Chapter 32

HI! ANOTHER NEW UPDATE! HAHA! HOPE ALL OF YOU WILL LIKE IT....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
AT FAHRENHEIT’S HOUSE
When Calvin came, the 3 were watching television.
J: so, how’s Genie?
C: she’s fine… but…
Ch: but what?
C: her condition worsens. And guys, she’s asking us a favor.
AY: what is it?
C: don’t tell anyone about her condition.
REST: okay, we understand.
J: but… will she be alright?
C: I don’t think so. The doctor said that if she had a heart attack again, she must be send to the hospital immediately.
Ch: it’s that serious?
C: yeah.
The next days, Fahrenheit, especially Calvin kept an eye on Genie. One day, all of them had a date with their girlfriends. Unfortunately, Genie had another heart attack. Calvin immediately sent her at the hospital. Calvin tried calling Chun and Jiro but their phones were off. So, he decided to call Aaron.
PHONE CONVERSATION
C: Aaron, I need your help. Please, can you go to Hebe?
AY: why? What’s wrong?
C: Genie had a heart attack again.
AY: but…
C: please. I’ll be there before your date with Gui.
AY: (sigh) okay.
C: thanks.
END OF PC
Then, AY went to Hebe. Hebe was disappointed but AY accompanied her. It’s already time of GG and AY’s date but Calvin still didn’t come. GG was at the park , waiting for AY when WZ saw her.
WZ: Gui, why are you here?
GG: I’m waiting for AY.
WZ: I see.
GG: he’s already 20 min. late. I’m wondering what happened?
WZ: I’ll wait with you.
GG: are you sure?
WZ: yeah.
After 10 minutes, Calvin came and Ay immediately went to the park.
H: where have you been?
C: a-at my house. Mom had a problem.
H: really? How is she? is everything fine?
C: yeah.
H: you should just tell me.
C: sorry.
H: it’s fine.
When AY came near the park, he felt a sharp pain near the side of his stomach.
~~~AY’s POV~~~
What’s wrong with me? Not this pain again. I can’t show up to her like this.
~~~END OF POV~~~
Then, he decided to go to the hospital. The doctor told him that they need to do more examinations to him and it will take a long time. So, he decided to call GG.
PHONE CONVERSATION
AY: hello, Jie.
GG: Ah Bu, where are you?
AY: sorry, I can’t go there. Something came up.
GG: oh, I see.
AY: I’m sorry.
GG: no, it’s fine.
AY: I’m sorry. I have to go, bye. Love you.
GG: bye. I love you too.
END OF PC
WZ: so, what did he say?
GG: he can’t come.
WZ: what?
GG: something came up.
WZ: ae you alright?
GG: yeah, of course. Why don’t we hang-out?
WZ: huh?
G: let’s go. (pull him)
WZ: o-okay.
AT FAHRENHEIT’S HOUSE(IT’S ALREADY NIGHT)
Jiro, Calvin, and Chun were already there when Aaron came. He looked so sad.
J: hey, what’s wrong?
AY:huh? It’s nothing. I’m just tired. I’ll go to my room.
C: what’s wrong with him?
Ch: maybe he and Gui had an argument.
C: oh no! Maybe it’s because of me.
Ch: oh yeah, maybe it’s because of you.
J: maybe Gui got angry because he’s late and he can’t tell her that he’s with Hebe because Hebe’s boyfriend was with his ex that had an heart attack. (sigh in relief) I’m glad that I turned off my phone.
Ch: me,too.
C: you two… are evil.
AT AARON’S ROOM
AY: I can’t believe this.
FLASHBACK
After taking the examinations, AY waited for the results.
Dr. Cheng: according to the result, you have a kidney problem.
AY: w-what?
Dr. Cheng: for how long did you feel the pain near your stomach?
AY: a year ago? But I didn’t mind it.
Dr. Cheng: you should have gone to a doctor that time.
AY: how serious is it, doc?
Dr. Cheng: (sigh) we need a kidney transplant. That’s the only way to save you. We need your relatives to see who your match is.
AY: I-I understand.
Dr. Cheng: but… there’s still one problem.
AY: what is it?
Dr Cheng: even if we find a donor…, there’s still a little chance for you to survive.
AY: how little, doc?
Dr. Cheng: (sigh) 10-15%. But… don’t lose hope.
AY: thank you, doc.
Dr. Cheng: remember, I need to talk to your parents as soon as possible. Here, I’ll give you medicine if you feel pain again.
AY: I understand.
