Ch 7
Game OverIt's Monday afternoon, Eunha was very excited about the promise Yuna and she has made 2 days ago. She went straight to the music faculty after finished her class at 3 pm. There was an hour before the appointment. But she has never been in there before so she thought she'll come early to explore the faculty and find Yuna. She saw people carrying instrument like guitar, flute, some bring violin, etc. She barely saw something like that in her faculty so it was really fascinating.
After went around 45 minutes with a few stops, distracted by some students who were practicing, Eunha finally arrived in front of a room with a grand piano in it. She saw someone with dark red color hair sitting in front of it. It was Yuna. She played something with the piano but Eunha can only hear the sound shimmery from the outside. She opened the door and Yuna was looking at her direction.
"Oh, it's only 3.55. You came early."
"Yeah, I thought I would come right after my class is over since I'm going to need some time to look for you here." said Eunha.
"Have a seat wherever you want."
Eunha took a chair and put it near Yuna so she can hear when she plays clearer.
"Do you have a particular song you want to hear?"
Eunha was thinking for a moment. "Just play whatever you want to play. I'll just be here and appreciate you."
Yuna then started to play some classical songs. Eunha was listening closely when Yuna played. It was so beautiful that she didn't want Yuna to stop doing it.
"You must've heard the melody before, right?" asked Yuna when she removed her hand from the piano keys and faced Eunha.
"Yeah it was familiar.... especially the last one."
"The last one belongs to Beethoven. It's called Für Elise or For Elise. People said he made it for the woman he loves."
"Ahhh...." said Eunha in awe. "What about the first one?"
"The first one called Im Wunderschönen Monat Mai by Schuman."
"Im what?" Eunha asked, not really catching what Yuna said.
"Im Wunderschönen Monat Mai. It means In the beautiful month of May. It was originally a poem by Heinrich Heine."
"I don't understand but wow... you know a lot."
"Well, that's what we study here..." said Yuna while putting a little laugh.
