Defeated, she looked up and met his eyes. “What do you want for me to do so that you can’t ruin Jaejoong’s business?”

She didn’t see the glad expression she’s expecting from Jiyong but instead she saw his enragement. His eyes almost turn unto tiny slits.

“You will do everything for him?” he was incredulous.

She nodded curtly.

“You love him that much to protect him?”

A fleeting smile appeared her lips as she whispered, “Yes. I love him. And I would sell my very soul for him.”

“Damn you!” he said, savage anger on his face. His eyes blazed like sinister flames. And for the first time in their past heated bickering with each other, Sandara felt scared to him.

Jiyong looked like as if he were going to strike her. She took a step backwards, fear in her eyes. His eyes more blazed in anger at her reaction. He held her face tightly.

“That’s right,” he said furiously…slowly. “Be scared. Because right at this moment. I feel like strangling the unscrupulous life out of you!” and how quick he held her face is the same speed on how he released her.

And the next thing she heard is the loud slamming of the door. She released the breaths she didn’t notice she held.

For a while she remained seated there. And even if her place is way high from downstairs, she can still hear the other loud slamming of the doors.

Jiyong leaned on the wrought iron railings. One long sigh he released before he began to speak.

“I will go back to Seoul tomorrow dawn. It’s In Na’s birthday party.”

Sandara immediately stood up and faced him.

“I will jump in this tower if you will lock the doors when you go out tomorrow, Kwon!”

For whatever reason, the threat made him smile. He does not believe she can do that. Tramp or not, she had survived the scandal she had been involved with more than two years ago. And if what she said to the phone earlier with Jaejoong were true, she survived that too.

If that was another woman then that woman was probably than think of jumping on the ocean with no definite safety.

“I am not kidding, Kwon!” Sandara annoyingly continued.

“What a gory death for such a glamorous woman.” He shook his head and laugh. “No. You can’t do that, Sandara.”

Sandara watched his white teeth flashed in the dark. His fragrant breath stirred her hair and was causing delightful things to her s and between her thighs.

And after a while, Jiyong stopped laughing. And for a heart stopping long while, they stared at each other.

“Sandara…”

“Ji…”

They both spoke at the same time. And at the same time cleared their throat. Sandara went back on sitting on the stool. Her knees were wobbling.

“You first,” she said, refusing to meet his eyes. She looked on the darkness instead.

“Okay.” Jiyong cleared the lump in his throat. “Let’s have a truce, Sandara. We are like a dog and a cat always fighting when meets.”

“What do you expect for me to react when you are locking me
