At five thirty Angie was finally able to leave the daycare. She loved working with kids, she really did, but today she had been so distracted she couldn't keep up with them. She hadn't been able to stop thinking about how she had promised to tell the boys the good news about Thorn and possibly have to let Junhyuk know why she was the one telling them rather than Thorn herself. It was starting to tear her up a bit. Angie let out a deep, heavy sigh as she made her way down the street to the bus stop. When she arrived at the bus stop she pulled out her phone and texted the boys asking if they had time for dinner. She knew they were still on a bit of a break since their promotions had ended with KCon but she did feel like she might be bothering them every now and then. It made her chuckle when Hojeong texted her back almost immediately.

HoGym: Ne!!!! Noona!!!! We wanna come over!!!!

JunHooks: What's this all about?

TimmyQ: Yeah are you not sick of us yet?

SungFlower: Are we going to party again already? My head still hurts...

MemeMon: That's because you're a !

HotSan: Yeah hyung... That wasn't very smart of your part..

AngieShot: Not really a party but Thorn's gonna be gone tonight and I don't really wanna be alone lol

HotSan: You want me to ditch the losers? I think I might be able to sell Sungwoon Hyung on eBay real quick....

SungFlower: You're the worst! Thorn Noona would never let me get sold! She loves me!

HoGym: Do you not remember her pretty much throwing you under the bus to Giriboy the other day Hyung? I'm pretty sure she'd help sell you now...

JunHooks: Where is Thorn Noona? I've been trying to text her all day...

TimmyQ: You look desperate Hyung...

AngieShot: I'll tell you all about that when you get to the apartment... Just bring food... I'm scared of Thorn's wrath should I mess up her kitchen...

MemeMon: Appa, you should let Noona breathe... You can be quite suffocating...

HotSan: Yeah he's a damn Koala...

HoGym: What time do you want us there?

AngieShot: Well I'm heading home now... The bus just pulled up so I should be there in like thirty min? How about you guys head over in an hour? I am not kidding BRING FOOD!!!!! I AM NOT COOKING IN THAT KITCHEN!!!!!

TimmyQ: You'd probably hurt yourself and burn the whole place down....

SungFlower: I'm sure she's not that bad Eomma!

TimmyQ: Don't call me that dammit...

AngieShot: That's mean Oppa! But you might be right.... Unnie even told me not to burn down the kitchen today...

JunHooks: We'll be there at about six forty-five... Sound good?

MemeMon: I'll bring Ddukbokki!!!!

HoGym: We should probably have more than just Ddukbokki hyung... I'll grab some jjangmyun and maybe some sweet and sour pork...

AngieShot: Anything but chicken! I hate chicken...

HotSan: But you ate Noona's chicken the other night....

AngieShot: Literally the only chicken I willingly eat... I just hate chicken...

TimmyQ: I'll make sure to bring something decently healthy... You pabos are going to get fat....

AngieShot: That's mean... T_T

TimmyQ: I wasn't talking to you....

AngieShot: Okay well I should probably go... we're getting close to my stop... I'll see you guys soon...

Angie got all of their goodbyes and see you soons as she was making her way off the bus. It was still a fifteen minute walk to the apartment but she had a really bad habit of getting herself seriously hurt if she tried to text and walk at the same time. Not to mention she had to figure out how to tell the boys about Thorn, and how to fill in Junhyuk without destroying him. She was not very fond of the idea but she knew that she couldn't let him keep going thinking that he was getting somewhere with Thorn.

As much as Angie loved Thorn, she knew that her Unnie had a really hard time with confrontations with who she considered friends. Thorn could be rude and evil as if someone she didn't know stepped on her toes but she couldn't stand to fight with people that she cared about and just avoided it. Unfortunately that meant there had been a few instances like this one in the past. Thorn had become friends with a guy who really liked her but she didn't want to date him and it had always made it Cate, Kaylee, and herself to let the guy down so that she could stop avoiding them. At this point Thorn owed Angie far more than the video of San saying that he liked her if she was honest. She really needed to think up a good way for Thorn to pay her back someday.

Angie finally made it to the apartment and quickly ran into her room thanking every deity that she knew that she had taken a shower this morning when she woke up. She swiftly changed out of her work clothes and into something a bit more comfortable, namely a skater skirt with one of her new HotShot shirts. She checked her make up and by the time she had finished touching it up she heard the doorbell ring. She ran out of her room and to the door. Angie had to admit she was super excited to get to see San. She hadn't had the opportunity to fully talk to him since the party but she was hoping that maybe there was a chance that they'd be together in the near future.

When she opened the door Hojeong, KidMon, and Timoteo were all holding out bags full of food. Angie couldn't help but laugh at their offerings. They were just so adorable and it was funny the amount of food that they thought they needed. Then again they had eaten all of Thorn's food at the party and she usually cooked like an army was coming, so maybe they would need all that food.

"We brought food. So tell us what's up? Where's Thorn Noona?" Angie's smile almost faltered when Junhyuk asked this walking into the living room with the rest of the boys.

"Well... She got an offer from Starship and she had to go there today for a meeting," Angie worked the biggest smile she could onto her face when Junhyuk just frowned at her.

"Then why isn't she here? Are we going to be surprising her?" Sungwoon asked from his spot on the couch already munching on a ddeokggochi.

"Aniyo... She's uh... She's going to have dinner with Giriboy. He texted her this morning," Angie watched Junhyuk's frown settle into a scowl at the mention of Giriboy. She couldn't help but feel really bad for him. She'd have to tell him soon and hope for the best.

"Ahhhh... Seems like he really likes Noona. Do you think he's going to ask her out?" Angie almost hit herself on the forehead at how blunt KidMon was. No way he didn't realize that Junhyuk had a huge crush on her.

"Ummm... I... I'm not... Uhddukhae? I don't know. Uh.. Anyways... Let's eat this all looks really good!" Angie didn't fail to see the look that Junhyuk sent her as she walked over to take the seat that San was offering her. As soon as she sat down San offered her a bowl of the jjangmyun and some chopsticks. She smiled widely at him and quickly began eating. When the ddukbokki was brought out though she stood and headed into the kitchen.

"What are you doing Noona? I thought you were scared of Thorn Noona finding out you were in the kitchen?" Hojeong looked at her a bit confused and she just laughed at him.

"Don't worry I'm just grabbing some Valentina," The boys collectively gave her a really weird look. "It's hot sauce."

"Are you sure Noona? The ddukbokki's pretty spicy if you just put that with your jjangmyun it should be good enough," KidMon said looking at her like she had grown a third head. Angie simply laughed again.

"I'm putting it on the ddukbokki," Angie heard all the boys gasp and wow at her. "What? I'm Mexican... Spicy is kind of something we grow up on."

"That's my girl! She's tough as !" San had the proudest looking smile on his face and Angie about dropped her Valentina at his exclaimation.

"Mwoh? Hyung when did you two start dating exactly? I remember you saying that things were we-" San slapped Hojoeng in the back of the head to make him be quiet and Angie watched his ears go red.

"Since now... I mean if she doesn't have a problem with it," San looked out the window and let his words trail off. Angie knew he was just trying to cover up the fact that he was blushing so much.

"Ne... I'd like that..." Angie finally answered as she took her seat next to him and without looking at her he laced his fingers through hers.

"Wahhh... I can't believe San got a girlfriend before you Junhyuk!" Junhyuk reached over and smacked Sungwoon on the back of his head a little harder than he had meant to but he couldn't help it. He was just so frustrated. How could Thorn go out to dinner with Giriboy but not even bother to shoot him a text to let him know the good news? Or even take a chance to answer him? He knew he hadn't really gone about confessing the way that he should have but he really couldn't help it. He liked her so much that every time he had tried to tell her it had come out wrong or just not at all.

"Ah.. Ahhh... Junhyuk will you come outside with me real quick? I need to tell you something," Angie had forgotten all about her half eaten food and San's hand in hers when she had seen the look that Junhyuk had given Sungwoon. She needed to take care of this now before he took it out too much on s.

"Sure..." Junhyuk left his untouched food and headed to the balcony after Angie. He had to admit that he was curious as to what she had to say to him that she couldn't say in front of s but maybe she was just going to scold him for being too hard on them. Even he had to admit that he was being a little too much right now. Though as soon as Angie had the door closed behind him he knew it wasn't what he thought.

"Hey... so.... Thorn... Thorn got your note..." Junhyuk didn't know why he was surprised honestly. Of course Angie would know. They were best friends after all. "She... She really isn't good with this kind of stuff so all of us, her friends, we end up taking responsibility for it. If I don't tell you now she'll just avoid you for as long as she can and honestly that sounds about as good as cutting off one of my own arms to me. She doesn't feel the same way... She really like you as a friend but she just doesn't see you as a boyfriend."

"Wait... She made you tell me? She couldn't even tell me herself? She couldn't just send me a text?" Junhyuk was starting to feel rage and a deep unrelenting saddness bubble just under the surface and knew that this night wasn't going to end well.

"There's a lot of history as to why. Please just believe me when I say that she's avoiding you so that she doesn't hurt you or lead you on. She wants to still be friends when this is all said and done. She just... She can't deal with confrontations like this. She didn't ask me to do this. I just do it because I know she won't and it'll hurt you even more," Angie stopped and when she saw Junhyuk nod his head she gave him a quick hug. "Don't let this destroy your friendship with her. And don't let this hurt you too much, okay?"

Junhyuk nodded into her shoulder before turning out of the hug and heading back inside. Surprisingly it didn't take a whole bunch of explaining for San to ignore the hug that had just happened between him and San's new girl but at least that was something going in his favor right now. His luck was short lived though as the keypad beeped indicating that the front door was open. When Junhyuk looked up he felt like throwing up.

There was Thorn. With Giriboy. Kissing in the doorway.
