Chapter 12: Love Is Over

"Come in." A man's voice called when I knocked the door.

"Good afternoon, sir."

"Ah, Yoon Ahreum-ssi, please sit down."

I sit on the chair in front of him.

"What brings you here?" He asked me kindly.

"Sir, I decide to accept the scholarship."

The dean smiled at me, "Good decision, Ahreum-ssi. Now when do you want to start?"

"As soon as possible." I replied.

"Let's see. The academy will start in January but you need to join an English course and do the paperwork so I think three weeks from now will be okay."

"Thank you, sir. Thank you so much." I shaked his hand and left the room.

I look at the letter in my hand and smiled sadly. I don't get to tell you afterall.

I laugh, "Yah, don't be too sentimental. You can always visit me."

"Hello, it's London, not Busan. I will visit you if you pay for the ticket."

I laughed heartily, "I will miss your sense of humor, Jieun-ah."
