4. I’m sorry!

 

 

Mark woke up with Jinyoung sleeping on his chest, the elder kissed Jinyoung on the forehead before he carefully went to shower. Jinyoung woke up feeling empty, he rubbed his eyes and saw the empty place beside him, Mark wasn’t in the room anymore.

 

 

“Where is him? Did he leave? He isn’t playing with me right?” Jinyoung mumbled

 

 

“Of course I’m not playing with you…” the family voice startled Jinyoung, the younger moved up his head and saw Mark standing near the restroom with only boxer and a tower around the neck

 

 

“Did you miss me that much…” Mark said and made his way to the younger. He squad down on his knee beside the bed and careless the younger’s cheek

 

 

“I thought that you left….” Jinyoung pouted and said with his head down

 

 

“Why would I leave? I’m going to stay here this summer remember? And it’s like my second day…” Mark said with a small laugh and winked to Jinyoung after, the younger didn’t say anything and just nodded his head

 

 

“Come on, go take a shower…” Mark said and stands up

 

 

“Must I…..” Jinyoung whined with pouting lips

 

 

“Yes, you must, lazy babe….” Mark said and tried to drag Jinyoung up

 

 

“Babe?” Jinyoung asked a bit shocked, no one had ever called him babe before

 

 

“Yes, babe…” Mark said and pecked Jinyoung on the lips, made the younger blush

 

 

Jinyoung finally made his way to shower while Mark putted on some clothes. After breakfast, they went to the beach for a small walk. They have their hand intertwined and talked nonsense, just joking around.

 

 

“Jinyoung-hyung….” They heard a family voice and they turned around to meet with Youngjae running towards them. Jinyoung smiled, but Mark’s face was dark and he glared at Youngjae angrily for disturbing their lovely walk.

 

 

“Youngjae-ah, what are you doing here?” Jinyoung asked with a smile on his face

 

 

“I’m here with Wonpil-hyung and Dowoon-hyung, but…. I thought that you only held hands with me hyung…” Youngjae said with pouted lips while he pointed at Jinyoung and Mark’s intertwined hands. Jinyoung pulled away his hand right away and it shocked Mark

 

 

“So he cares about that little ugly punk’s feelings more than mine now huh….” Mark thought and glared at Jinyoung and Youngjae

 

 

“Jinyoung-hyung….” Dowoon said and waved to Jinyoung and Jinyoung waved back

 

 

“Jin, I heard from Youngjae that you have a new friend, is it he?” Wonpil asked and pointed at Mark

 

 

“Jin? How many nicknames do you have Jinyoung?” Mark asked in his mind

 

 

“Not a new friend, I know Jinyoungie since we were small, I know him longer than you punks….” Mark said with an angrily tone and wrapped his arm around Jinyoung’s waist, it surprised all of them including Jinyoung

 

 

“Hyung…” Jinyoung said and slowly pulled Mark’s arm away from his waist, it made the elder even angrier

 

 

“Possessive huh? You may know him longer than us, but it doesn’t mean that you know him better than us, beside he won’t like you more than he likes us….” Wonpil said and pointed at himself even he said ‘us’, after he said, Wonpil winked to Jinyoung

 

 

“What do you mean your little punk…” Mark started and grabbed Wonpil’s collar “and who allowed you to wink to him…...” Mark shouted right into Wonpil’s face and Wonpil just smirked

 

 

“Hyung, let go of him…” Jinyoung said and pushed Mark away

 

 

“Are you okay Pil-ah?” Jinyoung held Wonpil’s hand and asked

 

 

“Pil?” Mark thought and glared at them

 

 

“I’m….” Wonpil’s words got cut off by Mark who is leaving without saying anything

 

 

“Mark-hyung….” Jinyoung shouted, but Mark didn’t answer or turn around, just continue his walk

 

 

Jinyoung looked at Mark and back to his friend and back to Mark again, he made a big sigh “I have to go guys, see you…” Jinyoung said and ran after Mark without letting his friends say their goodbye

 

 

“Why did you do that hyung?” Dowoon asked Wonpil after Jinyoung had left them

 

 

“They obviously dating, from what Youngjae said and how he glared at me just because I called Jinyoung for ‘Jin’, can I say that they’re dating. I just wanted to make sure if that guy really like Jin, only if you really loves someone you won’t let anyone call your man any nicknames…” Wonpil explained and the other two nodded their head

 

 

On the other hand, Jinyoung grabbed Mark hand to make the elder stop, but Mark just yanked his hand away. Jinyoung tried again, but this time he grabbed so hard that Mark couldn’t yank it away. They looked at each other without saying anything, before Mark broke the silence.

 

 

“Why are you following after me, just go back to you lovely friends that know you better than me and the one you like better than me…” Mark shouted and looked away

 

 

“It’s not like that, please listen to my explanation…” Jinyoung said with pleading eyes

 

 

“What explanation? I totally understand, just go back to your lovely ‘Pil’…” Mark said in a really angry tone

 

 

“Hyung, there is nothing between me and Wonpil, we’re just very good friends…”

 

 

“Very good friends? Then why did you yank my hand away when Youngjae asked about us holding hands? Why you didn’t say anything when he winked to you and why won’t you let me have my arms around your waist? Why you pushed me away? You’re only cares about that Wonpil guy…or you’re just scared that he will find out that we were dating, you’re scared that you will lose your chance to date him after I leave and go back to Seoul, you’re a ing playboy, just leave me alone your …” Mark shouted and Jinyoung slapped the elder’s face with tears running on his face, he can’t believe that Mark just called him a . Jinyoung turned around and ran away from the elder.

 

 

Mark just stand there speechless, he didn’t know why he become a so jealous and childless person, he never felt like that before. “I’m the playboy here, but why am I feeling like this…” Mark mumbled and felt his tears slowly fell down. He regrets right away for calling Jinyoung for a , he isn’t a , Mark know that it was just himself who were overreacting.

 

 

Mark went back to the younger’s house and he felt an awkward atmosphere right away when he went inside the house, both their parents looked at Mark not so happy.

 

 

“Mark Tuan, what have you done to Jinyoung? He cried and locked himself inside his room, you guys went out happily, what did you do?” Mr. Tuan asked angrily, Mark felt guilty and just looked down, don’t know what to say

 

 

“Raymond calm down, they are teenage and guys always fights, Jinyoung is sensitive, they must just have argued about something and Jinyoung started to cry, my son Jinyoung is a cry baby remember, and he never change in that. It’s okay Mark, don’t worry, Jinyoung will be okay, he is just a bit sensitive, but he may lock the door to his room until tomorrow when he had calmed down and we can’t do anything about it. If you don’t mind, what about you sleep in the couch tonight? I’m sorry about my son’s behaviour” Mr. Park said and apologised, it made Mark even more guiltier

 

 

“Don’t apologise uncle, it was my fault, I started the fight…… can I go upstairs and try to talk to Jinyoungie…” Mark said in a low voice and Mr. Park nodded his head before Mark made his way up to the younger’s room

 

 

‘KNOCK KNOCK’ Mark knocked on the door, but no one answered, the elder tried again “Go away, leave me alone…” Jinyoung shouted from inside

 

 

“Jinyoung, it’s me, I’m sorry…. I shouldn’t have reacted that way and I shouldn’t have called you a ‘’…” Mark started and said the word ‘’ in a very low voice, scared to let his and Jinyoung’s parent hear him “I was jealous, please let me in and let me make it up for you…” Mark pleaded, but it was all silence from inside

 

 

“OMG, Mark Tuan, what are you doing, in your previous relationships you never pleaded or apologises, it was always them who plead you to stay, but what are you doing now…”  Mark asked in his mind and when the elder still in his thought, the door slowly opened made Mark back to reality

 

 

“Jinyoung…” Mark said and met with a pouting and crying Jinyoung

 

 

“His eyes are red…” Mark thought and pulled the younger into a tight hug, Jinyoung tried to pull away, but Mark didn’t let him

 

 

“I’m sorry Jinyoungie, I promise it won’t happen again, please forgive me…I…I was jealous of that Wonpil guy, I was scared that you would leave me…” Mark pleaded

 

 

“I’m sorry too, I shouldn’t have yanked your hand away, it’s just that Youngjae definitely going to tease me nonstop if I didn’t do that and told him that I’m dating you, because I always told him that I don’t want to be in a relationship, I’m sorry and it’s really nothing between me and Wonpil….” Jinyoung explained and Mark kissed the younger on the forehead.

 

 

“I missed you…” Jinyoung broke the hug and said, looking in at Mark’s eyes

 

 

“I missed you too…” Mark said and pecked on the younger’s lips

 

 

Everything was fine between them again, after dinner and showering, they sat on the bed just cuddling. Mark had one of his arm around Jinyoung’s waist and the another playing with the younger’s fingers while Jinyoung had his head on Mark’s shoulder.  

 

 

“Jinyoung-ah…” Mark started after a long silence

 

 

“Yes Mark-hyung?” Jinyoung said without looking up to his boyfriend, he just continued playing with Mark’s fingers

 

 

“Have you dated anyone while I was in Seoul?” Mark asked out of his curiosity, he wants to be Jinyoung’s first and only

 

 

“Mhm…not actually…” Jinyoung said embarrassing for not have been dating before in his age.

 

 

“So I’m his first boyfriend…” Mark thought and smirked

 

 

“Why?” Mark asked in a teasing tone

 

 

“My parents are so strict, they are so protective, they don’t even let me play with other friends other than Youngjae and them, beside I wanted to focus on my studies…” Jinyoung said and Mark nodded his head.

 

 

“What about you hyung? Have you dated anyone before?” Jinyoung asked shyly

 

 

“No…” Mark lied, he didn’t know why, but the answer just came out

 

 

“Why?” Jinyoung moved his head away from Mark's shoulder and asked, looking at the elder right into the eyes

 

 

“Because…. your parents are so strict…” Mark joked and winked to Jinyoung

 

 

“Hyung…” Jinyoung whined and hit Mark on the chest

 

 

“Ouch….” Mark shouted and acted that he was hurt, made Jinyoung panic

 

 

“Oh, I’m sorry hyung I didn’t mean to hurt you…” Jinyoung apologised and rubbed the elder’s chest

 

 

“I will forgive you if you make it up for me…” Mark said with pouting lips

 

 

“How?” Jinyoung asked and Mark pointed at his pouting lips, Jinyoung blushed and quickly pecked Mark on the lips

 

 

Mark pulled Jinyoung into a kiss and the younger kissed the elder back, the kiss quick become a passionate kiss and none of them wanted to stop. They finally broke the kiss for some air and both breathed heavily

 

 

“I love you Mark Tuan…” Jinyoung said and pulled Mark into a hug, the elder was a bit surprised of the younger’s sudden confession, but he knew that he loves Jinyoung too

 

 

“I love you too, my Jinyoungie….” Mark said and hugged the younger back
