14. Avoid!

It has already been weeks, Jackson haven’t been in the campus, either do Mark. Jinyoung been worried why he haven’t been seen Mark the last few weeks, but he didn’t want to call the elder either because he hasn’t decided yet to forgive Mark or not. Jinyoung went to his dance class and it’s was the first time he saw Mark in weeks, their eyes met, but the elder quickly turned around back to talking with his friends.

“Hey…” Jinyoung went to Jungkook and Jimin and said

“Hi Jinyoung-hyung….” Jungkook and Jimin said, waving to Jinyoung

After dance class, everyone went to shower and change to other clothes. Jinyoung was looking for Mark, but the elder was gone right after class.

“Is he avoiding me now? Have him given up on me already…” Jinyoung thought while he was walking to the cafeteria and he accidently bump into someone and fell on the floor

“Watch were you’re going….” The other one shouted at Jinyoung

“I’m so sorry…” Jinyoung apologised right away and looked up to see who he bumped into, it’s was Yugyeom, Jungkook’s boyfriend

“Don’t think that just because you’re Jungkook’s friend and I will be nice to you, get lost…” Yugyeom said and glared at Jinyoung before he started to walk again and leave

“Wait…” Jinyoung stands up and shouted, made Yugyeom turn around to face the elder

“What?” Yugyeom asked a bit irritated

“Mhm….do you…. mhm…” Jinyoung hesitated, don’t know how he should ask the younger

“Just split it out…I don’t have time to play with you….” Yugyeom rolled his eyes and said

“Do you know…. mhm…where Mark-hyung is?” Jinyoung finally asked shyly, looking down

“I’m not his pet, how would I know where he is….” Yugyeom said and was about to leave, but stopped halfway

“He may be at the rooftop…” Yugyeom said without turning to look at Jinyoung and left after saying.

“Rooftop…” Jinyoung muttered and went to the rooftop to see if he can find Mark there

Jinyoung stand in front of the rooftop door, he held the doorknob, standing there not opening the door.

“What should I say if he is there?” Jinyoung asked himself in his mind and thought of all the video call him and Mark had while Mark was at the rooftop. It was also the first time he got introduced to Momo

“What if he is with Momo? What if they are making out?” Jinyoung thought and wanted to leave, he turned around and about to go down the stairs, but the sound of the rooftop door opened stopped him and made him turn around

“Jinyoung…” Mark said and stared at the younger, Jinyoung didn’t say anything, he just stared at Mark

“What are you doing here?” Mark broke the silence and asked

“Why are you avoiding me?” Jinyoung asked with teary eyes without answering Mark’s question. He didn’t know why he suddenly become so brave and asked Mark, but he wanted to know the answer

“I….I….you said you needed time…” Mark stuttered and said

“Fine then…..bye….” Jinyoung said a bit irritated ran away

“Jinyoung….” Mark said and hurried ran after

“I said I needed time…. but that doesn’t mean that you need to avoid me…. idiot, can’t you just court me? I hate you Mark Tuan, stupid Mark Tuan, Idiot Mark Tuan….” Jinyoung yelled in his mind and ran to the cafeteria since it was lunch time

“Jinyoung….” Mark grabbed the younger’s wrist and stopped Jinyoung to ran away

“Let go…” Jinyoung shouted angrily and pouted

“What do you want me to do Jinyoungie? Why are acting like this when you’re the one who asked for some time….” Mark asked frustrated, don’t understand Jinyoung’s behaviour

“Nothing…. just leave me alone….” Jinyoung said and turned his head not wanting to face the elder

“Leave you alone? I left you alone when you said you needed time, but then you looked for me and asked me why I was avoided you… I really don’t understand your behaviour, just what do you want me to do so you can give me one more chance?” Mark held Jinyoung’s both hands and asked with begging voice, he really want to know what he can do to win back the younger

"I....I....No matter what you’re are not allowed to avoid me….” Jinyoung stuttered said

“So…. are we good now?” Mark asked nervously

“NO…...” Jinyoung said with pouting lips

“What do you want me to do then Jinyoungie…. what can I do to prove that I love you, only you….” Mark asked desperately

“Mhm…if you can shout out to all the student in this campus that you only love me, then I will think about it to maybe give you one more chance….” Jinyoung said and looked at Mark, waiting for his reaction, but the elder didn’t show any emotion and slowly let go of the younger’s hand and left the cafeteria

“Why are you leaving? So I’m not worth it? Is your pride so important? Is it really over for us now?” All those questions where going through Jinyoung’s mind and slowly tears started to fell down on his cheek
