Day 9
My Journey to get a Kpop bodyWhat I Ate Today:
7am / breakfast: 2 small sized apples
3pm / lunch: fillet with potatoes
5pm / snack: papaya smoothie (mix 1 cup of sliced papaya with greek yoghurt, chia seeds and honey!)
7pm / dinner: vietnamese turmeric-ginger chicken with boiled vegetable and little of rice
8pm / snack: I was craving something, hence I snacked on salted sunflower seeds and one small sized apple
- I sliced the apples into small pieces and ate them throughout the noon. I didn't feel hungry at all since they are full of fibre!
Workout:
I tried LISS (low impact) workout today, it was easier than any workout I've done before, but still got me sweating! I recommend this for beginners :)
