Falling For The Knight

SECRET CUPID

The cold and arrogant Lee Howon, the guy she could never take her eyes off ever since she was 5. The one she’d always call Ho Oppa up until now. Lee Biah had fallen so hard for him at the first sight of him. They grew up together, they used to be so close. Back then, he was the sweetest guy she’d ever met. Although at times he could be rather annoyingly cold but he’s more on the bright side. He’s always fun to be with, lame at times. He was her first friend ever in her life. The fact that she grew up in a very protective family background, she was only allowed to be friends with one's living in the same life standard as her, which is definitely family acquainted. It was then that she met him, the dream guy, she’s always dreamt of since she was so little.

He had always protected her, care for her like no other, be there for her when she needed a friend to play with. They had even slept in the same bed when they were so tiny. They were basically inseparable. The wonder of how she could have actually fallen for her very own best friend, even Biah herself couldn’t figure out.

Everyday, after school, Her Ho Oppa would always come and hang out with Biah to play. They played house where Howon would be the husband and Biah would be the wife while Biah’s stuffed toys would be their children.

“Ho oppa~! Here! Our oldest child just poop~ Oppa help clean them~” the 10 year old Biah said to the 11 year old Ho Oppa.

It was her dream to one day marry her Ho oppa. However, the dream ends up being only just a dream that could never come true as they grew up. Howon had changed 360°, the sweet little boy who once protected her, treated her like his very own princess turned into a cold and arrogant jerk who only knows how to play around with girl’s hearts, including Biah’s.

Even when she knew things will no longer be the same, with Howon acting like he never knew her that close and their family getting much more further away from one another, Biah’s feelings towards him never changed. She told herself that she would always wait for him to come back to her and be back by her side as the boy that Biah used to know.

“Why haven’t our order arrived yet? How long is the delivery man gonna take? I’m so hungry~” Complained Maerin, she was indeed really hungry and their jjajangmyeon is taking way too long for them.

“aigoo… maerinnie, just wait a little more, maybe there is an accident or something going on his way? Or maybe he got stucked somewhere or something?” Biah assured her friend, she was trying to be positive although she could hear her stomach grumbling.

“argh! Im so hungry! Why isn’t it here yet?” Complained Seulyi, she’s turned grumpy from all the waits, she could not keep it any longer.

“Patience seulyi” warned Hyunmi.

They planned to eat right before they continue their study group for their college project but the fact that their food hasn’t come yet for the past hour, it was rather annoying.

“Maybe… you should call back and ask what happened?” suggest Heejin to her cousin that seemed to be the leader of the group.

Biah didn’t agree to that though she did not say anything about it. She thought that maybe they could have wait a little more, she didn’t want to pressure the deliveryman that might have to rush which could be dangerous to him. Funny how she worried about the stranger that she has not even met but she just thought of how dangerous it could be to ride a delivery bike so fast.

It was only after 30 minutes that their food finally arrived and maerin and Seulyi was so ready to give the guy a big lecture for making them wait too long for their food. Biah could care less about it, all she know was that their food had arrived and she can finally eat after holding in the hunger for that long.

She was reminded of how she used to sneak out with Howon to eat Jjajangmyeon secretly. She couldn’t help but smile at the fading memories of their childhood. How she had missed him.

“Ooh. The guy is actually pretty good looking, though he looks kinda scary at first glance” Heejin whispered to her cousin as the guy came to bring in their food. Biah heard the statement and simply got curious about how he looked considering how faithful Heejin is to her boyfriend that she would never call anyone else good looking. It was new. She couldn’t help but to look at the “Good Looking” guy to see a very familiar face.

“Ho oppa?” she muttered automatically earning a surprised look from her friends. They knew very well how Biah grew up, they knew very well how wealthy Biah’s family is and they would never, in a million years, ever let Biah be friends with a mere delivery boy that would definitely come from a poor background. They thought that she would never get the wrong person.

The guy seemed to be really shocked as well as he called out the name, he responded as if it was really his name that was being called. However, he could not make out who the person calling him was, as far as he remembered, he knows no one that looks like her or anyone who could afford to live in such an apartment that seemed to be too big for him, even the living room itself looked a lot bigger than his house.

Biah examined the guy’s appearance, she was so sure that it was definitely him. She was 100% sure, she could never get that wrong.

“Ho oppa!” She called out confidently as the guy took a step towards the door. She grabbed him softly to make him look at her.

Once again, the guy whom Biah claimed to be Howon was startled by the name that was being called.

“How did you know my name?” he asked, his facial expression showed how confused he must have been.

To think that she got the right person, at least that was what she had thought, Biah was so happy but the happiness changed to worries to see how much he had changed.

“Ho oppa! What happened? How did you end up being like this? Did something happened to you and your family? You’ve changed so much”

“I’m sorry? Umm… I don’t know what you’re talking about… I’ve never changed and nothing ever happened to my family...” the guy said, confused.

“You’re Howon oppa right? Yes, you are definitely him.”

“What? I don’t know who you’re talking about. I’m not even Howon” He smiled, awkward, slowly pushing Biah’s hands.

“For a second I thought you knew my name” the Ho guy mumbled to himself, probably disappointed that the pretty girl had mistaken him for someone else.

“Then who are you if you’re not him?” Biah asked, she thought that maybe Howon was so embarrassed or maybe he just wanted to pretend that they don’t know each other.

“Well… definitely not Howon” he laughed, he found it funny that people called him Howon and kept insisting on it.

*Ring ring*

“Yeobeoseyo? Ne Sajangnim”

“Lee Hoya, why are you taking so long. Get back here this instance, you have a lot more work to do, why aren’t you back yet?” His boss scolded him.

“Life of a commoner can never be easy.” He sighed and went straight to the door before even getting the payment money yet.

“Hey hey! wait Mr. Definitely not Howon!” Heejin shouted, panicked that he was going to leave without the money.

Hoya looked back, surprised but laughed at the joke.

“It’s Hoya,”he introduced himself.

“Here” Heejin handed him the money.

“Oh right! I forgot! Thank you”

Biah unknowingly smiled at his behaviour. She was being reminded of how Howon was back when they were a kid and she knew very well that such behaviour would never suit Howon.

“Hoya…. Howon… hmm…” Biah said out loud. Two different person with the exact same face but different personality. She smiled.

“Aigoo. Biah.. this is like the 5th time we come here. I mean like.. honestly, the ddeokbokki here isn’t even that delicious” complained Seulyi.

“Hehe. I like it here, the food here is nice, even the people here are nice” said Biah who smiled so brightly everyone could figure out what she was actually thinking.

“This is where Hoya works, that’s why” Hyunmi stated, it’s like she knows everything about everyone. It gets harder each days to keep a secret from her because it felt like she could almost read each and everyone’s mind.

“That’s not why~ I just like the food here~” Biah whined, it gets more obvious that Biah did not come for the food but for the worker.

Hoya, the delivery guy that sent their food a month ago, works at the Ddeokbokki house. It was 2 weeks from then that Biah saw him again, with a different job. She didn’t know why but she grew interest in him. She reasoned that it could be because he looks a lot like Howon and she missed seeing him but she knew very well that he is not him and her heart and feelings for Howon will never waver.

“Here’s your ddeokbokki” Hoya served, with a smile stamped on his face, oh how she misses to see that smiling face.

Biah couldn’t help but to smile back. “Eung~ thank you Hoya oppa~” She said, talking to him like they’re so close.

“Hoya oppa? HOYA OPPA??? When did you become close? Since Seulyi said this is the 5th time you come here.” Asked Maerin, shocked at the way Biah called him. It was her first time here and she didn’t know what actually happened.

“Eung? I’m regular here~ I come here alone too sometimes~ so when I came alone and there’s not many customers, he sometimes accompany me~” explained Biah. She was happy, she knew she wasn’t in love with Hoya, but to think that the person with Howon’s face treats her the way Howon used to makes her feel happy. Just imagining as if he was him.

“Wait, lemme get this straight. So you come here a lot of times and yet this is only the 5th time you brought us here??” Asked Seulyi, the girl has got a temper which each of them know of.

“Eung~” Biah admitted, smiling so innocently that it was so hard to actually stay mad at her.

Hyunmi simply laughed at them, she had known it all along since they were so close and she knows everything there is to know about each of them. Biah would sometimes ask her to go with her to ‘eat ddeokbokki’.

“So Biah, well talking about Hoya, I’ve been so curious, who is that Howon guy that you’ve mistaken him of? Does he look like him? Was he your boyfriend or something?” Maerin shot her with lots of question. She hardly spend time with them due to work that she didn’t get to ask Biah all the unanswered questions that’s been going through her mind.

“Eung?” Biah pretended like she didn’t hear it, she thought that she could avoid such a question by doing so but she was wrong. Maerin’s determination made her lose. With every pairs of eyes set only on her, she could never escape anymore. The moment of times she had managed to get away from such question, she couldn’t believed that this is the time she finally had to tell everything to her friends.

Before even starting, her face was already peach red, even with the way he treats her now, she could still blush over the sweet him that she had always liked. “Ho Oppa~” she paused, “he was my childhood friend~”

The girls gave the same exact reaction, Forming an ‘O’ with their lips.

“He was a very sweet friend, he always care for and protect me when people bully me or talk bad to me. He’s funny and kind, he can be lame sometimes but I love that about him~” Biah couldn’t stop smiling at the thought of him. “He is… my first love~” Biah blushed harder.

A moment of silence left unbroken for a while. They could see how head over heels she is over him. Even the way she describes him, the way she smile while talking about him, the way she loves everything about him, even the negative ones. They knew for sure that she was in love, has been in love and still is in love with him.

Lee Biah has been in denial for far too long. For all the time she’s been spending at Hoya’s working, she did not realise just how absorbed she is of him. She’s been unconsciously smiling at his behaviour, at times shaking her head at his cuteness.

Hoya was used to seeing Biah always sitting at the same exact place with the same exact food everyday. For quite long, Biah had never missed a single day to pay him a visit there. He’s always seen the cute side of her and the kind side of her. Never had he ever encountered a moment when she had a frown on her face or her being mad at anything. At times he wonders, what kind of person is she? Or simply what is she? One thing he was sure of is, Angel does not exist, or does it?

“Biah..” Hoya called out her name as he casually took a seat on the chair opposite of her. “You’re alone today? Where are your friends? Don’t you usually come here with that tiny girl?” he asked her out of curiousity.

“Aah~ oppa~ Eung~ I’m alone today. Hyunmi? She’s busy today, she has a date with her boyfriend~” she explained, it must have been too much information but she was really glad that Hoya talked to her at that moment.

“Oh… do you like it here? I see that you come here everyday” He asked, not that he wasn’t glad to see her there all the time.

“Eung~ but how do you know I come here everyday?” she asked, with her sparkling big dark brown eyes looking right into his eyes.

He was mesmerised, he sit there, blankly, looking into her beautiful eyes, as if he was hypnotised.

“Oppa~” she called out as she waved her small hands infront of him to get his attentions. “I was asking, how do you know I come here everyday?”

“oh? Ohhh… Of course I know, who wouldn’t realise it if a beautiful girl like you come here everyday, and you always sit at the same place as well.” he explained, it was awkward for him to call anyone beautiful. He’s always thought those are just way too cheesy to him to say, he didn’t expect himself to say it to anyone ever, at all.

Biah couldn’t help but blush at the compliment, she had always thought she wasn’t pretty at all, in comparison to her friends, considering no one had ever had interest in her and only for her friends, which explain why she’s been single all her life.

“I’m not~ Don’t flatter me oppa~” she denied, hands waving vigorously in front of her. She strongly denied the compliment. She just simply thought he was joking around.

“I’m not joking though, you really are beautiful.” he said, he was being sincere. He had never seen anyone pretty as her.

Although Hoya didn’t know why Biah loves coming there, but he secretly enjoyed seeing her there. He just couldn’t help but to be attracted to her. Sometimes, he unconsciously stared at her for far too long that he forgot what he was supposed to do.

“Oh, btw… I was wondering… if… you’re free this weekend?” Hoya asked, hesitating, scared that he might’ve made a mistake.

“Eung~ Waeyo oppa? Do you need help in anything?” As innocent as she can be, he didn’t expect to be clueless of what he was trying to do.

“Oh… Umm.. so.. Actually, there’s a new movie coming out, so like, it is my off day and I was wondering if you’d like to watch that movie with me…” He explained.

“Eung~ Sure~” she replied, almost immediately with a sweet smile pasted on her face, just how impossible it is for him to not fall for that. “I haven’t watch movie for long~” she said, she was rather excited at the thought of watching movie, than to think of who she is watching it with.

“Really? Nice! Then…. Here~” he said, as he gave her his phone.

With a blank face, Biah looked up, confused, “are you giving me your phone?” She asked.

Hoya couldn’t help but laugh at her behaviour. He finds it really cute that she didn’t know what he was actually asking for. “I was asking for your phone number… So I can contact you for tomorrow” he explained.

“Aah~ Okay~ “ She said, finally understanding what he meant. She casually typed in her phone number and saved it in his.

“Then I’ll pick you up?” He asked, intently looking at her face, waiting for an answer.

“Aah~ I’ll just come here maybe? Then oppa can just pick me up here~” she said.

“Guys!! Guess who got asked out today!!!” Seulyi announced to their group of friends out loud in the living room.

“Seulyi~” Biah tried stopping almost with a whispering voice.

“WHO?” Maerin screamed her lungs out, finally coming out of her room.

“Did your crush finally asked you out Seulyi?” asked Hyunmi.

“Nope. Hoya asked Biah out today!!!” She announced, so excitedly as if she was the one being asked out.

“DID HE? OH MY GOD!” Hyunmi exclaimed, though she knows very well where Biah’s heart lies but to think that someone finally asked her out was really exciting for every one of them. Biah isn’t the type that would actually talk to guys, even if they did, Biah would usually simply ignore them as she’s been keeping faithful to her one and only Ho Oppa as she calls it.

“Eung~” Biah admitted shyly.

“Did you say yes?”

“Eung~ He said he wants to watch a movie with me~”

“That’s great! You’re finally opening up! Honestly saying Biah, I know as a friend I shouldn’t say this but… It’s been quite long since Howon actually ever talk to you.. so I think this is a great opportunity for you to try and open up for another guy… like Hoya” Said Hyunmi, whatever she said seems more like a lecture, although Biah knows very well what her real intention is.

“aah~ I don’t know~” Hyunmi’s words got Biah thinking, maybe what she said is actually right, but she was too attached to her first love, even when his treatments toward her changed.

“Ho oppa~” she called out at him who was standing outside by the door of the ddeokbokki house at which Hoya works at.

“Ho oppa?” He asked, confused. Biah tend to call him Hoya Oppa but Ho Oppa was something new. “Hmm.. Ho Oppa… I like it… you should call me that from now on.” He said, with a proud smile on his face.

“Hah? Mian Hoya Oppa~ I..” Biah was hesitant. She had to admit that she’s starting to feel better when Hoya appeared but she was too attached to Ho Oppa. However, She didn’t want to hurt Hoya’s feelings either.

“It’s Ho Oppa” Hoya corrected. He left her speechless, she wasn’t ready for it but she was scared of offending him.

“So.. Shall we go now?” He asked, excited at the thought of the movie, probably more at the thought of watching it with her.

“Eung oppa~” she nodded in agreement.

While they were in the cinema, Hoya just simply could not stop looking at her. Throughout the movie, his eyes locked on her, hypnotized by her beauty as she stayed focus on the screen without realizing anything.

“They dance really well right~?” she asked as they come out of the cinema.

He wasn’t sure about as he just could not get his eyes off her the whole time that he didn’t even get to watch the movie without being distracted.

“Her body is so flexible~” she exclaimed.

“Do you like dancing?” Hoya asked, amused at how excited she was talking about the moves that the main character did in the movie.

“Eung~ I like it~ I like watching people dance too~ but i don’t know how to dance~” she nodded but slowly lowered down her gaze showing her sadness that she never knew or even learnt how to dance. “Do you dance oppa~?” She asked him.

“I kind of do. I love it. I used to dance when I was little” he explained.

“Ho Oppa also loved to dance when he was little” she mumbled to herself.

“what were you saying?” he asked, as he could not hear what she was really saying.

“Eung? Nothing~” she claimed, smiling at him.

“Umm.. would you like to go out again next time?” he asked, out of interest.

“Eung~ i really enjoy it~” she claimed. It was true that she really did enjoyed it. Up until the talk of the dance, she hardly even thought of Howon.

Funny how few weeks has passed and Hoya still couldn’t forget the look in Biah’s face when watching the movie, how she was so amused by just a little thing in the movie. He was being reminded of what she had said to him, she likes watching people dancing.

Since he was in middle school, he’d always been interested in dancing that he ended up joining a dancing crew namely infinite. Even up until now, he is still active dancing, performing, battling underground with them

The fact that Biah likes to watch people dance, he thought of a way to appeal her, in a way that she’d probably fall for him. Dance. He was thinking of inviting her to one of his dance performance. Maybe, just maybe, she’d like him that way. He had thought of a lot of ways he could do to attract her, from being ignorant, to friendly to seductive but to think that she could be too innocent to understand his feelings if he had done it that way, he scratched them all away and thought of a much better way than that.

He has another dance performance within that week, he thought that it was his last chance of showing how interested he is of her. He didn’t want to regret it later on, for not doing what he thought would’ve been great. And just because, that would be his last performance of the year, or maybe in his life.

He reached for his phone, searched for her name, before once again doubting whether or not he should do it. Shaking his head, he forced his hand to click on the dial button on his screen. The phone started ringing, he waited anxiously for her to answer his call. That was probably his first time ever calling him, instead of texting as they sometimes do.

“Hello~” a soft voice can be heard from the other side, his heart was racing, simply from the sound of her voice.

“Oh Hello, Biah…” he started,

“Eung oppa~”

“Umm… I was thinking… umm…”he was starting to regret it, this might not be the best idea, to have tried to invite her to a crowded that might not be to her liking.

“What is it oppa~?” she asked, so curious of what he was trying to deliver to her.

That was it, he thought if not now, when would he be able to do it again? It’s a do or die situation for him.

“Umm… Do you have time this weekend?” he asked, just to make sure, although he knows very well that she would say yes as she is a type that he thought might have a hard time saying no to anyone.

“Waeyo oppa~?” She asked before answering, probably being cautious, or maybe not.

“Umm… do you?” He asked, repeating the question over again.

“Eung~ waeyo oppa~?” she asked the second, this time, answering his question.

“Umm.. “ He was hesitant once again, but still goes on explaining about what he was planning. He started explaining about his crew, all the way to the time and day the performance is taking place. “so can you come? Should I pick you up?”

“Eung Oppa~ I’ll try to come~ Can I bring my friends too~?”

“that is up to you…”

He was feeling really happy that she was finally going to see him performing, out of anything is his life, dancing is the one thing that he is definitely so proud of.

It was the day of the performance, right before she went, she received a card of invitation.

The honor of your presence

is requested

For dinner and dancing

In Celebration to Inspirit Group’s 10th Anniversary

At seven-thirty in the evening

At Inspirit Ballroom

It was from Howon’s family company, she had been waiting for it for a whole year, but she was no longert excited about it. Part of her were thankful that she had been way distracted hanging out with Hoya that she had almost forgot about that one person who’d made her fallen deep in love but at the same time had been hurting her inside.

Trying to be in her best condition to support Hoya, she tried to ignore her feelings. She wanted to be a great friend and support to Hoya.

Hoya on the other hand were expecting, probably too much, for her appearance in such a crowded place. He tried peeking at the audience, trying to find that one and only person he’s been waiting for. His face lit up as he saw the girl, although he was worried that she might get pushed or anything as the audience tend to get wild when performance begins, but he shook the thought of and was determined to show the best of him.

The lights of the stage went dim as the music started, the beat went hard. Right then, she saw a silhouette on stage, right from the start she could recognise it, that was Hoya dressed in dark purple suit, face painted in red and black, looking almost like a joker. If Biah had not known that way Hoya, it would’ve scared her away. To see that it was just Hoya, she felt relief.

Biah’s eyes couldn’t leave him, she was being hypnotised by him, his moves, his body, the way he stick his tongue out while dancing, it was like he was a different person. She’s never seen him that manly before, he’s been manly but not as manly as what she was seeing that night. Had she fallen so deep for him? Biah herself hadn’t realised it.

Right when he finished performing, she had thought it through. Maybe, it was from the very start, maybe it was because of him that she never failed to come to the ddeokbokki house. Maybe it was because of that she’s finally able to not think about Howon that much. She likes him. That was her conclusion that night.

“So… how do you like the performance?” he asked, she was so deep in her thought that she didn’t realised that he was there beside her. She was the first person he went to right after his performance ended.

“Eung~ I like it oppa~ You look really good~” She stated, it was true, he really looked good dancing.

“Then will you go out with me?” he asked, it sounded too abrupt than he intended.

“Eung?” she was confused, go out where? That was the first thing she’d thought.

“Will you go out with me?” he asked once again, “I mean.. I like you... So.. I was… um wondering if.. You would wanna go out with me? Be my girlfriend?” He was starting to regret it, it wasn’t him to stutter like that, but Biah made him that way, Biah turn him into something that he’d never expected to be.

It was a minute ago that Biah was starting to doubt her feelings, it was a minute ago that Biah was starting to accept her feelings for Hoya, it was also then and there when Hoya confessed his feelings for her, she was happy, the fact that it wasn’t just one-sided but was it too sudden if she’d accept it now? But to her, having someone him, confessing his feelings for her, it was rather new for her.

“Well, you don’t have to answer it now… “

“Eung~ Oppa~ I will~” she said, after thinking it through, at least that’s what she thought, she thought that maybe she could give it a try, when she already has a slight feeling for him, so why not let it grow, to let him be the reason for her to smile instead of hoping for someone else who’s only hurt her.

“You will…..?” He asked, confused what she meant by it.

“I think… I like you too… “ she said, face already turning red, her blushed face were even visible in the dim light of the place.

Wearing a soft pink long strapless dress, hair tied up in a sleek low bun, Biah walked into the Inspirit Ballroom. Even to the eyes of anyone, Biah looks really beautiful on that night. As soon as she came into the Ballroom, almost all eyes were focused on her, like how everyone looked at cinderella when she came to meet the prince.

From afar, she could see a familiar face, it was Howon, talking to a person whose back is on her that she could not figure out who it was. Howon was smiling, that was the first time since a long time since she’d ever seen him smile.

The two met eyes, but to her surprise, he smiled softly at her, asking her to come to him. He was being… friendly? That would have never happened before, now that she’s finally over him and become someone else’s girl, he’s being friendly towards her.

Getting rid of her anxiousness from seeing him being that way, she walk slowly towards him. “Ho Oppa~” she called his name, softly, as she reached there.

The man who had his back on her finally turned around to see who came to see Howon. Another surprise for her, she just couldn’t believe her eyes, Hoya… was there standing, having a conversation with Howon. Her mind went blank, the only thing that goes through her head at that time was, why is Hoya there? How did he knows Howon? She’d only thought they simply look the same without having any blood relation like some other people out there who only look alike but isn’t related.

“Hi Baby” Hoya called out.

“Hoya oppa~ why are you here~?” She asked, not wanting to be any rude or talked roughly because that isn’t her although part of her were angry.

“Ah… ummm…”

“Ladies and Gentlemen! Thank you for coming on this very evening” Before Hoya could say anything, he was cut off by Howon’s grandfather. “First of all, I really would like to thank each and everyone of you for coming to this party in celebration to Inspirit Group’s 10th Anniversary. In fact, following this, I would like to make an announcement.” He stated.

“Today, on this very night, I would like to introduce you to two of my grandchildren, Hoya and Howon. As you have known Howon has been working with me since he graduated from college and here I would like to welcome my other grandchild, who had just returned, who will start working with me as well from today onwards.” He announced.

Grandchild… He said grandchild… Biah looked at Howon then Hoya then back to Howon… They’re real… They are… twins. Identical twins. She was shocked, confused all at once, what had just happened.

A hand reached out to hers, “Baby” Hoya said, “I know you’d be mad at me but I’ve never forget about you, not even once in my lifetime…” He explained,

“What do you mean oppa~?” she asked, still not sure what was actually happening.

“Let’s go outside, I’ll explain everything” He grabbed her hand gently as they went outside. It was a long silence between the two before Hoya open up to talk.

“Ho Oppa...” He started, “the one who’ve always been your Ho Oppa all this while, it was me...I am your Ho Oppa” He said.

“What do you mean?” She asked.

“Howon studied in US while we were a kid, grandpa said that if one goes overseas between us, the other one should stay with him and yes, I did stay… So the play house and everything, it was me. It was not Howon.” he explained. “But then, when Howon returned, I had to go, I decided to go and gain experience from the outside world… I wanted to learn how to live the way ordinary people live, I was curious, so I started out with doing part-time jobs and everything…and I didn’t get to tell you about it neither have I told Howon about you.”

“Howon had always been the quiet type of person… He is rather awkward with strangers.. and because he wasn’t close with you, feeling more awkward than close, he unintentionally treated you coldly…”

“I’m sorry…” a voice heard from behind Hoya, that was the first time Howon actually ever talked to her.

“So~ Ho Oppa is~? You~? Oppa is Ho Oppa~? Then why did you pretend not to know then~?” she asked, half of her felt happy that she’s actually his but half of her were disappointed at the fact that he pretended not know her before.

“I liked it when you called me Ho Oppa, but I wasn’t in a good state at the time, I was in a rush too and because I was scared you might be mad at me”

“No Oppa~ I like you no matter how you are~” she said and give him a hug, “Thank you for being my Ho Oppa~”
