Comfort and Advice
Painful Love"Hyung..I ed up bad." Jungkook admitted quietly to Yoongi and Namjoon.
Namjoon and Yoongi exchanged looks. It was a rare occasion for Jungkook to call them 'hyung'.
"How?" Yoongi asks.
"I confessed to Seokjin."
"Did he reject you?"
"Obviously. I've been such an , Yoongi-"
"OK. Is that all?"
"Yeah."
"Look Jungkook, Seokjin is not going to forgive you unless you apologize and beg for forgiveness." Yoongi says.
Jungkook keeps quiet, having no recollection of apologizing to Seokjin. Sure, he said he didn't mean to hurt Seokjin's feelings, but he didn't apologize directly.
"But it's too late, right? Seokjin already hates me. He would never forgive me." Jungkook says glumly.
"Better late than never, right?" Namjoon says.
"But I don't know what to say." Jungkook chews on his bottom lip.
Jungkook swears he sees a amused twinkle in Yoongi's eye.
"What are you looking at?" Jungkook says defensively.
Yoongi's lips break out into a grin. "I never knew you were like this, Jungkook. Where's your confidence?"
Jungkook fights the rising color in his cheeks. "Hyung! You're supposed to be helping me!"
"Buy him something. Flowers or something. Then apologize. If that doesn't work, beg for his forgiveness."
Jungkook nods, trying to remember as much as possible. "What if that doesn't work? Then what?"
"Then you're on your own, buddy." Yoongi pats his shoulder.
Jungkook frowns. "Can you tell me something that is actually useful?"
Yoongi mutters under his breathe. "Brat."
"Jungkook, try not to mess this up, ok? Seokjin is a really sweet person. If he doesn't forgive you, write a letter to him later. Maybe that'll work." Namjoon suggests.
Jungkook's face lights up with a smile. "Thank you so much, Yoongi and Namjoon-hyung!!"
Yoongi grunts. Namjoon nods.
"Good luck, kid."
