strings of fate got a hold on you

nothing you can say, nothing you can do

you're stringed along by all they say

you're like a puppet put into play

 

changing your life into theirs

fate has no happiness, no fears, no cares

you're tangled up, then set free

to finally be who you want to be

That way of saying patient was rather explicit and really did give a mental picture and the words were beautiful :3 <br />
