After making sure that Bona got back safe in her apartment, I bid farewell and promised to meet up with her again the next day. She flashed a smile at me before I turned around to leave. Outside her apartment, I noticed that the silhouette was there again. I continued to walk cautiously as it followed me. I turned by the next corner and stopped walking and so did the silhouette.

“How long are you going to keep up this stalker act, Cheng Xiao?”

Cheng Xiao took a step beside the post she was hiding from. She sighed as she walked towards me and was about to explain herself when suddenly…

“Hey there, ladies…”

A man spoke from behind Cheng Xiao and two more men appeared out of nowhere.

“We just wanted to have a little fun and would you like to join us?”

The three men grinned from ear to ear. They seemed to be really drunk.

“Pathetic humans… How dare you speak to a lady that way?” Cheng Xiao said and the men started closing in on us.

I think it’s about time Cheng Xiao and I should leave and besides we can easily disappear out of here and leave these men alone.

“Eunseo… Don’t use your power.” Chengxiao whispered to me and held my hand.

One of the men tried to grab her other hand and she quickly slapped the man.

“You’re not supposed to provoke men in situations like this, Cheng Xiao.” I whispered.

“You’re no fun, Eunseo. It’s been a while since you loosened up.” She just whispered back with a smile.

“Feisty… Well then ladies, my apologi- Ugh!!!” the man grunted.

Cheng Xiao just threw her shoe to the unsuspecting man.

“Why… You little- Ugh!!!”

Cheng Xiao just threw her other shoe at the same man. Oh great. This doesn’t look good at all no matter how you look at it. Cheng Xiao tugged my hand and we immediately started running away.

“Just what are you trying to do, Cheng Xiao!?”

Why in the world are we running away from these men when we can just quickly dispose of them? The men came running after us. This is just plain ridiculous. I stopped running and punched the lights out
