Days with You“Unnie! It’s a shooting star, let’s make a wish!”
Eunbi immediately clasps her hands together and has her eyes tightly shut. Yuna, now a college freshman, softly chuckles before doing likewise.
After a minute or so of earnest prayers and listening to the cicadas, Eunbi slowly seats herself up on the field whilst her eyes are still fixated on the numerous twinkling stars in the dark sky before them. Yuna, lying on the grass as the Eunbi was before, turns to the latter with confused eyes upon hearing her shift among the weeds.
“You know why I call you Yuju unnie?” Yuna watches the breeze softly pass through Eunbi's long locks as the latter suddenly pops the question.
“I don’t know,” Yuna furrows her eyebrows. Sometimes the question pops in her mind as a passing thought; Yuna hasn’t really pondered much over her nickname. She gives it a guess, based on an inkling in her heart: “Has it got to do with sounding like ‘uju’ (universe)?”

It felt like fate when we spoke about Umji that day and we became sisters. So I called unnie Yuju, my one and only unnie in the whole universe,” Eunbi explains herself before the stars in the sky sparkling in their witnessing.
Yuna closes her lips together to form a smile, and sits up to be in the same posture as Eunbi. Very much heartened by Eunbi's explanation, she gives Eunbi's hand a squeeze.
“Also, it's nice thinking about the idea of Choi Yuna's universe consisting only of me and you,” Eunbi adds and releases an embarrassed giggle. Yuna furrows her eyebrows at the cheesiness and burst into laughter.
“Why did you call Yewonnie Umji?” she continues asking.
Eunbi squints her eyes to recall, then chuckling at the faint memory. “I'm not sure anymore, but she was a tiny child. Might have something to do with that,” Eunbi shrivels in embarrassment as she explains.
Yuna cannot help but laugh at the adorable reason. “So like Thumbelina?”
“Unnie,
