Hana waved her hand at him. When the crosswalk finally allowed her to walk, she walked halfway through before ---

Hana woke up. She looked over at the alarm. 2:00am. She shook her head and tried to fall back to sleep.

“Doctor, please” Jisung worrily said. “Please save her.”

“Sir, we will try our best. Please wait here.” The doctor said as him and the nurses pushes the bed into the operating room.

With her fingers intertwined, elbow on the desk, she lay her chin on top, pondering about the dreams she has been having lately.

“What are you thinking about?” Yongguk asked her. She didn’t even noticed that he was standing behind her for a few minutes now.

She looked up to him. “Nothing.”

He didn’t buy that. He grabbed her hand, took her back to his office, closed and locked his door and pushed her against the door. He bent his face down and planted a kiss on her. She slapped him across the face.

“What the is wrong with you?!” She angrily said.

Yongguk didn’t say anything. He rubbed the left side of his face a bit while staring at her. As she was about to escape from him, he grabbed her chin and, this time, kissed her more deeply than before. Hana struggled to escape his force. After a while, he released himself from her, straightened up his shirt, and told her she can leave. Angrily, she left the office for the day.

Hana returned back home. She didn’t felt like going anywhere, but home. She went to her brother room to find her stress ball as she remember she let him borrow it last time. As she dig through his desk, she found a journal. Curious, she opened it and began to read as she flip through the pages. As she read through the pages, her eyes were in disbelief. What is it that she was reading? She stopped at a page that reads

Today is Hana’s funeral. Bang Yong Guk and his family will be there also. They caused this. They caused her death. I know for sure, but with no evidence I can’t do anything. Just like my parents’ death.
