Jung Jessica/Sooyeon - The heir's and oldest daughter of a remarkably rich Jung Jaesuk, who is the CEO of a fashion marque called Blanc & Eclare. She was framed by her father's company rivals, of which they accused her murdering their young son's.  

Im Yoona – Professionally trained Marine, she was hired by Jung Jaesuk himself to rescue his daughter. 

Kim Taeyeon – Mischievous teammates' of Im Yoona's, who's also joining forces in the outbreak mission. 

Seo Ju-hyun/Seohyun - Im Yoona's best friend, shared a common in top 3 of taekwondo and plenty of others martial arts. But, unlike Yoona, she was coached in the Army instead. 

Kim Hyoyeon – An agent undercover, forced working inside the prison to catch whoever tries to snug drugs and weeds inside, illegal trades. Tired of the upper ranks and sergeants whom always seems to neglect their jobs, she later decided to be recruit by Yoona. 

Lee Sunny – An extremely intelligence woman with a brain of a hacker that supports her squad (Yoongie squad) from outside, in order to break through door securities, computer systems, heck, even the whole penitentiary. 

Kwon Yuri – Jung Jessie's former prosecutor, she quitted on trying her best to get her best friend out of the hole because of the corrupted government/judge. Was approached by Yoona in the plans of getting Jessie out. Illicit though. (Fast and Furious freak) 

Choi Soo-young – Sunny lover's, although she's not as smart as her short partner, she's quite helpful in being a comrade with Yuri, since driving and tricking her race-opponents is her most skillful attributes.

Hwang Tiffany – Taeyeon's other complete piece, and Jessie close friends. Always making an effort in sneaking news in for Jessie from the outside, because she has connections from the insiders that make it easy to visit her bestie. 

Side Protagonists 
Jung Krystal – Jessie lil baby sis, a dork with sharp and neat observation. Dead-devastated when she knew her sister will be going "away" for a long time. Since then, she kept her eyes on the bastards whom framed her big sis, vowed to take revenge on them.

Jung Jaesuk – The jungs father, and the CEO of Blanc & Eclare. A dad with great sense of humors who always spoiled the childish daughters in the house

Amber Liu -  Krystal lover. Together with Yoona, she was also trained heavily in the corps. Knowing that, Yoona personally asked Amber to stay with baby sis 24/7, in case some dangerous situations could happen that can't be foreseen. 

Ok Taecyeon – Krystal bodyguard, he appears to be stiffened and agitated at first, but warm up to the couple soon, because they treat him as an oppa rather than just a bodyguard. 

 Kim Jong-kook – The jung's bodyguard, has a special bond with the family. Oh, and single. *wink wink* 

The Antagonists 
Park Myeong-su – The one and only, behind all of the frames of Jung Jessica, a selfish man whom only think about himself and his wealth, not even the death of his son. Despite knowing everything, he still bribes the whole government in order to come on top as one of the most affluent men in Korea. 

Park Kang-joon – Myeong-su son's, brutal and vicious in both words and actions, wanted to have all Jessica for himself, but the more he tries to force himself onto Jessie, the more she despises him. 

Park Dong-won – Park's oldest son, after knowing his little brother death, and all he knew was his father side of the story. He swore on his mother and brother tombs, that he will seek vengeance. 

Cha Seung-won – Park Myeong-su's company partner, the man who's also in the frames scheme with Park, it was Cha idea to frame Jessie in order to defeat their enemies in ranking.
