CHAPTER 6


Time passed both of them became quite famous,but song hye kyo became a godness in everyone's. No one can deny her existence,she is now a well known actress,someone regarded not only as a pretty face but also someone,smart and gentle,she gained the respect of everyone in the industry,those who refused her in her younger days,now is desperate for loosing a lottery ticket. Song hye kyo is someone a man can only dream.

"i am not avoinding him,it was in the past and i think i mistook my feelings.When i was rejected i admit i was sad and wanted to avoind him and for some time id id it.but later things changed and i realized it wasn't love,you know it too i always hang out with guys before and he was there too"

"I really am not avoiding him,i really have other plans,from work and so on,that situation,is already in the past,yought it's trye that later on,we lost contact about each other"

"i have to go,bye..."she suddenly close the call leaving hye kyo speachless looking at the phone.

"ya! you scared me!"


"shut up and try to sleep arasso?!byw..."she again closed the call.


"what the...go to some doctor will you please!"she sream at the screen of the phone


"cincia..."she then smile at her friend's antics and then put it away on the table.


"2 years,really passed fast"song hye kyo,after so much time recalled her moments with jong ki and even the time she confessed but she wasn't sad.


"...we really lost each other-"


"song hye kyo!"she hear a voice behind her.


"o,dae,what is it?"


"some more script for you"


"o really? give them to me" her manager gave her the new scripts.


"make sure to read them when you are at home later" song hye kyo nod and then after settling some things hye kyo finally take her car to go back home. Once again she take her script at hands.


"mmm,let's see...first let's look at this...o,it's a movie...but i am not going to do one,i want to do a drama now"she scrolled do the pile of script one by one she read almost all of them.


"ok this is the last one...there are a few that cought my attention...anyway let's look at the last one"she look at the first page.


"THE WINTER THE WIND BLOW...it's a ramake if i am not mistaken...let's read it"she read page to page,everything about it is really taking her,almost at every episode she couldn't help but cry and she read the 5 episode that where on the script. After finishing to read it,she closed the script and wiped away her tears,she remained silent for awhile and then sent a message to her manager.


"i decide on my next role,it's the winter the wind blow,i will play oh young"


"arasso,i will inform the upper then"


"ok,thanks,good night"


After a month the cast was complete and they decided on a day to meet with everyone for the first script,there she meet again jo in dung she worked previously with him even if not as a lead,they chemistry was already visible.


"hello everyone,good morning and nice to meet you al,i am playing o young please take care of me"


"i am playing oh soo,nice to meet everyone,i look forward to start the drama,please take care of me too"said jin sung and the other actor and actressed also did the same.After finishing the first script reading the two talked a little.


"wa,it's been awhile song hye kyo ssi,i really couldn't belive when i heard about it"


"me too,i also was surprised,but i am happy about it,this time we are the lead jin sung oppa"


"ahahah,dae,i am your oppa"


"i look forward to working tohgether,i will learn a lot from you"

"then let's go and eat something,some other time just for the old times and to talk about the script what do you think?"


"suremit will be soon since the drama will start shooting not far from now"


"dae"the two of them smiled and then as they promised,they have been seeing each other to talk about the script abd their roles,usually it's good to have good chemistry later in the drama


later song jong ki came to know about it and decided to bring a food truck,the excuse was for his friend jo in sung abut the real reason was to see again song hye kyo.

Jong ki was in his dressing room to do make up.He was was quite worried about something.He was taking his phone,trying to write somethinga nd then ereasing the message soon after,this actions of his went on for awhile,till in the end he decided to put the phone aside and made a big sigh.


"jong ki,sorry for the wait" suddenly a female voice came from outside the door making him come back to his senses.Jong ki smiled tenderly.


"it's ok,unnie,don't worry it's ok" the woman goes behind him and take the hair draier and her professional tools and started on working.


"jong ki,what are you thinking?" she saw how worried he was.


"wae?"


"you can't really hide things from this big sister,we know each other for quite awhile now"


"i know but ,there is nothing wrong,really"


"i don't think so" jong ki smiled but didn't say a word,while the hair stylist looked at his rflection on the mirror and since he seemed that he didn't want to say anything to her then she of course stopped asking.


"you know that your jing sung sunbae is in a new drama?" jong ki was startled,he didn't expect her to talk about that.


"o-o,i know"


"then do you also know about his leading lady?"


TUD,DU jong ki's heart started to beat.


"yes"the woman smiled brightly and continued.


"i know her,she is song hye kyo,we know for quite awhile too. I am her hair stylist too" jong ki was surprised,he turned around.


"you work with her too?"the woman was startled.


"dae..."then she tought in herself that he was a fanboy too and was quite happy and proud of the girl that learned to know from years of knowing her.


"are you a fan boy?"


"hu?"he then turned around


"...well.in a way..."


"...anyway,you know,tomorrow they will film nearby and i am going there to do her hair"jong ki was surprised once again earing the news and suddenly he had an idea.


"tomorrow?where?"


"why?"


"...i am thinking of making a surprise to  hyung jing sung"


"ooo,i see"


"don't say anything to anyone,it's a surprise"she smiled and then nodded her head. Jong ki didn't smile he was looking in front of the mirror waiting for tomorrow to come.

"let's get inside the location then"he other man nodded while jong ki was a little nervours,it's been so much time that he saw her again and tought his heart feel a little guilty about his hyung,in the end he was going to accomply it anyway.

"wow!a truck food!" jong ki take a breath put his best smile on and then get down of the truck,his hyung was reading the script again together with song hye kyo.Jong breath in some air and then started to walk to their direction as he started to hear their busy voices near and nearer.


"so it's like this,you should use this to hit him and then angrly talk back to him showing all your resentment.


"am i really goiong to hit him?"jong ki hear her voice a little concered.


"dae you should-"


"jong ki?"the director and song hye kyo where interrupted.SHe looked to her right side and saw him,their eyes met but she couldn't say a word as she was surprised with her eyes wide open seeing jong ki's smiling face.


"sorry for induding everyone"he apologozed to them.Jin sung was quite surprised and started to laugh in surprise


"wa!what are you doing here?what fantastic surprise"he gave him a friendly hug and jong did the same while sometime giving a look at her.


"wow so you brought us food too,i was quite angry too,o by the way she is song hye kyo my leading lady"jin sung introduce her to him not knowing that they new each other longer than the two of them.Song jong ki looked at her and gave a tender smile trying to calm himself and she did the same,a pure and warm smile came out from her.He was surprised he didn't think she would be like that towards him.


"hello song jong ki,it's been awhile"she smiled and jong ki smiled too.


"hu?the two of you know each other?"asked jing sung.


"dae,we do"answer jong ki and the actor was quite startled.


"you do?"


"guys sorry,i will have to take hye kyo ssi to film a scene"say the director that was called on the phone before,now asked to film.


"sure i am coming,go and eat guys,i will come later"she look at them before going


"and,oppa leave something for me to eat" jong ki was a little sad,it seemed like she is much closer to his hyung now than to him.All the friendship they had till that day seemed like it was left aside by her.


Jo in sung,smile at her and carress her head like oh so always do to OH yeong,her character in the drama"dae,little girl"hye kyo smile  and look at them both.


"bye guys,see you later" she follow the director and start to see again the script,while jong ki look at her with a mix of feeling,from sadness to loose her as a friend to the loss of so many years spent together.


"hey,you have some things to tell me right?"


"...no i don't"he asnwer innocently"


"little boy,you"he and then bring him to a table and take some food.


"...so,tell me how do you know each other?" ji sung ansk curiously.


"we know each other from our university days"


"...university?...seriously?why did you never tell me?"

"ya,every boy who knew her would be like,"I KNOW HER,SONG HYE KYO WAS IN UNIVERSITY WTH ME!" jong rolled his eyes.


"well,it seems like the two of you didn't know each other lot"jong ki was a little sad about it,did it seem like they donì't know each other?"


"we know quite well in reality,for a period of time we even lived togeth-"suddenly his mouth was closed by someone startling both men.

"shut the hell up"then looked back at ji sung.


"oppa,you have to film your scene now,the director asked me to call you"

"dae,don't worry i will answer everything you ask me"


"i belive you.See you guys later"he smile and the goes away.After making sure he left kyo sit near him,taking ji sung place and jong couldn't help but laugh a little looking at her furtive expression while looking at ji sung to leave,it seemed like a little thief.


"ya!what the hell were you going to say to him?"jong ki started to closing the distance.whjile she tried to talk in a low voice.


"wae?i was just answering to his quiestion"


"as if,listen don't you dare tell that we li-cough,don't say that to anyone arasso? or else in a few days people will start to say all sort of things"


"like what?"


"ya,tell me are you an idiot?you know quite well that we are in a pinch in this job,i am quite tired of being linked to every guy i worked with".


"but we didn't work together"she roll her eyes and look at him.


"if people knew that we know each other and even lived together,then they would start a thing like"they where in a relationship till then,they are married,she is pregnant!" she it a little bit to aloud and everyone turned around. Then jong ki came to her hide.


"dae,my dog,is pregnant and in a few month she will give birth"kyo was startled but then as the actress she is regained her sensed soon.


"i see"then she lowered her voice more.


"pay attention or you will be the one to be making people suspicious"


"tsk"she started to eat her chiken,while jong ki took the bottle of soujo and poured it in her glass.It was as if it was in automatic,she automatically waited for him tou pour her the soujo,glass after glass,while she gave him his favourite vegetables,just like they used to do in the past,they didn't put any strange meaning to it,but other people surely did,seeing what they where doing.


"anyway,it's ok if they know that we are friends,but don't mention us living together"


"arasso,don't panick i won't do that even if they pay me"she finally calmed down and then the two of them paused,he smiling looked at his glass and then at her,she did the same.


"it's been awhile kyo"she looked at him in silense for awhile before answering.


"dae.So you know jin sung oppa,that's why you are here today?" she smiled.


"not exactly.The main reason was you"she stopped drinking.THis was like dejavu.Now she is in peace with herself and put aside the feelings she had years ago.She really feel nothing now for him,still this way of speech made her feel a little awkaward.


"no?then what?"


"you..."she started to laugh.


"ya,are you for real?did you miss me so much?"seeing her like this a little bit he was relieved.


"listen i...wanted to apologize,for not being really present for you all this time"


"na it's ok,in the most important at least you sent me a text right?i did the same,in the end,we didn't forget about each other" he smiled.


"i should apologize instead"he was a little surprised and puzled at the same time.


"about what?"


She looked at him seriously before,smiling"i shouldn't have done that...at my house...all this time i understood that in the end it was something that ruined our friendship and those feelings weren't love...because of that we...lost so much time together...i missed my best friend"she said sincerly and his heart was quite moved by her words.


"no i was the one,who was a coward,i didn't know what to do at that time and i must have hurt you too...sorry"


"it's ok,don't worry...let's put that aside then and...let's get back our friendship,i swear i will be good this time"she smile,he smile.
