Jungkook slammed his hand down on the table. “No way!” he said, his eyes wide with shock. “What?” his girlfriend asked as she sorted through a box of Christmas decorations. “How can you think Christmas is better than Halloween?” he asked, sounding scandalized. “Halloween is way better!” he added. She scoffed at him as she started untangling the lights for the tree. “No way! Christmas is way better!” she argued. “The snow, spending time with your family, buying presents for people you care about… Christmas is awesome!”

It was Jungkook's turn to scoff. “Come on! Snow is a winter thing, plus it . You don’t need Christmas as an excuse to hang out with your family and you can buy me presents anytime of the year!” he said cheekily. She laughed at him as he continued. “Halloween is way better because you get to dress up, have you seen some of our Halloween dance practices? They're always awesome! Plus, it’s a great excuse to scare the hell out of Jimin-hyung and Hobi-hyung!” he said, a smug grin on his face.

She laughed at the memory of the prank he had played on the older boys a few weeks before. “Ok, I do have to admit, that was pretty funny.” She said in-between laughs as she finally untangled the lights. “See? So admit it, Halloween is better than Christmas.” He said. She pulled out the next set of lights and smiled at him. “Can’t I just say that I like both?” she said, hoping to bargain with him. He pouted, “Fine.”

“Besides, let’s just see who thinks Christmas is the best when they open their presents on Christmas day.” She muttered quietly to herself, a grin spreading on her face at Jungkook's expression. “What did you get me, Jagi?” he asked. She shook her head, “And this is my favourite part of Christmas.” She said with a laugh as she ran through to the living room, narrowly escaping Jungkook’s clutches as he tried to grab her. “Jagi! Tell me or I will tickle you!” he threatened as he chased after her. “You’ll need to catch me first!” she yelled through to him, loud laughs filling the small apartment.
