards right, I could finally achieve it. The pieces were aligning, the puzzle nearing completion. All that was left was to execute my plan, to navigate the intricate web of connections, and to claim what I desired – my dream, my success, my autonomy.

My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on my car window. Yuri stood there, opening the door for me. Stepping out of the car, I acknowledged her with a nod before making my way into the Kim family's mansion.

The place was a spectacle, a true princess's domain. Jennie Kim lived in a world of opulence, born into wealth that seemed almost unreal. Lucky her, I thought with a tinge of envy.

"Yoona," I turned my attention to Jennie's parents, who beckoned me to join them in the garden. I greeted them with a respectful bow, acknowledging the immense wealth they possessed. They were masters of disguise, keeping their true riches hidden from the public eye – a mere glimpse of what lay beneath the surface.

"Jennie and the wedding planner are already inside. You should go," they informed me, their words guiding me towards the main event. With a small smile, I thanked them silently before heading inside to find Jennie.

Perhaps my entrance had been noticed, for Jennie excused herself and made her way over to me. I observed her attire, appreciating her fashion sense. She wore a white crop top that hinted at her toned stomach, paired with blue jeans and white high heels – a well-put-together ensemble.

As my eyes met her gaze, she greeted me with a smile, revealing those endearing gums. I found myself smiling in response, though my smile held a different edge to it. Yes, she had a captivating smile, a smile that could disarm anyone.

Little did she know that she was the linchpin to my ambitions, the key to my success. With her by my side, I would secure my financial autonomy, and I was determined to protect my newfound wealth at any cost.

End of Yoona's POV

"Hey, babe," Jennie's arms stretched out in an inviting gesture, prompting Yoona to embrace her willingly. The sensation of Jennie's breath on Yoona's neck sent a shiver down her spine, and a tender kiss from Jennie's lips made Yoona burst into a light-hearted giggle.

"Fill me in, please," Jennie's voice took on a husky undertone, her words hinting at a deeper desire. Her hand rested atop Yoona's, the touch an assurance of their connection. "Let's set the date now; waiting feels unbearable," she declared, her enthusiasm evident as she pressed a gentle kiss onto Yoona's cheek.

Agreeing with a simple nod, Yoona inquired, "So, when do you want the wedding?"

"Next week," the unexpected prompt left Yoona momentarily taken aback, but her surprise melted into a warm smile. "Alright," she assented, a mix of astonishment and excitement lighting up her features. Jennie's radiant smile confirmed their shared decision as her gaze turned towards the wedding planner. "Next week it is."

The wedding talk concluded, Jennie's exuberance persisted as she whisked Yoona off to the mall, her eyes set on catching a movie. Arm in arm, they strolled towards the ticket counter, fully engrossed in each other's company.

After their conversation concluded, Jennie's infectious energy drove her and Yoona to the mall for a movie date. Linked arm in arm, they strolled towards the ticket counter, their anticipation palpable.

"Jennie!" The couple's attention was captured by the sight of Jennie's friend rushing toward them, hands already occupied with popcorn and drinks. Coincidentally prepared, they exchanged greetings. Yoona offered a warm smile to everyone, but her eyes lingered on Lisa, who seemed strangely reserved.

Before they could dwell on the anomaly, Jennie announced her intention to fetch snacks, urging Yoona to proceed inside with the others. A peck on the lips sealed the moment, and Yoona left to complete their snack mission.

Left with her friends, Jennie questioned their presence. "You could've let me know you were coming here. I would've chosen a different place to avoid interrupting our date." A collective laughter followed her playful complaint.

" you chose this place then," Yeri chimed in, eliciting more laughter from the group. Their camaraderie was evident, a bond that had endured time.

Suddenly, the topic shifted to the wedding, prompted by Irene's inquisitive query. "When's the wedding?" her words hung in the air, capturing everyone's attention. They leaned in, curiosity written on their faces. "You mentioned having a talk with the wedding planner earlier in the group chat."

Jennie didn't hesitate, delivering the news with a casual tone. "Next week." An abrupt stillness settled upon the group, their reactions an amalgamation of surprise and disbelief. Jennie's head tilted, puzzled by the unexpected response. "Why such reactions? Is it because it's too soon?"

"Absolutely!" Chaeyoung chimed in, her concern evident. "We're not against you two getting married, but remember we had a pact that we'd wait until we've graduated. What happened to that plan, Unnie?"

Irene joined the questioning, her curiosity piqued. "Indeed, why the abrupt change in wedding plans?"

Jennie sighed, grappling with her response as she watched Yoona buy their snacks. "I understand we promised each other to wait until after graduation," she began. "But my father has been urging us to marry sooner, as it'll streamline the transition of her taking over our company. Even if we initially agreed to wait until after my graduation, I'm still going to push to expedite it."

The inquisitive gazes turned to Jennie. "Why the sudden rush?" Jisoo inquired, her curiosity mirrored by the others.

Jennie hesitated briefly, then answered with raw honesty, "I love her so much that I'm eager for us to share a home. I want to take her surname and build a family together."

Nods of understanding spread among her friends, who were familiar with the depth of Jennie's feelings for Yoona. Despite that, the revelation of their wedding taking place in just a week caught them off guard.

The conversation shifted to their plans for children, eliciting Wendy's curiosity. She probed, wondering if Jennie and Yoona had discussed this aspect of their future. "Have you talked to her about having children?"

Jennie shook her head, admitting that she hadn't mustered the courage yet. This topic remained unexplored between them, and she wondered if Yoona shared her desire. "Not yet, but I've researched options for same- couples."

Intrigued, the others leaned in. "What options?" they inquired collectively.

"Some couples opt for reciprocal in vitro fertilization (IVF)," Jennie explained. "In this procedure, eggs are harvested from one partner, fertilized with donor , and then the resulting embryo(s) are implanted in the other partner's uterus or preserved for future use. In other words," her smile widened, and her eyes sparkled as she glanced at Yoona approaching them, "we can have children together. Imagine having little Jennie and Yoona running around – it'd be absolutely adorable!"

Jennie's friends gazed at her with tender smiles, taken by the passion in her eyes as she spoke about building a family with Yoona. Her cat-like eyes glowed like crescent moons, radiating her excitement.

"I did say I'd follow you inside, didn't I?" Yoona's voice broke the conversation, her brows furrowing inquisitively. The scene before her caused a smile to curve on her lips – Jennie's devotion was evident. "Did I interrupt something here?" she wondered, her eyes scanning their faces to gauge the situation.

Jennie's head shook fervently, her eyes lighting up at Yoona's arrival. "No, babe. We were waiting for you. Come on, let's head inside." With a gentle pull, Jennie led Yoona indoors, the others trailing behind them.

During the movie, Yoona was attuned to Jennie's hand tracing patterns on her thigh. Though she felt a flutter of discomfort, the sensation was hard to ignore. Whispering, she cautioned, "Jen, not here. People are around. Show some restraint."

Jennie's lip was caught between her teeth, her eyes rolling playfully. What could she do? Yoona was captivating, absorbed in the film. The way Yoona's lips curved in concentration ignited something within Jennie, an uncontrollable desire building. She recognized it as inappropriate, considering the audience, but restraint was slipping.

"Touch me here and now?" Jennie's plea caught Yoona off guard, eliciting a swift turn of her head. Her partner's urgency ignited a spark within her. Still, their surroundings made her cautious. "Jen, have some consideration for the people watching," she admonished softly.

Jennie clicked her tongue, reigning in her desires. She huffed, reminding herself to control her impulses. Still, she vowed to satisfy Yoona once the movie concluded.

"Hey, I think I left my pouch," Jennie interjected suddenly. Yoona's confusion arose – she was already holding Jennie's pouch. Realization dawned, and she stared at Jennie in disbelief. The young girl only grinned sheepishly in response.

"Sure, go get it. You know where the bowling area is, right?" Wendy teased, amusement dancing in her eyes.

"Yeah, we'll meet you there," Jennie confirmed, whisking Yoona away from the group with a knowing look.

Yeri burst into laughter, echoed by her friends. "She's quite the character!" she exclaimed amid chuckles.

"She's so bad at lying, Ms. Im is clearly holding her pouch behind." Joy laughingly said can't believe that Jennie acted so bad. "I should totally give her some acting workshop." She added shaking her head in amusement.

"Her lying skills need some serious work. I mean, Ms. Im was literally holding her pouch behind her," Joy said through laughter, finding it hard to believe Jennie's failed attempt at deception. "I might just have to offer her some acting lessons. Seriously."

Wendy wiped away her tears, still chuckling. "And did you notice? They're not even headed back to the cinema. They're going somewhere else."

"Let's just roll with it. We better get used to this," Irene suggested, her hand intertwining with Seulgi's.

Chaeyoung directed her attention to Lisa, who had placed a hand on her shoulder. Chaeyoung felt her cheeks warm under Lisa's touch. Lisa's puzzled look made Chaeyoung blush even more. "You didn't seem very cheerful when we saw Jennie Unnie and Ms. Im."

Lisa quickly dismissed it, her chuckle a little shaky. She knew Chaeyoung was quite perceptive. "I'm fine, Chipmunk. Just some thoughts from a conversation with my parents last night." Chaeyoung nodded slowly, sensing Lisa's hesitation and deciding to let it rest for the moment.

"Can't you wait until we're back home?" Yoona spoke up with an air of indifference. Jennie had spontaneously pulled her into a fitting room, laden with clothes as if she intended to try on everything. The earlier surprise encounter with the sales attendant seemed to add to the drama. "Did you drink something before we got here? You're seriously unbelievable right now, if not."

Jennie's response was a self-assured smirk as she shed her clothes with a single motion. Yoona could only watch in astonishment, slightly agape. She had never expected Jennie to be this... assertive.

"Can't you hold off for another 15 minutes?" Jennie's voice was husky, her fingers tracing a tantalizing pattern on Yoona's abdomen. "I need you," she pleaded helplessly before crashing her lips onto Yoona's, leaving no room for any objections.

Yoona's hands responded with fervor, exploring every inch of Jennie's form, their fiery desire igniting a rhythm that they were now fully committed to.

"I love you," Jennie mumbled between fervent kisses.

She leaned back slightly, moving her hair to one side and placing her hand on Yoona's chest, searching for her gaze.

"With all my heart, Yoona. My heart belongs to you and no one else. I'll be yours forever, and you'll be mine forever once we're tied together," Jennie declared, her eyes holding the same intensity that Yoona was feeling.

Yoona responded by pulling Jennie's head back in a hungry kiss, a raw display of their desire for each other.

"Inside, baby, please," Jennie pleaded, her voice laden with urgency.

Without hesitation, Yoona slid her fingers inside Jennie, who was already soaking wet for her. A chuckle escaped Yoona as she marveled at Jennie's readiness. She began moving her fingers rapidly, eliciting loud moans and screams from Jennie.

"Jen, keep it down, or we'll get caught," Yoona warned, trying to balance their pleasure with discretion. Jennie nodded, but instead of muffling her sounds, she wrapped her arms around Yoona's neck and buried her head in Yoona's shoulder.

A surprised yelp escaped Yoona's lips when Jennie bit her shoulder, and she quickly let Jennie know it hurt. Jennie's apologies were peppered with pecks, and Yoona couldn't help but giggle. "It's okay, just go easy on the biting."
