Jungkook can't fall asleep. He knows it's late, but there are so many thoughts that swirl in his mind.

Jungkook regrets befriending Seokjin.

He wished he never knew how wonderful Seokjin was because it would just hurt him.

It hurts how he is go such measures to hurt him.

But what must be done has to be done, right?

This was all his family's idea anyway.

The Kim's and the Jeon's were in bad terms. It would be accurate to call them enemies.

Sure, popularity was kinda awesome. But Jungkook-no, Jungkook's parents wanted to ruin the Kim's business. Or at least make them feel unwanted.

Jungkook's parents decided to start with Seokjin.

Jungkook's actions are making him do this even if he doesn't want it. Jungkook doesn't understand why he's doing this anyway.

Jungkook's parents never cared about him, absolutely nothing.

Jungkook had learned to become independent, but he still felt the emptiness in his heart.

But when he "befriended"  (he did feel like he actually was befriending Seokjin, though) Seokjin, he was amazed on how much compassion a human has.

He felt safe, and felt someone actually cared about him.

It was a amazing feeling, and Jungkook struggled so much to even think of hurting the person who gave him such experiences. Seokjin would hate him, just like the other million people he had met in his life.

He also had very good friends.

Yoongi cared about him, even when he pretended he didn't care, Jungkook knew he did care.

Yoongi was the one who convinced him actions speak louder than words.

And Namjoon, the friendly guy who had befriended Jungkook. He was smart and funny, and also very kind.

They were supposed to be "bad". If only Jungkook could slap every person who thought Yoongi and Namjoon were horrible students, who thought they were bullies.

Jungkook always knew he wasn't the type to be open minded and sappy, but he can feel his heart warm when Seokjin laughs.

But there's no way to hurt Seokjin without making him hate Jungkook.

It'll be fine. You can't disobey your parents. Seokjin's just a tool, a pawn.

But his heart doesn't agree. It beats wildly for Seokjin, and cannot be stopped.

Brushing away a single tear, Jungkook falls asleep.
